4、半鳞急流槽施工技术方案 根据目前的工程进展情况及计划要求，我标段准备进行浆砌排水沟，截水沟及边沟急流槽工程的施工。现报上施工技术方案。一、设计概况；当排水沟、边沟、截水沟内的水需要排入附近自然水沟或涵洞时设急流槽。急流槽采用C20混凝土现浇，为 “U”型槽结构，混凝土厚10cm，急流槽部分采用1：2的坡度，急流槽较长时，每510m设一道伸缩缝，伸缩缝宽1cm，缝内用沥青麻筋填塞。急流槽上设1m宽50cm高的防滑台，防滑台水平间距不大于3m，出水部分设有4个消力坎分两排布置，防滑台和消力坎均采用C20混凝土现浇。边沟和急流槽的底部及两侧外壁铺设 “二布一膜”防水土工布，外侧铺设高度为40cm。土
5、工膜下铺设 10cm的砂垫层。二、施工前的准备：1、已组织技术人员熟悉图纸及有关资料，已召开技术交底会。2、施工前首批原材料已进场，并检验合格。所用的原料来自具有一定规模的正规生产厂家，水泥每个批次都带有出厂合格证。3、大部分边沟已砌筑完毕，并得到监理工程师的认可。4、施工配合比已做出，并得到试验监理工程师的认可。5、人员安排：我项目部安排了经验丰富的施工队进行施工，并配有专业的质检工程师负责，以保证施工质量。三、施工工艺：1、流程图场地平整收集检验报告取样检验材料进场技术资料整理 施工放样复核放样桩位点人工挖孔开挖基槽土方挖防滑平台铺设土工布及砂垫层现浇C20混凝土槽身现浇消力坎洒水养生2、
6、工艺要求：1、开挖前做好放样定位工作，画好边线，尽量做到不超挖，如超挖必须挖台阶用机械夯实。2、急流槽开挖及整修成型后，铺设“二布一膜”防水土工布。接边沟的急流槽底部和两侧外壁铺设“二布一膜”防水土工布，外侧铺设高度为40cm。接排水沟的急流槽，梯形部分全断面铺设，矩形部分外侧铺设高度为40cm。土工布之间采用10cm缝合接缝。 复合土工布采用级无纺土工织物，技术要求满足公路土工合成材料应用技术规范（JTJ/T 019-98）、公路土工合成材料试验规程（JTJ/T 060）及公路土工试验规程（JTJ/T 051）的相关规定。3、复合土工布铺设完后，铺设砂垫层。铺砂垫层时，符合图纸要求，铺设10
7、cm厚，厚度均匀，砂的含泥量不宜超过5%。4、混凝土施工1）、材料、C20混凝土用强度等级为32.5普通硅酸盐水泥，水泥要符合规范规定值。、细骨料：采用质地坚硬、级配良好、颗粒洁净的中砂，细度模数不小于2.6，含泥量小于2。、粗骨料：采用质地坚硬、级配良好的碎石，骨料的抗压强度比所配制的混凝土强度高50以上，含泥量小于1，针片状颗粒含量小于5，骨料的最大粒径小于25mm。、拌和水为饮用水。、混凝土配合比的具体比例是：水泥：砂：碎石：水1：2.070：3.377：0.570。2）、拌和混凝土采用现场小型拌和机（强制式350L）集中拌和。在开始拌制之前要根据现场集料烧出含水量并提供施工配合比。拌制
8、时严格按配合比进行拌制。各种计量设备保持准确，每一工作班正式称量前，对计量设备进行重点校核，计量器具定期检定。混凝土搅拌时间要严格控制，不宜过短，也不宜过长。如压缩混凝土的搅拌时间会影响混凝土的均匀性，每一工作班至少抽查两次。搅拌装料数量，不得大于搅拌机标定容量的110）。施工现场集中搅拌的混凝土，检查混凝土拌和物的均匀性。混凝土浇筑完毕后，必须检测其坍落度和观察和易性，在检测坍落度时，还要观察混凝土拌和物的粘聚性和保水性。3）、振捣浇筑混凝土时，由有相应专业资质的技术人负责振捣，持证上岗。选用插入式振捣器进行振捣。振捣时间为1030秒，以混凝土表面水平、不下沉、泛浆和不帽气泡为准，并防止产生
9、过振现象。插入式振捣棒振捣时的移距，不大于作用半径的1.25倍，插入下层混凝土深度不小于100mm。5、混凝土浇筑时，模板采用组合钢模板或竹胶板。模板在重复使用时要始终保持其表面平整，形状准确，不露浆，有足够的强度，刚度等，在浇筑前，模板要刷脱模剂，外露面混凝土模板的脱模剂要采用同一种品种，不得使用易粘在砼上或使砼变色的油料。为防止露浆，模板接缝处要夹海绵条止浆。6、混凝土浇筑完成后，用木抹子收浆，然后尽快予以覆盖和洒水养护。覆盖时不得损伤或污染混凝土的表面。当气温低于5时，要覆盖保温，不得向混凝土表面上洒水。混凝土的养护时间一般为7天，每天洒水的次数以能保持混凝土表面经常湿润状态为度。四、质
10、量保证措施1、测量放线采用不同的方法进行检查，必须保证放样准确无误。2、模板施工前须打磨、抛光，做到平整光滑。3、施工过程中，混凝土严格按试验室给定配合比施工。4、整个施工过程中，现场技术人员进行全过程质量监控。5、建立质量保证体系（见质量保证体系框图）六、施工安全措施1、参加施工的所有人员必须熟悉本岗位的安全技术操作规程。在操作过程中要求坚守工作岗位，严禁酒后操作、疲劳作业。2、工种作业人员必须经过专门培训，考试合格并持有作业证者方可上岗。3、施工人员进入现场必须佩戴安全帽，禁止穿拖鞋或光脚。4、施工过程中所有用电必须严格按照施工用电安全操作规程进行操作。5、各种机电设备使用前必须进行全面检
11、查，只有检查合格后才能起动，调试正常后才能正常工作，必须具有可靠的防护和接地装置。6、夜间施工要有充足的照明，大风及雷雨天气应停止施工作业，人员应撤离机械到工棚内避雨。7、采取有效的防火措施，有条件时配备灭火器。8、建立安全保证体系（见安全保证体系框图）七、文明施工与环境保护措施、文明施工1、施工现场、营地建设统一规划，尽量少占或不占耕地、绿地，严禁乱搭乱盖。现场材料严格分类堆放，工具存放整齐。垃圾定点存放定时外运。不得侵占道路及安全防护设施等。2、施工现场悬挂工程标示牌，安全生产宣传牌和工地制度牌等。3、合理安排扰民工程项目施工时间，并尽可能选用噪音小的设备进行施工，减少夜间施工。4、各种机
12、械车辆进场前必须经过严格的安全检查，经检验合格后投入使用。5、对施工机械操作人员建立严格的机组责任制，并按照有关规定持证上岗，禁止无证人员操作。环境保护措施1、环境保护要认真贯彻执行“预防为主，防治结合，综合防治”的原则和国家环境保护法规。2、临时工程做好有组织地排除雨、废水，尽量避开工地范围，场地清除的垃圾按指定地点集中弃卸，做好防流失的设施，禁止乱堆乱弃及向河沟内排放超标废水。3、对施工噪声采取一定的措施，如对移动作业的机械进行吸声处理，安装消声器等措施。4、坚持科学管理、文明施工，做到施工现场整洁有序，工完场清，并保护好当地水源及建筑物。八、工期保证措施1、责任和效益挂钩，个人利益和完成
