1、Module 7 Unit 1 He cant see 教学设计 一、教材分析 本课教学内容为外研社小学英语五年级上册 Module7 Unit1 He cant see 本课以 Dogs 为主线，讲述了狗在日常生活中是非常有用的， 让学 生明确保护动物的重要性，以及如何用情态动词 can 和 can表达能 做和不能做的事情。在前一模块中学生已经学习了用 can 表述自己的 能力，在这一模块中将会在巩固旧知基础上学习新的语言知识， 即用 cant 谈论能力的不足。 二、 学情分析 教学对象是五年级学生， 他们经过两年的学习已经积累了一定的语言 知识和学习方法。但这一学段对语言的综合运用能力需要
2、进一步提 高，因此在课堂上应尽可能多地动用学生已有的知识储备去学习和思 考，坚持听说训练，同时进行相应的读写训练，教学设计也应兼顾不 同层次学生的需求， 尽可能地分层设计任务并采用小组合作， 同伴互 助的形式引导学生学习，帮助学生构建英语思维能力。 三、 教学目标 1、 知识目标： （1）能理解并会读课文。 （2）全体学生能理解单词 a lot , useful、show、presente、blind、deaf、 hear、her、fire、firefighter 、hot dog、 sausage。 (3) . 能听懂并说 He/She cant 2、能力目标： (1) 能正确运用 can
3、和 cant 表达能做和不能做的事情。 (2) 通过任务投放到小组合作活动，培养学生听说读写的综合能力。 3、情感目标：培养学生爱护动物，互相关心互相帮助的良好品质。 四、教学重点： 1、新单词的掌握和运用。 2、运用“ can、 cant+ 动词原形”句型描述能力 . 五、教学难点： 1、 多音节单词 firefighter、sausage 的发音. 2、 “can、can+动词原形”在实际生活中的运用. 六、教具准备： 多媒体课件、单词卡片、狗卡片 七、教学过程： (一) Warming-up 1 、 Greetings 2、 Play a guessing game. T: Do you
4、 like animals? Lets guess what animal it is? 设计意图用谜语引出 dog,在复习旧知的基础上引出今天的主题, 同时也增加了趣味性。 3、 Letslisten and chant. Dogs are clever. Dogs are cute. They can help a lot. Dogs are useful. Dogs are cool. They can do a lot. 设计意图 运用与本课主题相关的游戏、歌谣作为课前热身，为学习 新知铺好基础，也奠定了轻松活泼的课堂教学节奏。 （二）Prese ntatio n 1、 Leading
5、-in. T: Dogs are our friends . They are useful. This cla s swe ll talk aboutdogs . Now, Let s listen. 2、 Text-learning （1）听第一遍录音 a. Listen and underline the new words. 分（ 小组比赛的形式， 学生找出新 单词，老师把这些单词板书到黑板。 ） b. Learn the new words（. 通过高低音、模仿、音形联想、游戏等进行 教学） （2） 听第二遍录音（ Listen and answer） 呈现问题： Whats the
6、 TV show about? What s the matter with this man ? Whats the matrtewith this girl ? 学生读问题，带着问题听录音。小组合作完成问题。 （3） Boys and girls, dogs are very useful. Do you want a dog? Can Sam have a dog? Letsopen your book and read it by yourself. 设计意图 学生自读最后一段找出答案并引导学生理异国文化 Hot dogs are not dogs, they are sausages
7、 and bread. ( 4)Listen and repeat. 三、 Practice A :四人小组活动，读课文。 B:根据课文判断对错。 Amy and Lingling are listening to music. ( ) Dogs are useful.( ) This man can t hear ,this dog helps h(im. ) Lingling likes dogs. ( ) C:看图写句子。 设计意图 发挥小组合作，在组内读书后，完成练习题，加深了对课 文的理解。看图写话 ,熟练 cant 在实际生活中的运用。 四、 Extension 1、 小组合作:课
8、件出示一些动作图片，四人一组，用 cancant 说写 话，如 I can swim , but I canrun fast.由组长先说，然后采访其他三个 同学，共同完成活动单。 2、 展示交流。 设计意图 通过对自身能力的描述 ,加深了学生对情态动词 cant 的理 解和掌握。 T: Boys and girls .In our life ,there are many disabled people. Some are blind ,they cantsee. Some are deaf, they canthear , the dogs can help them, so we should love dogs .Dogs are our friends. 设计意图 总结部分情感升华，教育学生要热爱小动物，因为动物是 人类的好朋友。 五、 Homework 1、 Listen and read Module 7 2、 Talk about what other animals can help people. 设计意图 作业进行分层，有能力可以拓展完成第二项作业
