2、计事务所设计的施工图纸、基坑土方开挖图。2、与工程有关的国家标准、施工规范及规程。3、中冶成都勘察研究总院实施勘察的恒大绿洲（南充）项目二期地勘报告，施工现场的地质、地貌、水文等实际情况。二、工程概况1、工程现状：本工程基坑土方已由恒大绿洲（南充）项目一期施工单位按建设单位的要求挖去部分土方,回填一期工程施工场地及施工道路。目前该基坑已形成约4-6米深的基坑。基坑边坡没有支护，坡顶有大量堆土，在近期雨水作用下，出现了局部垮塌现象。剩余土方由我二期施工单位继续开挖至基底标高。2、工程特征：本工程已形成的基坑内场地标高大致划分成 275.30米，271.8米两个台地，0.000相对于绝对高程280
3、.70米。开挖范围：南北长约179.80米，东西宽约184.40米。开挖深度分为三个部分：高层住宅筏板基础底标高10.40米，最大挖深5.0 米；电梯井基坑底标高13.25米，最大挖深7.85米；地下车库底板底标高9.25米，最大挖深3.85米。3、工程地质条件：根据中冶成都勘察研究总院工程勘察报告得知场地地层结构简单，主要由第四系全新统人工填土(Q4ml)、第四系上更新统冲积(3al)粉质粘土、第四系上更新统冲洪积层(Q3al+pl)含粘性土卵石、侏罗系中统遂宁组 (J2sn)砂质泥岩等组成，现自上而下分述如下：人工填土(Q4ml)：灰黄色灰黑色，松散，湿，主要由粘性土、淤泥质土等组成，含有
4、少量建筑垃圾及生活垃圾。该层在场地内普遍分布，层厚1.204.30m。 粉质粘土(3al)：青灰黄褐色，软塑可塑，湿很湿，主要由粘粒和粉粒组成，裂隙较发育，无摇震反应，光泽反应稍有光滑，干强度高，韧性高。局部地段底部含有少量卵石。该层在场地内分布较普遍，层厚3.205.20m含粘性土卵石(Q3al+pl)：青灰灰黄色，湿饱和，松散。含粘性土卵石主要成分由岩浆岩等组成，多呈亚圆形，磨圆度较好，一般粒径210cm,最大达20cm，中风化，个别卵石呈强风化，主要由粘性土填充。侏罗系中统遂宁组泥岩(J2sn)： 紫红色，粉砂泥质结构，中厚层状构造，岩层产状近于水平，倾角12度，矿物成分主要为粘土矿物及
5、少量暗色矿物,钻探深度范围内按其风化程度可分为全风化砂质泥岩、强风化砂质泥岩、中风化砂质泥岩三个亚层，分述如下：全风化砂质泥岩：岩体已完全破碎，岩石组织结构基本上完全破坏，仅外观局部保持原岩结构，强度很低，用手即可压碎，本次勘察揭露层厚度为0.500.80m强风化砂质泥岩: 岩石破碎，裂隙发育，岩芯呈碎块状，岩质较软，本次勘察揭露层厚度为1.202.30m,局部地段含有厚度不等的、中风化砂质泥岩夹层。中风化砂质泥岩：岩石相对较完整，裂隙较发育，岩芯呈柱状、长柱状，岩质相对较硬，本次勘察部分钻孔未揭穿该层，揭露厚度为7.2011.50m。局部地段含有厚度不等的强风化砂质泥岩夹层。4、工程水文条件
6、：场地地下水主要为上层滞水（局部含粘性土卵石地段为孔隙潜水）。根据区域水文地质资料，丰水期地下水位标高为275.60米至280.30米。5、工程难点：主要在于破碎中风化岩层及凿平岩石；排除基坑内的边坡渗水及地下浸水。三、主要施工方案1、施工总体安排地下室基坑土石方挖方量约6万立方，工期30天的总体要求作以下安排：（1）每天完成土石方挖运量为2000方。（2）根据工程要求土石方挖运采用日立200型或220型挖土机3-4台（带破碎头）、柳工50装载机2台、双桥运输汽车6-10台。项目部随时沟通和协调工程进度计划，如现场一旦发生机械故障，应立即另行调派相关机械入场替代，以确保施工进度。2、 施工准备
7、工作在基坑开挖前做好以下施工准备工作：（1）设置测量控制网。（2）设置基坑施工用的临时设施。（3）气象、地形和水文地质情况的调查。（4）地上、地下情况的调查。对施工区域及周围建筑物的位置、坚固程度、地下构筑物、高压输电线路和各种地下管线的位置、走向等情况进行调查，以便在施工前采取有效措施。（5）组织有关人员熟悉设计图纸，掌握施工内容、要求和特点，以便正确组织施工。（6）根据施工方案进行劳动力和机械、运输设备的统筹安排。（7）踏勘建设单位指定的弃土场地。3、主要施工方法（1）施工段的划分：根据本工程情况及工期要求，将工程划分为东西两个施工段。东段：11#和12#楼、幼儿园、13#和14#楼：西段
8、：15#楼、16#楼及地下车库。根据基础底标高及配合基坑边坡支护专业分包施工的要求，土方分为两个施工层，按施工段分层循环开挖土方。（2）施工顺序根据工作面的大小及土层厚度，首先在东段布置3台反铲挖土机、6台双桥运输汽车挖运第一层土方。东段第一层土方挖完后移交给边坡支护专业分包施工，转场至西段分层挖运土方。土方按建设单位指定地点弃土。如此循环施工在基坑东段沿基坑进出场坡道退场。（见附图）（3）施工方法土方开挖程序：测量放线切线分层开挖排除地表水、降低地下水修边坡整平预留捡底土层。基坑土方按边坡支护设计要求放坡开挖。挖土机采用反铲挖土，每50米长为一支护段，分层开挖停机面以下的土方，侧面停车以提高
9、运土效率。配合边坡支护专业分包及时修整边坡，满足放坡要求。当开挖至中（强）风化砂质泥岩时，采用机械破碎头破碎岩石。 当挖土机开挖基础持力层时，预留0.3米厚的岩层进行捡底，人工捡底的岩层采用风镐进行人工捡底，防止扰动基底持力层。在基坑四周挖好断面0.50.6米的砖砌排水沟、纵向排水坡度2和砖砌集水坑（111米），集水坑间距20米，截断边坡渗水和基坑外面的雨水；在基坑场地内当开挖至中（强）风化岩层时，在纵横方向布置四条0.40.6的砖砌排水沟，纵向排水坡度2，基坑表面排水坡度2，坡向排水沟，沿排水沟间距20米设111米的砖砌集水坑。集水坑内的积水用水泵及时抽排出基坑，以利土石方开挖。基坑外的管井
10、降水（或其它降水措施）必须使地下水位保持在挖土面以下0.5米。本工程土方开挖正值雨季施工，基坑分段开挖，挖好一段浇筑一段垫层，并在筏板基础基坑四周挖（0.40.5断面的排水沟和集水井，防止地面水流入，浸泡持力层。基坑四周边坡堆土应按边坡支护设计要求的安全距离堆土（原则上距离坑边不小于3米）。基坑开挖测量控制进场后首先做好现有地下室基坑面标高的复测，经常检查挖土面的标高，控制筏板基础和独立基础基坑尺寸，在进行人工清理基底时，间隔3米用白灰做一测量标记。经常检查平面控制桩和水准点及边坡坡度。控制好基坑内的排水坡度，纵横向均为2。基坑挖完后及时进行验槽，作好验收记录。如果有小部分超挖，按设计要求可用
11、C15砼回填至设计标高。四、施工组织保证（一）、项目组织机构我公司将本项目列为公司的重点工程来抓。选派承担过多次土方工程施工，懂技术、会管理的施利平同志担任项目经理，安排具有丰富施工经验的肖华云、李昌明等人员组成项目经理部。1、项目经理主要职责：（1）对工程施工安全、质量、进度、成本等监督管理，全面负责。（2）组织编制工程项目具体施工方案、工程进度计划和技术方案，制订安全生产和保证质量措施，并组织实施。（3）科学组织和管理项目的人、财、物等资源，及时解决施工中出现的问题。2、项目技术负责人主要职责：（1）贯彻执行国家和有关部门发布的技术、标准、规程、规范及技术文件。（2）全面负责本项目的技术工
12、作，制定技术管理规定，承担技术领导责任。（3）负责工程质量指标的制定及组织落实，领导质量管理工作。（4）主持编制施工方案，审批项目技术措施、安全措施、质量保证措施。（5）解决施工技术难题，并处理施工质量问题。3、专业工长主要职责：（1）全面负责项目施工管理，落实施工准备、工序衔接、技术原始资料整理。（2）严格执行技术操作和安全规程，坚持“三检”制度，加强宣传施工管理，精心组织施工生产。4、安全负责人主要职责：（1）负责制定本工程的安全技术措施及向班、组进行安全教育。（2）深入现场每道工序，掌握安全重点部位的情况，检查各种防护设施，纠正违章指挥、冒险蛮干，坚持原则，秉公办事。（3）安排专职安全员
13、，在车辆主要出入口、基坑四周负责定期的安全检查，发现重大安全隐患，有权制止作业，并立即报告项目部。（二）、项目管理目标我公司把本工程列为重点工程项目组织施工，做到技术上高度重视、组织上全面落实，管理上力求先进。确保工程质量、工期、安全等主要技术指标的要求，并确定以下管理目标：1、工期目标（附进度计划表）落实合同承诺的工期，各工序穿插施工，与建设、监理、设计单位密切配合，及时组织已完部分的工程验收，保证下道工序及时插入施工，确保工程的总工期的顺利实现。我公司安排土方开挖工程的施工工期为30天。在施工时通过采取确保工期的各项技术组织措施，保证土方开挖工程在2011年5月1日开工，在2011年5月3
14、0日完工。2、安全、文明施工管理目标安全施工目标：施工无伤亡事故，消防无火警事故，治安达标，消除“六害”行为。严格按建设部“一标准三规范”精心组织施工。文明施工目标：按建设部文明施工十条标准要求，将车辆出入口内侧的地坪作硬化处理，路边设高压水枪和沉淀池冲洗车辆；大门外10米范围内铺草垫或麻袋，安排工人打扫门外道路洒落的渣土。总体达到企业施工样板工地标准和南充市关于创标准化文明施工现场的要求。五、质量控制措施1、质量要求（1）主控项目开挖标高符合设计要求；开挖长度、宽度符合设计要求；成型后的边坡坡度符合设计要求（2）一般项目 控制好开挖基底面的平整度。 （3）机械挖土质量检验标准项目检查项目允许

16、，加强岗位培训，严格执行奖惩制度。（2）严格工序质量，认真按程序、规程办事，使影响工程质量的因素处于受控状态。（3）认真进行施工前的各项技术准备，强化每道工序的质量管理。（4）施工现场应创造一个文明生产的环境，施工平面布置科学合理，设备、材料堆放有序，做到安全文明生产。（5）针对本工程的重点和难点，编制详细的作业设计，确保各分项工程安全、优质、高速地完成。（6）编制切实可行的检查方案，操作人员必须认真执行“三检制”。按“检查上工序、保证本工序、服务下工序”的原则进行动态管理，使施工全过程处于受控状态。六、雨天施工措施（1）全面检查原有排水系统，必要时增加排水措施，保证水流畅通。（2）开挖基坑时
17、，应四周垒填土埂，防止雨水流入并在边坡上加盖塑料薄膜，以防止边坡土体流失。并时刻注意边坡和直立壁的稳定。（3）不宜靠房屋墙壁和围墙堆土。(4)对运输道路采取防滑措施，以保证正常运输和安全。大风大雨期间暂停施工。七、夜间施工措施（1）整个施工现场照明，用钢管架子架高安置4个5KW太阳灯。在深坑、陡坡等危险地段增设红灯警示标志。（2）施工范围内照明采用活动灯架，每个灯架安装1KW小碘钨灯，每个挖机工作范围内设两个灯架。（3）夜间施工灯光集中往坑内照射，防止灯光扰民。八、安全施工措施1安全教育及技术交底（1）进入施工现场必须遵守安全操作规程和安全生产十大纪律（2）严格执行施工组织设计和安全技术措施，
18、每班施工作业前，必须由技术员进行施工技术交底和安全员进行安全技术交底及讲解安全注意事项，进行班前安全教育。（3）作业前要全面检查开挖的机械、电气设备是否符合安全要求，严禁带病运行，基坑现场排水、降水、集水措施是否落实。（4）基坑开挖过程中，应按边坡支护设计要求及时配合专业分包做好边坡支护工作。(5)作业中应坚持由上而下分层开挖，先放坡，先支护，后开挖的原则，不准碰损边坡或碰撞支撑系统。开挖过程中经常观测边坡变化情况，发现异常，立即采取应急措施。(6) 基坑开挖时，如果发现有不能辨认的物品，应该立即报告上级处理，严禁随意敲击或玩耍。施工临时用电由现场维护电工专人管理，严格执行用电管理制度。(7)
19、汽车运土，装载机铲土时，应有人指挥，遵守现场交通标志和指令，严禁在基坑周边行走和通过车辆。(8)基坑周边严禁超荷载堆土、堆放材料设备，不得搭设临时工棚设施。2.施工安全技术措施（1）进行土方施工前，必须做好必要的地质、水文的调查工作。（2）基坑施工时配合基坑支护及边坡降水专业分包严格执行方案。（3）基坑开挖时应视土质、湿度和挖掘深度，设置安全边坡或者固壁支架。（4）在基坑内操作时，遇有可疑现象，应该立即停止工作，并报告上级处理。（5）对基坑的边坡或者固壁支架应该随时检查（特别是雨后），如果发现边坡有裂缝、疏松或者支撑有折断、移动等危险征兆，应该立即采取措施。（6）挖掘土方应从上而下施工，禁止采
20、用挖空坡脚的操作方法。（7）使用机械挖土前，要先发出信号，开挖过程中，必须有专人指挥挖掘机械，在挖掘机械旋转范围内，严禁其他作业。装土时严禁人停留在装土车上，作业人员必须佩戴安全帽。专职安全人员进行巡查，发现安全隐患及时进行纠正并采取有效预防控制措施。机械操作人员应持证上岗。（8）基坑施工设置有效排水措施，在距基坑边线3米范围内不准机械行驶和停放，不准堆放其它物品，以防边坡坍塌。（9）基坑周围设置安全防护栏杆，并设安全警示牌，夜间悬挂红色警示灯。施工人员上下基坑要有专用通道，通道设置符合安全性、牢固性、稳定性要求。（10）施工用电严格执行一机一闸一漏一箱用电制度。总配电箱和分配电箱设雨罩和门锁
21、，同时安装漏电保护器。夜间操作照明灯采用36V的低压防水工作灯。（11）集水坑内抽水用的潜水泵和电源电线应绝缘良好、接线正确。抽水时坑内作业人员不准停留在坑内，移动水泵必须先切断电源。九、文明施工措施（1）建立严格的管理制度，领导挂帅，责任明确，定人定岗。（2）施工机械设备做到整洁，操作人员持证上岗，悬挂岗位责任牌和安全操作规程标牌。（3）在出场大门处设置车辆及挖掘土方设备清洗冲刷台，车辆经清洗后出场，严防车辆携带泥沙造成道路的污染。(4)严格遵守社会公德、职业道德和纪律，妥善处理现场与周边的公共关系，控制施工噪音，不扰民，争取有关单位和群众的谅解和支持。(5)施工阶段，定时对施工通道进行洒水
