Im 48kg.Im thinner than you, and shorter.”并能在情境中运用。2. 能够完成Pair work中的调查任务。3. 能够完成Lets try中听音选图片并填充句子的练习。二、 教学重难点分析1. 本课时的教学重点是能询问、回答有关体重、身高、脚的大小尺寸、头发的长度等问题并能书写相关句型。2. 本课时的教学难点是四会掌握句型以及单位词,如cm, kg的理解和使用。三、 课前准备1. 录音机,录音带,单词卡片,课

2、件。2. 调查表格若干张。四、 教学步骤1. 热身(Warm up):师生问候:T: Good morning, boys and girls! In this class, we are going to learn Unit 1,Part B .First, Lets watch a short interesting cartoon together. There are some lovely animals in the cartoon, they have different wishes. What are their wishes? Lets go and have a loo

3、k. Please read the words in the cartoon loudly when necessary. OK?Ss: OK!(播放卡通片,学生边看边复习学过的几个形容词的比较级形式。)2. 预习(Preview)Next, lets read the words in the cartoon again. Please make a sentence after me .出示单词卡片,如:出示taller,教师说:Taller, taller, Im taller than you! 学生马上使用该词反义词说:Shorter, shorter, Im shorter th

4、an you! 如果出示的是单词shorter,老师就说:Shorter, shorter, you are shorter than me! 学生马上用该词反义词说: Taller, taller, you are taller than me! 可以组成一个小chant:T: Taller, taller, Im taller than you!S: ( Shorter, shorter, Im shorter than you!)T: Older, older, Im older than you!S: ( Younger, younger, Im younger than you!)T

5、: Heavier, heavier, Im heavier than you!S: (Thinner, thinner, Im thinner than you!)T: Longer, longer, my arms are longer than you!S: ( Shorter, shorter, my arms are shorter than you!)T; Bigger, bigger, my feet are bigger than yours! Now I have a picture for you. Please guess : Who is she ? (1) 呈现老师的照片,

7、学生齐答后说:Yes. Its me. Im a litter heavier than before. How heavy am I? Please guess.请学生猜自己的体重,提醒学生使用句型Are you kg?然后与猜中自己体重(62kg)的学生对话:T: How heavy are you? S: Im kg. T: You are thinner than me, and shorter. (Im heavier than you, and taller)板书四会句型,然后领读让学生跟读该句型。(2)和学生谈论腿长。 T: My legs are 100 cm long. Ho

8、w long are your legs? 挑不同的学生回答该问题后总结:My legs are longer than your legs. 或者: My legs are longer than yours, too.渗透单词:mine, Your legs are shorter than mine.板书该句型,然后让学生跟读该句型。(3)和同学谈论鞋子。 T: I wear size 39. 领读该句型后问学生1:How big are your feet? 学生回答后总结:M y feet are bigger than your feet. 或者: My feet are bigg

9、er than yours, too .再挑一名个子较大的男生问该句型后,总结:My feet are smaller than yours.渗透:Your feet are bigger than mine. 板书该句型,然后让学生跟读该句型。Now I have another picture for you. Who is she? Can you guess?(4)课件呈现史晨阳同学的照片,学生齐答后说:Good! Do you want to know her personal information? Lets ask her together, OK? 提示学生使用重点句型依次向

10、她发问,史晨阳一一作答,同时将答案呈现出来。(6)课件呈现本课重点句型,让学生两人一组做口头练习。(7)Lets try 给学生讲解How long 还可以问物体的长度,How heavy 还可以问物体的重量。可拿学生的文具如尺子、书包做例子。渗透句型How long is your pen/pencil/ruler? How heavy is your bag? 课件展示该部分内容,学生先看图片用英语表达图片中的物品,再播放录音,学生完成听音填词、圈物品的练习。(8)Lets talkD筹资活动现金流出740万元Now lets go on listening to another dial

11、ogue. Please take out a pen and a piece of paper. Write down the missing words. OK? 课件展示该部分内容,将对话中有关数词和比较级的形容词空出,先播放一到两遍录音,让学生先做一个听力练习:听录音,补全对话。挑学生说答案,大家一起纠错。 跟录音读对话。 分角色朗读对话。A尿激酶作用减弱(9)Pair work 和同桌一起讨论身高、年龄、体重、头发长度、腿长、脚的大小,使用本单元重点句型How tall/old/heavy/long/big/.?一问一答来填写表格。表格内容如下: Your friendYou Hei

14、比较两人的外貌特征,一人说出一个句子,不得雷同。启动竞赛机制,男女生竞赛,谁回答正确一次奖励一面小红旗。(12)巩固和延伸(Consolidation and extension)课件展示周杰伦和成龙的照片及资料,让学生看资料尝试用英语介绍这些明星。然后将两人的年龄,身高,体重,脚的大小作比较。继续竞赛,决出优胜方,给予奖励4.家庭作业(homework)1:书写四会句型,熟读Lets talk,能使用所学内容和人对话.2:上网搜集你喜欢的明星资料,制作“我最喜欢 的明星资料卡”,并能用英语向别人介绍。5.板书设计: Unit 1 How tall are you?
