2、e or not, is eight (8) pages (effective January 1, 2008) for regular (and most special) issues. I (type your name here) _ agree, or my organization _ agrees, to pay a mandatory overlength page charge of $225 for papers for each page or fraction thereof beyond the free-publication limit, to publish t
3、he paper entitled:_I understand that I will be billed directly by the IEEE and after the publication of the paper, should such charges be necessary. The Overlength Page Charge Agreement Form MUST be signed by an author in the position of authority whose signature commits he/she or his/her institutio
4、n to the terms to which they put their signature. This from CANNOT be signed by a student author (otherwise the submission will be immediately rejected without consideration).The overlength page charge may be waived by the Editor-in-Chief in special cases (such as invited state-of-the-art review art
5、icles, etc.) and ONLY by prior agreement.Approximately three double-spaced (12-point font, 26 lines per page) typewritten pages will make one printed page. Approximately six single-column figures having a 1:1 aspect ratio will fit on one printed page. For the purpose of page count, authors may also wish to format their papers using the IEEE double-column format (http:/www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html), to obtain a close estimate of the number of pages.Signature _Date _Revised: January 16, 2011
