7、his document is applied to the following definitions:Project Name: Tuz Gölü Underground Gas Storage ProjectOwner: BOTASContractor: China Tianchen Engineering Corporation (TCC)1.4 SCOPEThe scope of supply and services covers delivery and installation of the oil immersed power transformers.T

8、he oil immersed power transformers works contractor (abbreviated to contractor in this specification) shall provide in all necessary materials to complete the oil immersed power transformers installation to the satisfaction of the employer ( BOTA).2 GENERAL REQUIREMENT2.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONNEL

9、AND MATERIAL2.1.1 The construction side shall provide all specialists, training, material, necessary hand tools and consumable material for the contractors. And the oil immersed power transformers works must be in accordance with this procedure. 2.1.2 The oil immersed power transformers activity sha

10、ll always be performed by trained and qualified workers, operators and stringers under the supervision and the direction of the special technician and supervisor. And the operators must have the certificate about machinery operating.2.1.3 Proper implementation of this procedure shall be ensured by t

11、he contractors engineering, construction and QA/QC departments, who will be responsible for checking and verifying the activity as well as countersigning reports.2.1.4 The HSE supervision from the contractor must be responsible for the safety during the installation of oil immersed power transformer

12、s.2.1.5 The team leader of the oil immersed power transformers shall be ensuring that the construction process is in accordance with the procedure requirements.2.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS2.2.1 The contractor shall maintain a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9002. When field const

13、ruction is conflict with this document the contractor should go to the side to make sure whether the alteration is needed. And any alteration could be carried out only prior acquire approve of the employer.2.2.2 The QA/QC inspectors of the contractor must assure that oil immersed power transformers

14、application is performed as per the employer specifications and this procedure.2.3 HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS2.3.1 All construction personnel shall strictly adhere to the project H&S regulations and shall follow the instructions as provided within the H&S Induction training. All personne

15、l shall be fully aware of the requirements stipulated within the referenced H&S documents. The team leader of the oil immersed power transformers installation is responsible for confirming all the personnel have received necessary inductions / training before working.2.3.2 All construction perso

16、nnel shall wear safety clothing and protection articles correctly that is relative to the type of operation being performed. All necessary prevention measures and protection articles during the construction should be given in the risk assessments.2.3.3 In case of any event that may have a potential

17、H&S risk, the work leader should keep in touch with the HSE department of the contractor.2.4 ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS2.4.1 All construction personnel shall strictly adhere to the project environment regulations and shall follow the instructions as provided within the environment induction trai

18、ning. All personnel shall be fully aware of the requirements stipulated within the referenced environment documents. The supervisor is responsible for confirming personnel that have received necessary inductions / training.2.4.2 In case of any event which may have a potential environment impact, the

19、 construction side's environment department shall be contacted by the activity foreman without delay.3 TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION3.1 安装条件 installation conditions3.1.1 变压器室内、墙面、屋顶、地面工程等应完毕,屋顶防水无渗漏,门窗及玻璃安装完好,地坪抹面工作结束,室外场地平整,设备基础按照设计图纸施工完毕。The works of indoor, metope, roof and floor for transformer r

20、ooms are finished; Roofs shall be damp-proof and water proof; Doors, windows and glasses shall be installed; Floors shall be plastered smooth; Outdoor floor shall be level; and the equipment foundation shall be laid as per designed drawings.3.1.2 预埋件、预留孔洞等均已清理并调整至符合设计要求。Pre-set pieces and holes shal

21、l be clean and adjusted to the position meeting design requirement.3.1.3 保护性网门、栏杆等安全设施齐全,通风、消防设置安装完毕。Protective grids and barriers shall be installed. Aerators and fire control facilities shall be available.3.1.4 与电力变压器安装有关的建筑物、构筑物的建筑工程质量应满足变压器的安装要求。Quality of buildings and structures, relating to e

22、lectrical transformers shall be up to the transformer installation specification.3.2 安装准备 preparation for instaling3.2.1 应提前熟悉设计选用的变压器性能、结构特点及相关技术参数等,且变压器的规格、型号、容量应符合设计要求,其附件、备件齐全,并应有设备的相关技术资料文件,以及产品出厂合格证。Personnel shall be in advance acquainted with characteristics, structures and corresponding tec

23、hnique parameters of selected transformers. Specifications, types and capacity shall be in accordance with design requirement. Complete accessories and spare parts shall be prepared. Corresponding technical documents and certificates issued by manufacture of equipment shall be available.3.2.2 参与安装的人

24、员(包括辅工)必须先熟悉变压器安装的有关图纸资料,由专业技术人员对其进行技术培训,明确安装的任务及要求,确保安装质量。Personnel participating in installation, including the assistants shall be acquainted well with drawings and documents involving with transformer installation and trained by professional personnel, aware of installing assignment and require,

25、 anyway ensure installation quality.3.3 变压器本体安装 transformer body installation3.3.1 变压器本体安装可根据现场实际情况进行,可采用直接吊装或轨道移动的方式至室内变压器基础上。Transformer bodies can be installed on the indoor transformer foundation by means of direct hoisting or orbiting, depending on actual site conditions.3.3.2 变压器就位过程中不得受到冲击,倾斜

26、度不得超过15°,变压器中心应与基础中心对正。During positioning, transformers shall avoid collision and cannot incline at angle exceeding 15. Center of transformer shall coincide with that of foundation.3.3.3 变压器就位时,应按设计要求的方位和距墙尺寸就位,横向距墙不应小于800mm,距门不应小于1000mm,并应适当考虑推进方向,开关操作方向应留有1200mm以上的净距。Transformers shall be pos

27、itioned as per designed dimensions and distances to the walls, with transversal distance not less than 800 from walls and not less than 1000mm from doors. Suitable proceeding direction shall be taken into consider. Clear distance of more than 1200mm shall be left in direction of switch operating.3.3

28、.4 变压器本体就位后,应采用机械方式固定变压器底座,且制动装置应能拆卸。On completion of positioning, transformer beds shall be fixed by mechanical methods and braking devices shall be removable.3.4 变压器附件安装 ACCESSORIES INSTALLATION3.4.1 冷却装置安装 cooling devices installation3.4.1.1 管道及支架安装 pipe and stand installation3.4.1.1.1 安装底部汇流管路(检

29、查确定安装前蝶阀在关闭状态)。拆除盖板,检查密封面和管道内部有无异物,并用干净棉纱进行清理。用吊车轻轻吊起,对正连接法兰蝶阀(根据管道与主体标示进行装配),检查胶垫是否放正。蝶阀螺栓对称循环紧固,要求无偏斜,离缝。将底部支架按标示依次安装,紧固到位。Install the bottom collecting pipe and ascertain that butterfly gates are in a closed position. Remove the capping plates, checking if there is matter on sealing surfaces or i

30、n pipes and remove the matter by clean cotton yarn. Hoist the collecting pipe with care and connect it to flange butterfly gate in alignment (assembly shall be performed according to marks on pipes and body; check the alignment of washers. Fasten the screws symmetrical and circularly without deflexi

31、ons and gaps. Install and fix bottom stands at positions according to installing marks.3.4.1.1.2 安装顶部汇流管支架,将与油箱连接的支架用螺栓紧固好;安装顶部散热器汇流管,为了便于安装变压器顶部与散热器主管道连接的弯管、螺栓先不完全紧固,将相应管道安装完毕后,可将相应螺栓全部安装并紧固到位。For stands installation of top collecting pipes, stands connected with oil tank shall be fixed with screws

For collecting pipes installation of top radiator, screws shall not be fastened into position so as to install the elbow pipes jointing transformer top and main pipes of radiator; after completion of corresponding pipes installation, screws shall be completely installed and fixed into position.3.4

33、.1.2 散热器安装 radiator installation3.4.1.2.1 检查散热器外观有无破损,根据预装标识,使用相应扳手卸下油箱蝶阀与对应散热器上的盖板,用棉纱檫净散热器和蝶阀的密封面及胶垫,并检查散热器内部,如有异物需清理干净。如存在水迹、水锈等需要将其清理干净并用合格变压器油进行冲洗。Radiators shall be visually checked (excluding the defective ones). Plates on the butterfly gates of oil tanks and corresponding radiator shall be r

34、emoved by a suitable spanner. Next, sealing faces and washers of radiator and butterfly gates shall be cleaned by cotton yarn. Inspecting the radiator interior, matters shall be clean out. If water spots, water rust etc. exist, qualified transformer oil shall be used to wash them away.3.4.1.2.2 根据由内

35、向外的安装顺序,对片式散热器进行安装(安装时注意散热器的上下位置),并按安装顺序拆掉片式散热器的防雨包装。Gilled radiators shall be installed by an ento-ectad assembly sequence (top and bottom of radiators shall be paid attention to during installation). Rainproof packages of radiators shall be open depending on installation sequence.3.4.1.2.3 由吊车将散热器

36、慢慢吊起,轻轻靠到蝶阀上,防止碰撞,将上下螺栓孔对准,检查散热器密封面是否与蝶阀密封面吻合,密封橡胶垫是否放正,人工慢慢推入。Radiators shall be hoisted slowly with a crane and close to butterfly gates carefully avoiding collision, having the corresponding bolt holes aligned. Seal faces on radiators shall be ascertained if they tally with seal faces on butterfl

37、y gates and seal washers are aligned. Then pushing shall be executed slowly by manpower.3.4.1.2.4 对螺母进行对称紧固,紧固时不可以一次紧固到位,对角循环紧固,紧固到位后密封面都能与蝶阀靠紧,无偏斜、离缝,散热器安装完成后,调整散热器间距,安装定位扁钢。Nuts shall be adjusted symmetrically, and not to the rigid level at one time. Fastening shall be performed circularly in slan

38、ting stitch. After nuts are adjusted to the rigid level, seal faces shall contact perfectly with butterfly gates without deflexion and gaps. After radiators installation, distances between radiators shall be adjusted and positioning steel flats shall be installed for each radiator.3.4.2 套管升高座安装sleev

39、ing lifting pedestals installation3.4.2.1 拆除本体油箱上面套管升高座连接的封盖,清理干净法兰表面及垫圈槽,用新的密封垫圈放入法兰上的垫圈槽内,并涂上密封油脂,注意密封垫放置的位置应正确。Remove the sealing caps connecting with sleeving lifting pedestals on oil tank body. Flanges surfaces and washer grooves shall be clean. New sealing washers shall be placed in washer gro

40、oves of flanges and coated with sealing grease and placed to correct position.3.4.2.2 用吊车吊起套管升高座,拆下其下法兰的密封盖并清洁法兰表面及内侧。Hoist sleeving lifting pedestal by crane; remove its flange sealing tap; clean surface and inner sides of flange.3.4.2.3 然后慢慢把升高座吊装在本体法兰上,拿开塑料布,确认变压器本体法兰与套管升高座上法兰的配合,用手拧上螺栓,最后用力矩扳手均匀

41、拧紧螺丝,紧螺丝时应采用对角紧法。The lifting pedestal shall be hoisted slowly to the body flange. Removing plastic cloth, it shall be ensured that the transformer body flange matches with the flange of sleeving lifting pedestal. Screwing the bolts on by hand, a torque spanner shall be applied to screwing down them

42、by method of stepwise diagonal locking.3.4.2.4 安装过程应逐个进行,不要同时拆下两个或以上本体升高座的封盖。Lift pedestal shall be installed one by one. Removing sealing caps of two or more than two body lifting pedestals is not allowed.3.4.2.5 每个电流互感器的叠放顺序要符合设计要求,铭牌朝向油箱外侧,放气塞的位置应在升高座最高处。Stacking arrangement of each current trans

43、former shall comply with specification. Nameplate shall be towards outside. Air relief cock position shall be of the highest point of the lifting pedestal.3.4.3 储油柜安装 oil conservator installation3.4.3.1 检查储油柜在运输过程中有无损坏,油位表工作是否正常,由吊车将储油柜吊起、调整到位,对准储油柜座上螺栓孔,轻轻将储油柜放到座上,必要时可加导向螺杆导正。Oil conservator shall

44、be inspected if it is damaged in transportation and its fuel level gauge works normally. After that, oil conservator shall be hoisted by crane, adjusted to position and placed on the pedestals with its bolt holes matching bolt holes of pedestals well. If necessary, guide screw bolts can be used to g

45、uide.3.4.3.2 根据储油柜连接口与气体继电器之间的尺寸,将储油柜吊装。为了便于排气,储油柜轴线应相对水平面有23°的倾斜度,即排气口略高。先用螺栓将储油柜稍稍固定,待各配件联管安装好后再紧固到位。螺栓用扳手紧固时对称循环紧固,不可一次紧固到位。Oil conservator shall be hoisted depending on the dimension between oil conservator connectors and gas-actuated relay. The axial line of the oil conservator shall incli

46、ne at angle of 23 degree in reference to the horizontal plane. This means the escape hole is higher. The oil conservator shall be in advance fixed slightly with bolts. After fitting union pipes are installed, the bolts shall be screwed down. Bolts shall be fixed symmetrically by a spanner and not be

47、 fixed to the rigid level at one time.3.4.4 套管安装 sleeve installation3.4.4.1 31.5KV套管安装 31.5KV sleeve installation3.4.4.1.1 检查套管有无破损,配套件完好齐全,套管安装顺序:主体密封胶垫、瓷套、套管顶部密封胶垫、压罩、胶珠、压盖、铜垫圈、螺母需顺序放正,并紧固到位。Before installation, it shall be ascertained that sleeves are of no damages and fitting parts are complete

48、and in good condition. The parts of sleeves shall be installed in order: body sealing washers, porcelain jackets, sealing washers on sleeve top, gland covers, rubber beads, gland bushes, copper washers and nuts shall be aligned in the right order and then fastened to position.3.4.4.1.2 打开手孔,用白布酒精清理瓷套及密封面。将辅助绝缘穿进引线,辅助绝缘件的中心约在套管下口。拉线绳从套管中心穿过,绑在引线导电杆上。将套管放下,拉出导电杆。旋转套管,使套管定位引线定位在同一位置。将压板全部上好,调整瓷套与胶垫的位置。紧固时瓷套不可单边受力,不可以一次紧固到位,要循环紧固。Hand holes shall be open, cleaning porcelain jackets and sealing faces with white cloth and alcohol.
