What Im going to talk about is the first period of “Unit 7 What does he look like ?” in book sevenB Gor for it The first period is from 1a to 1c. I divide my ana

2、sycis of teaching plan into five parts.The first part is about the teaching approch. In the lesson,I will use Communicative Teaching Approach,Situational Teaching Approach and Task based-on Teaching Approach to let the students to do something in English. And I will use cards,ppt,tape recorder,pictu

3、res in my class. The seccond part is about the analysis of the students.The students are in Grade7,they have self-awareness, they like talking about peoles looks and of cause their own looks. They are also fond of fresh things. And they have been familiar with:old young beautiful ugly cute long and

4、so on .They show their great interests in description words.But they dont know this kind of words such as,curly/blonde/ of medium height/of medium build and so on.The third part is about the teaching aims.Knowledge aim: the vocabulary and the target language of describe peoples looks.Ability aim: th

5、e ability of describe peoples looks.Emotion aim: enable the students to understand each other and do not judge others by their appearance.The fourth part is about the key points and the difficulities.The key points are the vocabulary and the target language of describing peoples looks.The difficulit

6、ies are that how the students can express their own ideas freely of describing peoples looks.The fifth part is about my teching plan. I divide my class into 11 stepsStep1:GreetingsStep2:Free talkThe students talk about something to practice their oral English.Step3:Lead-inWe will sing a song about b

7、ody parts”Head shoulder Knees and Toes” and do the actions at the same time.Step4:Presentation1,First,I will present the new words through the word cards. And explain the words.Teach the new words.2,Then , Ill show them some pictures : Show some famous stars photos to teach new words .such as Yao Mi

8、ng or Pan Changjiang,ZhaoBenshan. Yaoming is tall and he has short hair .Pan Changjiang is short.ZhaoBenshan is of meduim height. Here Ill introduce the new language : What does he look like ?
