1、“双导师”队伍建设应用于研究生培养的探索与实践 摘要：长期以来，我国高校研究生教育制度和培养模式基于封 闭状态下的“理论性”模式培养，培养的学生缺乏实践训练和创新 能力，导致高校培养的人才进入企业无法快速的进入角色，与相应 领域的社会与企业的技术需求严重脱节。本文结合本校油气井工程 专业的研究生培养机制，提出一种校企“双导师”队伍建设方案。 通过两年实践，研究生的理论知识与实践创新能力均有了大幅度提 高，收到了较好的效果。 abstract : for a long time， “theory ” training model of graduate education in closed c
