3、 e.g. He was praised as a result of his hard work. 他因工作努力而受到表扬。,2. do something useful 是指做点有用的事 something useful 形容词修饰不定代词时，通常形容词放在不定代词之后。 e.g. Theres something interesting in this room. 这个房间有些有趣的东西。,3. none 代词 pron. 1) 一点儿也没;一个也没(+of) I wanted some more cold meat but there was none left. 我想再吃些冷盘肉,可
4、是一点也不剩了。,2) 没有任何人(或物)(+of)None of the telephones are/is working. 所有的电话都坏了。 3) 无一人;无一个None would take the risk. 谁也不愿冒此风险。,4. here and there 各处, 四处。 e.g. We searched here and there, but could not find her. 我们到处找她, 但还是找不到。,5. everyone 代词 pron. 每人, 人人 e.g. Everyone wants to attend the concert. 每个人都想参加音乐
5、会。,6. care for “喜欢, 照料, 照顾” e.g. I dont care for the book. 我不喜欢这本书。 We must care for each other, must love and help each other. 我们必须互相关心, 互相爱护, 互相帮助。,不定代词、副词是由some, any, no, every与thing, one, body, where 等构成。例如: something, someone, nowhere, anybody等。,Grammar: Indefinite pronoun and adverb,构成,通常情况下,
6、由some, every加后缀构成的不定代词、副词常用于肯定句；由any加后缀构成的不定代词、副词常用于疑问句、否定句中。,用法,e.g. Theres something interesting in this room. 这个房间有些有趣的东西。 I cant hear anything in this room. 在这房间里我听不到任何声音。 Was there anything difficult for you to understand? 你有什么不懂的吗？,注意: 当说话人希望得到肯定答复, 或是表示建议、请求等意图时，something, somebody, someone也可
7、以用于疑问句中。当要表达“任何人; 任何事物”时, anything, anybody, anyone也可以用于肯定句中。,e.g. Would you like something to drink? 你想要喝点什么吗？ Will you ask someone to carry the box for me? 你找人替我扛这箱子好吗？ Anybody can do it except Tom. 除了汤姆, 任何人都会做。,不定代词作主语时, 谓语动词一般要用单数形式。 e.g. Something is wrong with the bus. 汽车出故障了。 Everybody likes

9、 didnt see anything in the room. 我在屋子里什么也没看见。 There isnt anybody in this room. = There is nobody in this room. 房间里没有人。,在反意疑问句中, 若陈述句的主语是表示物的不定代词, 其附加疑问句的主语用it；若陈述部分的主语是表示人的不定代词时, 其附加疑问句的主语在正式文体中常用he, 在非正式文体中常用they。,如: Everybody enjoyed reading the book, didnt he/they? 每个人都喜欢看这本书, 是吗？ Everything goes
