1、小学一年级体育课教案全集三年级跳绳兴趣小组活动计 任课教师 周先 一、指导思想: 为全面贯彻素质教育的指导方针使学生的德、智、体得到发展使学生的智力、体力得到充分的自由的发挥并根据学生身心发展的情况特制定跳绳小组活动计划。 二、活动目标 通过一定的培养使学生更好的了解跳绳这项活动能更好的热爱这项活动使得跳的次数达到要求并能增强其它活动兴趣最后达到增强体质、促进身心发展的目标。 三、活动措施 1、训练要求 ?必须严格遵守时间和训练内容。 ?教师关注全体学生的训练。 ?教师应进行科学训练及时总结并做好记录。 ?训练中注意安全积极预防运动损伤的发生。 2、训练时间安排 每周周二、周四的下午课外活动时
