1、易信达服装分销管理系统分支机构以及POS前台操作手册一、 怎么进入POS前台收银系统？在桌面上双击“服装POS前台”即可以进入POS收银系统的登入界面。 【选择帐套】选择所要登入的帐套；【选择机构】选择所要登入的分支机构的名称；【操作员】选择相应的操作员；【选择帐套】输入操作员的密码；输入相应的资料后，点击“下一步（进入帐套）”进入系统； 然后，点击“否”，即可进入下一步；选择一个班次，然后点击“确定”按钮，就可以进入收银系统的界面按“F8”或者点“收银”按钮即可进入如下的收银界面二、 如何给商品进行打折？打折有两种方式：一个是对某一种商品打折，一个是对整张单打折A、 对某一种商品打折，首先要
2、将光标移动到相对应的商品上，如下图所示：如上图所示的，将光标移动到第三行，要对0401-1076这款衣服打5折，在条码输入框中输入“7。”就会弹出如下图所示的对话框然后输入“50”按“确定”即可，相应的金额就会发生变化的备注:在易信达软件中“50”表示是5折的， “35”表示3.5折的 “80”表示8折的 依此类推!B、 对整张单的所有的商品进行打折,具体操作如下的1. 在条码输入框中输入”7”后,2. 然后在输入折扣比率的框中输入所要打的相应的折扣三、 如果要修改一行输入错了的商品该怎么操作? 如上图所示的,比如说”0101-1001”这款衣服客户不需要了,我们要把它删除掉,在条码输入框中输
3、入”-”(减号)后回车,弹出如下图:在这个对话框中输入所要删除的行号,假如说要对第二行进行删除的,就输入”2”,要删除第3行,就输入行号”3”的,依此类推下去.四、 扫描完商品后,该怎么来收款呢? 在条码输入框中输入”+”后,按”回车键”,就会弹出如下图所示的窗口【应收】表示应收款.就是客户所买所有的商品的金额合计;【客付】是指收银员当时收到客户所付金额,【客付】是由客付金额与应付金额一个差值,顾客购买的商品的总金额是703.7,客户所付的金额是705 ,找零金额就是2,在软件中是四舍五入到元的,在右边的抹零金额的文本框就自动的抹掉了0.7元的.【存盘打印】表示确定收款,并打印出POS电脑小票
4、【存盘不打印】表示确定收款,但是不打印出POS电脑小票【取消】表示取消本次收款,返回上一层操作界面.条码框切换到输数量框按回车，数量框返回条码框按+。五、 怎么进行退货、换货处理？ 换货处理的原则：请先在POS系统中退掉客户购买的商品，然后在销售此次客户要换的商品 退货方式有2种： 一是按电脑小票退货，二是不按照电脑小票A、 按小票退货，请在条码输入框中输入“16”后回车1、 在输入原小票号中，输入客户购买时的的小票号码（可以直接输入小票后面的尾数）；2、 输完后按回车，此时货品编号右边的下拉中会显示上次客户所购买的商品，请选择此时客户退货的商品编号；3、 如有需要，请在退货原因中输入退货的原
5、因。B、 不按小票退货，请在条码输入框中输入“16。”后回车操作和上面一样，这里就不重复。六、 在POS界面中怎么修改商品的单价？可以先将光标定位在所要修改单价的商品所在的行，在条码输入框中输入“*120”如上图所示：本来0102-1002这款衣服的单价是271。25的，但是现在我们要进行特价销售，就必须把单价修改为120。可以直接的在条码输入框中输入“*120”就可以的。也是可以直接的用鼠标来操作的，将光标定位到所要修改的商品的单价处，直接的输入要修改的单价也是可以的七、 怎么在POS前台查看商品的库存？按F9后，输入所要查询的商品的款号即可的八、 怎么补打电脑小票？在条码输入框中输入“17
6、”，然后输入要补打的小票的编号即可九、 前台交班小票如何打印？在条码输入框中输入“29”，然后输入当班操作员密码按确定即可，小票机器会自动打印出一张交班单据十、 怎么挂单、怎么取单？挂单的意思是，输入了客人选购的商品，但是客人不马上付款的情况下，将输入好的单据临时保存，我们就叫他挂单，在条码输入框中输入“4”，然后提示挂单临时单号，操作需要记住，即可取单的意思是，挂单的客户需要进行正常付款了，我们叫它取单，在条码输入框输入“5”取单，输入之前挂单的单号，确定即可取出。十一、 怎么输入会员卡？怎么积分优惠？先在条码输入框中输入“33”，然后自动会跳入到上面的会员卡栏，刷卡器刷卡或者输入会员卡或者
7、输入会员的手机号码，输入客户要买的商品，商品输入完毕后，在条码输入框中输入“35”，弹出提示款，优惠多少金额，扣除多少积分，如果积分不够优惠条件，系统会提示积分不不够，不予优惠（具体是的积分优惠政策由商家自己规定即可）十二、 怎么将专卖店或者是加盟店的数据传送给总部？1、 首先要登入到“易信达服装分销”的后台管理系统中，在分支机构界面，点“发送/接收”，11、发送数据 发送的数据包含：专卖店的POS销售明细、配货申请单、VIP卡资料操作方法：首先选择要发送数据的日期范围，然后在“发送业务单据数据”前面的勾要打上，再点击下面的“开始发送”按钮，系统就会自动将数据发送给总公司的。注意：一定要出现上
8、图所示的发送业务数据完毕时，才可以退出该界面的，否则数据将发送不成功的， 发送数据的时间要根据客户所发数据量的大小，以及电脑的配置、网络速度来决定十三、 怎么接受总部的配货出货单，以及新的商品资料呢？1、 在分支机构的“发送/接受”表单中，选择“接收数据”页框，同样的选择一个日期范围后，点“接收数据”2、 直到有提示“成功更新文件列表”才可以关闭该窗口。3、 发送基本数据当有新的商品资料增加的时候，在总部发送给分支机构的时候，就要选择“发送基础数据”十一、分支机构怎么给总部退货/换货？当要向总部退货/换货时，分支机构只需要将要退货/换货的商品发给总部，有总部做配货退回单，然后发送给分支机构，分
9、支机构接收数据就可以更新库存。十二、怎么查看一天的销售状况？既可以在POS前台查询、也可以在后台进行查询的POS前台查询：在报表POS销售明细表，弹出如下的界面选择要查询的日期范围，然后点“立即查找”按钮就会弹出POS销售明细表比如销售汇总表（按款式）（按客户）都可以在报表菜单查询的到的。可以查询到每个收银员的收款状况的。十三、在那里查看软件的帮助说明？在POS界面上按“F1”或者是在条码输入框中输入10回车后就会弹出如下的帮助说明的界面、在软件界面的下方也有显示的Editors note: Judson Jones is a meteorologist, journalist and pho

14、t Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for
15、me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not sto
16、p me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia al
17、most grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The
18、supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through th
19、e lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he c
20、rosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto somet
21、hing resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the
22、 shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him
23、 completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to
24、deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pa
25、ss out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
