25、量和性能将直接影响到整座桥梁的使用性和耐久性。“京沪高速铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座技术条件”是在TB/T2331-2铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座和GB/T17955-2000球型支座技术条件的基础上,参考国内外的最新标准,如欧洲标准EN1337-5 Structural bearings-Pot bearing、美国公路桥梁设计规范(AASHTO),针对京沪高速铁路桥梁的特殊要求而编制的。相对于铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座,本技术条件主要有以下方面的修改和补充:l 增加了对成品支座胶料的检测;l 支座用聚四氟乙烯板物理机械性能检测中增加了球压痕硬度的测定;l 增加了对成品支座聚四氟乙烯板的检测;l 明确规定了聚四氟

26、乙烯板在硅脂润滑条件下的初始静摩擦系数;l 将支座的检验分为原材料检验、出厂检验和型式检验,并明确了检验频次;l 在成品支座的检验中增加了支座的压转试验;l 对支座的防腐涂装提出更明确的要求。本技术条件负责起草单位:铁道科学研究院、铁道第三勘察设计院(专业设计院)。 本技术条件主要起草人:庄军生,张士臣,臧晓秋,盛黎明,王振华。 本技术条件由铁道部科学技术司负责解释。京沪高速铁路桥梁盆式橡胶支座技术条件1 适用范围本技术条件适用于京沪高速铁路常用跨度梁使用的盆式橡胶支座、抗震盆式橡胶支座、先活动后固定盆式橡胶支座、坡形盆式橡胶支座和调高盆式橡胶支座。2 引用标准下列标准及设计规范、规程包含的条

31、应满足下列要求:密度:2.12.3g/cm3拉伸强度不小于30MPa断裂伸长率不小于300%球压痕硬度 H133/6023MPa支座用聚四氟乙烯板在硅脂润滑条件下与不锈钢板对磨时,在常温条件下(23+5),应力30MPa时的摩擦系数应满足下列条件:初始静摩擦系数 st0.012 为确保质量,支座用聚四氟乙烯板除进行常规检测外,必须从支座成品中按一定的比例取样,在一批支座中(不大于100件)任取一块聚四氟乙烯板,制取试样进行密度、球压痕硬度和摩擦系数测试检验。3.4 支座用钢材3.4.1 支座用钢板应符合GB699及GB700有关规定。3.4.2 支座用铸钢件其机械性能、化学成分及铸造缺陷等应符

32、合TB/T2331及GB11352中优质铸钢的有关规定,每件铸件必须有超声波探伤报告。3.4.3 支座用不锈钢板应符合GB3280的有关规定。3.5 支座用5201-2硅脂性能应满足HG/T25025201硅脂的要求。3.6 支座部件加工尺寸偏差应符合设计图纸要求,其中以下几项的公差配合必须满足:3.6.1 盆环内径与盆塞外径公差配合;3.6.2 单向活动支座上支座板导向槽内侧净空尺寸与钢衬板外侧尺寸公差配合;3.6.3 活动支座不锈钢板表面粗糙度及平面度要求。3.7 支座防腐涂装及防尘体系支座防腐处理必须按设计图中规定的涂装体系要求执行。3.7.1涂装表面必须进行处理,首先应清除附着于钢材表

33、面的杂质,用稀释剂或清洁剂除去油污及脏物,并对边角和焊缝进行打磨,如有腐蚀性盐类,应用清水冲洗干净并吹干其表面。3.7.2用喷射和抛射除锈法将待涂装表面的氧化皮、铁锈及其他杂质清除干净后,用真空吸尘器将钢材表面再清除一次,处理后机加工表面应达到GB/T8923中规定的Sa2.5级。3.7.3在表面处理后4h之内进行涂装,以防处理表面生锈,各道漆层均采用无气喷涂法。底漆干膜平均厚度要求为80m,中间漆平均干膜厚度100m,面漆为可复涂聚氨脂面漆三道,干膜平均厚度为70m80m。漆膜厚度未达到要求处,必须补涂。3.7.4 螺栓采用锌铬涂层(达克罗)技术防护,其技术要求符合GB/T18684中锌铬涂

34、层2级及以上的规定。3.7.5 支座的防尘装置应严格按照设计图纸的要求制造和安装。3.8 支座组装支座组装必须按设计图的要求执行。安装橡胶板时,其表面必须涂匀硅脂;聚四氟乙烯板储油坑内必须注满硅脂,其排列方向与支座滑动方向一致;不锈钢板表面用酒精或丙酮擦洗干净;组装后的平均高度误差不得大于2mm。3.9 支座安装 支座安装应按京沪高速铁路预制预应力混凝土梁技术条件的要求执行,制定可靠的施工工艺,保证每孔梁的四个支座受力均匀。4 试验方法4.1 橡胶 橡胶材料的性能试验按本技术条件的引用标准进行。4.2 聚四氟乙烯板聚四氟乙烯板的性能试验按本技术条件引用标准进行。4.3 铸钢 铸钢的化学成分应逐

35、炉检查,机械性能采用随炉试棒检验,随炉试棒应配制二套,一套由铸件厂测试,提出力学性能报告,一套由支座生产厂家进行复测。铸件超声波探伤按GB/T 7233规定执行,必要时可从成品铸件中取样进行试验。4.4 整体支座4.4.1 一般规定整体支座试验应在经国家计量认证的检测机构中进行,条件许可时也可在制造厂进行。4.4.2 试验样品 支座压缩试验应采用实体支座,受试验设备能力限制时,可与用户协商选用有代表性的小型支座进行试验;支座摩擦系数可选用小型支座进行试验。4.4.3 试验方法4.4.3.1支座压缩试验应测定垂直荷载作用下,荷载-支座竖向压缩变形曲线和荷载-盆环径向变形曲线,检验荷载为支座竖向设

36、计承载力的1.5倍。在试验支座四周均匀放置4个百分表测定竖向压缩变形,用4个千分表测定盆环径向变形。试验时先预压三遍,试验荷载由零至检验荷载均分10级,试验时以支座竖向设计承载力的0.5%作为初始压力,然后逐级加压,每级荷载稳压2min后读取百分表及千分表数据,直至检验荷载,稳压3min卸载往复加载3次。变形分别取4个百分表及千分表读数的算术平均值,在设计荷载作用下支座竖向压缩变形不大于支座总高的2%,该批支座(同吨位四个支座)变形量之差不得大于0.5mm,盆环径向变形不得大于盆环内径的0.05%。4.4.3.2成品支座摩擦系数测定试验应在专用的双剪摩擦试验装置上进行。试验时先对支座施加垂直设

37、计荷载,然后用千斤顶施加水平力,由专用的压力传感器记录水平力大小,支座一发生滑动,即停止施加水平力由此计算出支座的初始摩擦系数。然后再次对支座施加水平力,可测定第二次摩擦系数。反复上述水平力加载过程,直至支座第五次水平滑动,实测支座第二次至第五次静摩擦系数的平均值,为成品支座的实测摩擦系数,实测支座摩擦系数不得大于0.03。4.4.3.3 压转试验(美国ASSHT01992版第18章试验)在支座顶部沿顺桥方向放置一个楔形板,使支座转动达到最大设计转角,施加 1.5倍的竖向设计荷载并对固定支座施加设计水平力(活动支座不加水平力),维持1小时后卸载,试验后打开检查,要求钢板、四氟滑板和黄铜紧箍圈无

38、损伤,且橡胶板无裂缝或被挤出。5 检验规则5.1检验分类 京沪高速铁路盆式橡胶支座的检验分原材料检验、出厂检验和型式检验三类:5.1.1 原材料检验为支座加工用原材料及外协加工件进场时进行的验收检验;5.1.2 出厂检验为支座生产厂在每批产品交货前必须进行的检验;5.1.3 型式检验由经国家计量认证的检测机构,在生产厂家初次生产京沪高速铁路盆式橡胶支座时、或在生产过程中按一定抽检频率所进行的检验。5.2 检验项目及检验周期5.2.1 京沪高速铁路盆式橡胶支座用原材料及部件进厂后的检验项目及检验周期应符合表1的规定。对原材料及外协部件除有供应商的质保单外,支座生产厂必须提供复检报告。表1 盆式橡

41、得使用,在出厂检验中对整体支座检验不合格的部件,必须进行更换,直至全部检验项目均符合要求时方可出厂。5.3.2 型式检验采用随机抽样方式进行。型式检验项目应全部合格,则该批产品为合格。当检验项目中有不合格项,应取双倍试样对不合格项目进行复试,复试后仍有不合格项,则该批产品为不合格。5.4 为确保京沪高速铁路盆式橡胶支座生产制造质量,应实施监制制度,由具备支座设计经验的人员对生产厂家的生产制造过程及质量检验进行监控,并对成品支座按一定比例进行检验。6 标志、包装、储存和运输6.1 每个支座应有标志,其内容应包括:产品名称、规格型号、主要技术指标(竖向承载力,纵横向位移量,适用温度)生产厂名、出厂编号和出厂日期。6.2 每个支座均应有包装,包装应牢固可靠。包装箱外应注明产品名称、规格、制造日期、体积和重量。箱内应附有产品合格证、质量检验单、使用说明书及装相单。上述文件须用塑料袋装并封口以防受潮。6.3 支座使用说明书应包括支座结构外型尺寸及简图、支座安装注意事项与支座相接部分混凝土等级要求及支座安装养护细则。6.4 支座在储存、运输中,应避免阳光直接照晒、雨雪浸淋,并保持清洁,严禁与酸、碱、油类、有机溶剂等影响支座质量的物质相接触,并距热源1m以上。
