1、原因”表达法种种英语中表示“原因”的方法较多,常见的有以下几种 :1. because表示直接原因，语气最强，常用于回答why引导 的特殊疑问句。because引导的从句大多后置，有时也可前置。 如:The swimming pool won 't be open today because they ' re making repairs. 游泳池今天不开放 ,因为他们在检修。Because I was ill, I didn' t go to the meeting. 因为生病 , 所以我没有去开会。 Why can't you do it now? 你为什
2、么现在不能做这件 事?Because I am too busy.因为我太忙。2. as多用来解释主句的原因，语气比because弱多用于 日常会话。as引导的从句大多前置，有时也可后置。如：As you're not ready yet, we will wait. 由于你还没有准备 好,我们就等等吧。I must stop writing now, as I have a lot of work to do. 我现 在得停笔了 ,因为我有很多工作要做。3. since 表示上下文中已经表述得很清楚的或不言自明的原因，语气比because弱，但比as强。since引导的从句多前置。如
