Anyone with the right knowledge can give first aid; you dont have to be a doctor.,sprained ankle 扭脚,bleeding 流血,choking 窒息,Immobilize(固定) the foot and ankle to prot
2、ect them from further injury. Raise the ankle above the level of your heart to reduce any swelling (肿胀).,sprained (扭伤) ankle,Compress (压缩) the ankle with bandage until the swelling has stopped.
