1、企业员工性格与工作满意度关系研究 西南交通大学硕士学位论文企业员工性格与工作满意度关系研究姓名刘宁申请学位级别硕士专业行政管理指导教师胡培20071201西南交通大学硕士研究生毕业论文第1页摘要本文以企业正式员工为研究对象首先探讨企业员工满意度和工作绩效现状其次研究了工作满意度与性格的关系希望能为现代化企业制度建立和人力资源管理提供参考一般认为员工工作满意度是同时受工作特征和员工个性两方面因素影响的但目前对前者的研究有很多而对后者的研究相对较少由于性格是个性特征的核心成分也是普通意义上的个性所以本文基于性格的员工工作满意度研究具有现实意义研究采用了以问卷调查为主观察访谈为辅三者相结合的方法调查
