14、ave achieved so far that attracts you, but what can achieve in future. 前几天，对两处学校的教学计划的制定、课程计划的落实、教学常规的设置和教学管理的措施四个方面进行了调研，检查情况总结如下： 一、学校的教学管理抓的紧，抓的实，招数新，思路清，都抓住了课堂教学这一教学管理工作的中心环节开展了工作，一中举行了全员听评课活动，从班子领导到任课教师，进行了互听互评，构建起了教师之间以诚相待，互评提高的氛围。徂阳学校举行了有效课堂活动，把课堂教学改革推向了纵深，从教师的教和学生的学两方面抓住了提高课堂教学效率的关键，对“三讲三不讲”
15、的要求理解深刻，应用到位。教学常规检查一中实行了周查月总，徂阳学校实行了月查反馈制度，突出了过程管理，实际效果明显。 二、学校的各类教学工作计划制定齐全，详细可行，对各项教学工作都制定了详实的规化，对教师的量化考核措施得力。 三、课程计划的落实，都能严格执行国家课程标准，开全了课程，开足了课时。在课时的安排上，都坚决地执行了省课程计划的课时数，没有少开的情况，也没有多设的现象，一中把地方课程进行了具体化、系列化，徂阳把综合实践活动课也进行了有机的整合和开设，使素质教育工作在课程开设这一环节得到了很好的落实。 四、对照省规40条和素质教育的有关要求，以下几方面需要加大力度： 1、对课程计划的执行要进一步提高认识，贯彻到位，对促进学生“做人、健体、审美、发展”的非文化学科的管理要加大力度，严肃课程表的权威性，不允许有私自调课和随意停课的现象发生。 2、加强对学案导学的推进和深化，充分利用各科能力训练编制好学案，加强小组合作学习和单元备课、单元教学的研讨，将“五课型”的应用抓实抓好。 3、加强对教师评价改革的研究和实施，新的形势下，改变以往以教学成绩为手段的单一评价方式，充分利用高科技成果，实行全方位、多角度评价。 5 / 6
