3、re all introduced simply. Due to CdS/CdTe is a kind of new, high-efficiency and low cost solar cell. I focus on the CdS/CdTe type film solar cells. To know the CdS/CdTe film solar cell better. The fabrication methods of CdS/CdTe are reviewed mainly.
