1、上肢骨,Bones of Upper Limb,上肢骨每侧32块，共64块。 包括上肢带骨和上肢自由骨 上肢带骨 锁骨 clavicle （1） 肩胛骨 scapula （1） 上肢自由骨： 上臂 肱骨 humerus （1） 前臂 尺骨 ulna （1） 桡骨 radius （1） 手骨 腕骨 carpal bones （8） 掌骨 metacarpal bones（5） 指骨 phalanges （14）,上肢骨组成,1. 锁骨 clavicle 属长骨，呈“S”形. 方位 内侧23三棱形，凸向前 外侧13扁，凸向后 上面光滑，下面粗糙 结构 锁骨内侧端粗大称胸骨端 sternal end
2、 外侧端扁平，称肩峰端 acromial end,上肢带骨,2. 肩胛骨 scapula 三角形的扁骨，分3个缘、 3个角和前、后两面 方位 上缘短 肩胛骨下角平对第7肋或第7肋间隙 外侧角肥厚，有朝向外侧的关节盂 前面为一大的浅窝，称肩胛下窝 后面有一横位的肩胛冈,1. 肱骨 humerus 长骨，管状，分为体和两端。 方位 上端膨大，有朝向上后内方的肱骨头 head of humerus 下端前后较扁，略前翘 结构 肱骨头 head of humerus 解剖颈 anatomical neck 大结节 greater tubercle 小结节 lesser tubercle 结节间沟 in

7、te bone 三角骨 triquetral bone 豌豆骨 pisiform bone 远侧列由桡侧向尺侧依次为： 大多角骨 trapezium bone 小多角骨 trapezoid bone 头状骨 capitate bone 钩骨 hamate bone “舟月角豆 大小头钩”,5. 掌骨metacarpal bones 长骨，共5块 由桡侧向尺侧依次为第15掌骨 近侧端为掌骨底 远侧端为掌骨头 第1掌骨粗短，其底有鞍状关节面，与大多角骨相关节 6. 指骨 phalanges (of fingers) 长骨，共14块。拇指2节，其余指3节。 由近侧至远侧依次为近节指骨、中节指骨、远节
8、指骨 每节指骨都分为底、体和滑车3部分，远节指骨远侧端前面称指骨粗隆。,下肢骨,Bones of Lower Limb,下肢骨每侧31块，共62块。 包括下肢带骨和下肢自由骨。 下肢带骨 髋骨hip bone（1） 下肢自由骨 大腿 股骨 femur（1） 髌骨 patella（1） 小腿 胫骨 tibia（1） 腓骨 fibula（1） 足骨 跗骨 tarsal bones（7） 跖骨 metatarsal bones（5） 趾骨 phalanges of toes（14）,下肢骨组成,髋骨 hip bone 不规则骨，上下宽广，中间部狭窄肥厚。 方位 外侧面的中央，有圆形髋臼 acetab
9、ulum 下份有一大孔，称闭孔 obturator foramen 上份呈扇形 后缘有两个较深的切迹，分别为坐骨大 切迹和坐骨小切迹,下肢带骨,髂前上棘,髂窝,弓状线,耻骨梳,耻骨结节,耻骨联合面,髂嵴,耳状面,坐骨 大切迹,坐骨棘,坐骨 结节,闭孔,髋臼窝,髂前下棘,髂前上棘,髂嵴,髋骨的组成： 髋骨由髂骨 ilium、坐骨 ischium和耻骨 pubis合成。3块骨在幼年时借透明软骨结合，至16岁左右互相融合。,髋臼是髂骨体、耻骨体和坐骨体相融合的部分。 髂骨位于上部 坐骨位于后下部 耻骨位于前下部,结构 1. 髂骨 髂嵴 iliac crest 髂前上棘 anterior superi

14、隆起 intercondylar eminence 腓关节面 fibular articular facet 胫骨粗隆 tibial tuberosity 比目鱼肌线 soleal line 内踝 medial malleolus 腓切迹 fibular notch,内侧髁,外侧髁,胫骨粗隆,内踝,腓骨头,腓骨颈,外踝,胫骨体,4.腓骨 fibula 细长，居小腿外侧，分为体和两端。 方位 上端稍膨大称腓骨头，关节面45度角向内上。 下端膨大为外踝，关节面矢状位向内。 结构 腓骨头 head of fibula 腓骨颈 neck of fibula 外踝 lateral malleolus,内
15、侧髁,外侧髁,胫骨粗隆,内踝,腓骨头,腓骨颈,外踝,胫骨体,5. 跗骨 tarsal bones 每侧7块，属于短骨，与手的腕骨相当 近侧列 距骨 talus 跟骨 calcaneus 足舟骨 navicular bone 远侧列由内侧向外侧依次为： 内侧楔骨 medial cuneiform bone 中间楔骨 intermediate cuneiform bone 外侧楔骨 lateral cuneiform bone 骰骨 cuboid bone,6. 跖骨 metatarsal bones 长骨，共5块。由内侧向外侧依次命名为第15跖骨。 跖骨分头、体、底3部。 7. 趾骨 phalanges of toes 长骨，共14块。 1趾为2节，其余各趾为3节,近节趾骨,跟骨,距骨,足舟骨,骰骨,中间楔骨,内侧楔骨,跖骨底,跖骨体,跖骨头,中节趾骨,远节趾骨,第五跖骨粗隆,外侧楔骨,
