References-391.1 introductionThis is a report about the cus

3、tomers to choose the financial products like savings,borrowing and personal insurance needs who are busy and located in bourgeoisie.I am an Investment Services Manager with the Cadogan Bank plc.Now i have a client which is a couple ,Alexander and his wife Janet. This couple has three children, Adam,

4、Sheila and Carina,which the two older children attend school.The family has a large six-bedroom in an expensive part of town. But Alexander gets into trouble in his financial affairs,he found that he repay the mortgage and this family has recently decided to build their home. He is too busy to look

5、after his financial affairs. Thus , he need me to help to receive the best returns on his saving,or the best protection for his family and income. 1.2 Likely resources to be used There are two kinds of researches which i will use,primary research and secondary research. First is the primary research

6、, this type of resource is means created from the text,physical and verbal information,written by the parties according to the information experienced by contemporaries or people from that closer era to a record of information,it is more direct evidence,such as interview,telephone survey,internet su

7、rvey,questionnaire and mail survey,and this type of resource is my main data resource because its liability.I will get a in-depth interviews with the couple to know their situation,thoughts, tendencies and habits.I will make a focus group to design a questionnaire to be selected by the couple. So i

8、will get some useful informations about they. And i will pay more attention to their financial affairs, such as his wages, the family incomes,their mortgage and so on.I will make group disscussion to find out their financial problems,thereby to help me to come up with the suitable project.Then the s

9、econdary research refers to the specific investigators according to the original purpose to collect and collate information on a variety of existing resources. The secondary research is important too ,because it is easier to get,relatively cheap,and can easily access.I will search from the Internets

10、 of many portal sites of varies banks and building societies to find the right products for the couple. And i will read the books ,newspaper or TV which about the financial news and some financial plans to get the informations.I will inquire the saving and lending interests from every banks. Accordi

11、ng to their conditions,i will find the finance products,insurance products and mortgage products from the companies. 1.3 Strategy for carrying out reportI will provide my conciseness action plan.The first step is to understanding the circumstances and details of the customer, such as the economic af

12、fordability and cultural background. Because the customers background is helpful to select the appropriate plan and financial products such as saving products,insurance product and mortgage products,and also it can effectively reduce the risk of selection and mistakes.The second step is to collect t

13、he details of the financial production,through the collecting process that can select the appropriate product. The reason of this step that is summarize the products can filter out other obsolete products. The third step is to release the first version of the questionnaire, will ask the customers fi

14、nancial aspiration. After this step, we can easy to collect the financial aspiration of the customer of the customers,and based on this data,we will further to reduce the range of product.The fourth is to determine the specific products,because after the previous three steps,we have all the data we

15、should known,so this step is to choose the suitable product to the customer.The fifth step is to collect the customer satisfaction ,because after the financial plan. We should collect the information what the customer think and the effort of my plan,it can help me to improve my services and let me p

16、rovide better service.The sixth ,and also the final step,is exception from liability. In this step will list the exception from liability to the customer,involved in the plan of financial products,providing products,financial institutions have the ultimate power of interpretation of these products.1

35、 collected the information from the books,news,magazines,TV ,Internet and so on. And i called the telephone of some banks such as the HSBC,the Standard Chartered ,the RBS and other banks. I asked some financial products such as savings product, insurance products and mortgage products. I sent some e

36、mails to the Building Society and NS&I to know the information of their financial products. And i visited the Standard Chartered bank and asked some information from their manager.The textbooks that i have used ;Marketing : An Introduction,this textbook is designed to provide the basic knowledge and

40、mpany which named Graphic Design Ltd,and this company is based on partnership. And they have 3 children who are Adam,Sheila and Carina,aged 14,10 and 3. The two older children attend a school ,which charges 3,000 per child per annum in school fees.They have 450,000 of mortgage for their bungalow in

41、the town and 300,000 of cost for the extension building.2.2 SavingsKey factors and financial needs of client Alexanders company is at the peak of the company performance,in the last year the company even got a turnover of over 15 million and also with profit in 4 million, so Alexander can have a hig

42、h level salary about 420,000 per annum. So Alexander will pay high tax level at 19-30% and his wife also pay a middle class taxes of 19% by her 55,000 salaries. And result from the peak performance of the company, Alexander and his wifes income maybe decrease in the future and difficultly increase,

43、thus Alexander need a saving product which is tax mitigation, a good return, and reduce the investment amount risk to the lowest as possible. His wife Janet also needs tax mitigation,and other points which can have rewards by interest rates should pay more attentions. Alexanders children also have i

44、nvestment needs. Now ,Adam and Sheila attend a school which the fees will about 3,000 per child per annum. After a few years, Adam will go to university and the youngest Carina will go to the same school. The fees of education for the couple is not easy.
