1、一、总体要求本科生毕业设计（论文）（以下简称毕业设计）应规范、完整，符合学校的规定和要求。论文（包括任务书）一律用B5纸单面打印，页边距上、下、左、右均为2.2 厘米。1论文封面填写封面选用白色光面纸张，并按照学校设计的固定格式填写。题目用“小一号黑体”填写，专业班级、学号、学生姓名、指导教师和日期等用“三号仿宋体”填写。2行距设置毕业论文内容及各种标题（包括摘要、目录、致谢、参考文献）的行距设置统一选用固定值23 磅。3字体设置（1） “摘要” （“ ABSTRACT选用 “Times New Roman ）、“目录”、“致谢”、“参考文献”等字样均选用“三号黑体”，其内容统一选用“小四 号
2、宋体（ 2）正文第一级标题选用“三号黑体”；第二、三级标题分别选用“四号黑体”和“小四号黑体”；第四级标题和正文内容选用“小四号宋体”。4正文撰写格式正文分章节撰写，第一级标题用“第 1 章”、“第2 章”、“第3 章”等连续编号，每章应另起一页，标题末尾不加标点（ 问号、叹号、省略号除外） ，标题居中排列，下空一行接写第二级标题。从第二级标题开始，用阿拉伯数字连续编号，在不同层次的数字之间加一个下圆点相隔，最末数字后不加标点。如第二级标题为“1.1 ”、“2.1 ”、“3.1 ”等，第三级标题为“1.1.1 ”、“ 2.1.1 ”、“3.1.1 ”等，第四级标题为“1.1.1.1 ”、“2.

13、汉字。6文献查阅学生查阅与毕业设计相关的文献（不含教科书）不少于10 篇，其中外文文献应不少于2 篇。7外文翻译外文翻译字数不少于5000 汉字。译文封面格式（可参考论文封面格式）各学院要统一，用B5纸单面打印。二、具体内容和撰写要求1毕业设计类型（ 1）理工科类毕业设计工程设计类：学生应独立完成一定数量的工程图（不包括零件图和示意图），尽可能用计算机绘图；学生要独立完成全部或相对独立的局部设计工作。理论研究类：学生应根据课题提出问题、分析问题，提出方案，并进行建模、仿真和设计计算等。实验研究类：学生要独立完成一个完整的实验，取得足够的实验数据，实验要有探索性，不能简单重复已有的工作；论文一般

24、的新意。2毕业论文封面毕业论文封面上的题目填写要准确、简明扼要，一般不超过25 个汉字，外文一般不超过10 个实词，必要时可加副标题；专业要写全称；学号为学籍管理中使用的学号。3摘要摘要应简要说明毕业设计所研究的目的、内容、主要成果和结论等，应短、精、完整、不加评论，一般不超过300 字。“摘要”二字和“ ABSTRACT一词单独一行居中，其正文后空一行书写“关键词：”三字（中文摘要）和“Keywords” 一词（英文摘要），字体要加粗，在此后写出3-5 个关键词，每一关键词之间用分号分开，最后一个关键词后无标点符号。外文摘要内容应与中文摘要内容相对应，书写时采用“Times New Roma
25、n”字体，一般不宜超过250 个实词。中文摘要和外文摘要各单独占一页。4目录目录是论文的大纲，它反映论文的梗概。目录中所列的标题不包括“摘要”和“ ABSTRACT,主要为正文标题（不超过三级）及“致谢”、”参考文献”、“附录”等字样。标题的右侧要注明页码（不加括号）。5正文正文是论文的主体，是作者对研究工作的详细表述。正文的水平决定了整个论文的水平。一般由前言、论文主体及结论等部分组成。正文要符合一般学术论文的写作规范，具备学术性、科学性和创造性等特点。应语言流畅、准the principl e ofsimplifie d EIA ofconstr uction proje cts in t

36、实际，涉及到他人的观点、统计数据或计算公式的要标明出处，涉及到的计算数据要准确无误。文中的计量单位均应采用中华人民共和国法定计量单位，并以符号表示。正文、表、图三者中的数据尽可能不要重复，图片、线条、标字必须清楚、规范。表有表题，图有图题及各自的编号。（ 3）结论结论是作者撰写毕业设计不可缺少的一个重要部分，它集中反映作者的研究成果，表达作者对所研究课题的见解，包括对整个研究工作进行归纳和综合而得出的总结，所得结果与已有结果的比较和本课题尚存在的问题，以及进一步开展研究的见解与建议等。结论要写得概括、简短、具体，要以文字表达为主。6物理量名称、符号、计量单位物理量名称和符号应统一，每个物理量名

47、er e arelessgrass-rootsunits,转行，运算符号应写在转行后的行首，公式的编号用括号括起来放在公式右边行末。公式的行距设置可选用单倍行距。8图毕业设计中的每幅图都应有图题，图题由图号和图名组成。图号按章编排，如“图 2- 4”表示第二章第4张插图，图号与图名之间空一格排写，图题居中置于图下，图中若有分图时，分图号用(a) 、 (b) 等置于分图之下。毕业论文中的照片图应是直接用数码相机拍照的照片，或是原版照片( 采用光面相纸)粘贴，不得采用复印方式。对无规定符号的图形应采用该行业的常用画法。毕业设计中涉及到的图尽可能用计算机绘制。计算机程序流程图原则上应采用结构化程序并
48、正确运用流程框图。9表每个表格应有自已的表题和表序，表题应写在表格上方正中，表序写在表题左方不加标点，空一格接写表题，表题末尾不加标点。表格应逐章编序，如“表 2- 2”表示第二章的第2 张表。表序必须连续。表格允许下页接写，接写时表题省略，表头应重复书写，并在右上方写“续表XX”。数字空缺的格内加“”字线(占 2 个数字)，不允许为空；表中有附注时，写在表的下方，句末加标点。表格应写在离正文首次出现处的近处，不应过分超前或拖后。毕业设计中涉及到的表尽可能用计算机绘制。10致谢以简短的文字对课题研究与论文撰写过程中曾直接给予指导和帮助的人员，如指导教师、辅导教师及同学等，表示自己的谢意，这不仅是一种礼貌，也是对他人劳动成果的尊重，是作者应有的治
