1、 高填方路基专项施工方案 一、工程概况内蒙古省道203线满阿公路工程建设，本项目高填路基共3段，主线路基段为MRK0+000MEK0+700长(700m）路基平均宽度30米匝道段GKO+188GK0+470长（282米）、DK0+200DK0+376长（176米）路基平均宽度10.5米二、施工准备1）施工测量：组织施工技术人员对全线水准点、导线点进行复核和加密测量，测量成果已经监理业主批准，并用其进行施工放样工作。2）施工用电：配2台200KW柴油发电机备用。3）图纸会审：对设计图纸的会审工作已完成，并就设计中存在的疑问报请监理、业主及设计院进行处理。4）各类临时设施，机械设备、施工人员已全部
2、就位。5）各种材料、配合比的检测、试验工作已完成。6)、施工工期安排： 开工日期2014年4月15日，竣工日期2016年8月31日。三、施工方案主要施工方案及辅助设施路基填筑采用分层填筑压实方法按“三阶段、四区段、八流程”纵向分层、刷坡同步标准作业法填筑的施工方案。路堤每层填筑宽度，超出路堤设计宽度50cm，以保证修整路基边坡后的路堤边缘有足够的压实度，并作好临时排水工程的完善。施工前根据填料情况先做实验路段，确定合理的工艺参数（最大干密度、最佳含水量、压实遍数等），全面指导施工。施工前先将路基范围内清表，原地面压实达到要求。填筑时按每车运量现场撒出格网以控制虚铺层厚，推土机初平、平地机精平，
3、羊足碾和20t重型振动压路机分层压实。路基施工前做好排水工程和防渗设施以及施工场地附近的临时排水措施。路基施工时在各施工面做相应的横、纵坡有组织排水。路基的排水工程有浆砌石排水沟、截水沟等。路基防护工程包括植物防护和工程防护。路基防护及排水紧随路基成型施工顺序穿插进行。1、路堤施工方法路堤填筑按纵向水平分层填筑压实的方法和“三阶段、四区段、八流程”的工艺进行施工。施工前根据填料情况先做实验路段，确定合理的工艺参数，经监理工程师批准后，全面指导施工。四区段路基填筑施工顺线路纵向按填筑区平整区碾压区检验区等四个区段进行布置，每区段纵向长度视现场情况划分。采用四区段布置路基填筑施工作业区域，是为了各
4、工序能够相对独立进行作业，互不干扰，充分发挥生产效能，提高生产效率，确保工程质量。 四区段具体内容如下：填筑区填筑区是已经完成场地清理和基底处理施工后，经检查合格报请监理工程师批准同意进行填筑施工作业的区域。施工中应根据试验确定的松铺厚度和汽车的载重量，计算确定后确定汽车卸土的前后的间距，保证松铺厚度符合要求。平整区平整区是自卸汽车的填筑区，专供推土机和平地机进行平整作业的施工区域。平整作业先由推土机进行粗平，将自卸汽车卸土后的土堆初步整平，形成一个大致的平整面，再由平地机进行终平，仔细将填筑面按照规范要求进行整平，形成线路中心顶面向两侧34%的横向排水坡。碾压区检验合格经过监理工程师批准可以
5、进行碾压施工，专供压路机进行施工作业区域。检测区按照试验确定的碾压遍数，已经完成压实工序施工，经监理工程师批准可以进行压实检测的区域，专供压实密度等各项指标检测的作业区域。检测合格后经监理工程师批准进入填筑作业区域循环，形成新的填筑区。八流程路基填筑施工工艺流程按以下八个步骤进行循环作业：场地清理基底处理分层填筑摊铺整平机械碾压检验鉴定路基整修。路堤施工中必须坚持“三线四度”。三线即：中线、两侧线，且在三线上每隔10m插一小红旗，明确中线、边线的控制点；四度即：厚度、密实度、路拱度、平整度。控制路基分层厚度以确保密实度，控制路拱度以确保雨水及时排出，控制平整度以确保路基碾压均匀及在下雨时路基上
6、不积水。2、施工准备、基底处理：（1）伐树、挖根、除草路基范围（路堤和路堑占地）内的草地、灌木丛施工前砍伐或移植，砍伐的树木有序堆放在路基用地外，妥善处理，并将路基用地范围内的草皮，树根全部清除，且将填方路基范围内的坑穴填平夯实。（2）挖台阶路堤填筑时，当地面自然横坡或纵坡陡于1：5时，将原地面挖成台阶，台阶宽度大于2m，以满足摊铺和压实设备操作的需要，高度为0.3m。台阶顶做成2%4%倾斜坡。砂性土原则上不挖台阶，而是将原地面以下200300mm的表土翻松。对于覆盖层不厚的倾斜岩石基底，当地面横坡为1：51：2.5时，要挖除覆盖层，并将基岩挖成台阶。（3）原地面处理在原地面清表工作结束后及时
7、恢复路基的中桩和施工边桩，人工用石灰沿桩划线标明，以便指导机械施工。采用推土机沿灰线间就地整平，并形成单坡或两边坡路拱以利排水。完成以上工作后，分以下几种方式进行原地面处理。（4）采用20t光轮压路机碾压34遍，在碾压过程中出现的局部弹簧现象，采用人工翻挖，并掺加适量的石灰拌合均匀，并重新碾压至要求压实度。（5）对于气候较差、气温低，采用翻晒难以保证的地段，采用人工布格掺加5%的消解石灰进行20cm处理，采用铧犁、路拌机或旋耕机进行拌合34遍，目测无灰条团、灰条、颜色一致整体层位均匀，满足碾压的含水量后，用平地机整形，用光轮压路机碾压至要求的密实度。四、高填路堤填筑施工要点本标段路堤水平分层填
8、筑时，按照全断面全宽每2025cm厚分一水平层，逐层碾压进行填筑。对于原地面纵坡大于12%的地段先进行纵向分层填筑，每层最大松铺厚度不超过30cm，线型调整好后再全部进行水平分层进行整体施工。在施工过程中，每填筑23层时，须重新测量放样，定出中桩，测量高程，放样定出填筑边线，以确保路基填筑宽度及成型的路基线型。1)、填料选择：根据本合同段路基土石方量大的特点，选择符合规范要求、级配较好的硬质岩块做填料，最大粒径不超过层厚的2/3。填石路堤应分层填筑，分层压实，分层松铺厚度不宜大于0.4m，以保证路基密实度，避免由于石料之间存在空隙，而造成路基下沉。2)、路床顶面以下50cm填料粒径选用不大于1
9、0cm的级配砂石料，并分层压实。逐层填筑时应安排好石料运输路线，专人指挥，按水平分层填筑，先低后高，先两侧后中央卸料，并用大型推土机推平，个别不平处应配合人工用细石填，石屑找平；当石料级配差、粒径大、填层较厚、石块间空隙较大时，可在每层表面的空隙里嵌塞石碴、石屑，直到将空隙填满。3)、当用人工铺填粒径大于25cm的石料时，应先铺填大块石料，大面朝下，小面朝上，摆放平稳，再用小石块找平，石屑塞缝，最后压实。4)、填石路堤的填料如果其岩性相差较大时，则应将不同岩性的填料分层或分段填筑。软土地区的填石路堤在处理完地基后再将石块铺填于路堤下层，先填大块石料，再用小石块或石碴嵌缝，找平后压实。5)、检查
10、松铺厚度：沿纵向每20m设一断面，每断面布设35个测点，用水准仪测出各点高程，相对下层标高检查其松铺厚度，每层松铺厚度不大于40cm。6)、压实：采用20t振动碾分层压实，每填高2m用250t冲击式压路机冲压不少于20遍，碾压遍数按工艺试验路段施工结果确定并经监理工程师批准作为控制参数。以压实速度和碾压遍数控制压实质量，并做好压实记录。压实后，顶面必须稳定，不再下沉、石块紧密、表面平整。每层面压实完成后对路基进行沉降观测，做好记录，如需补方应及时进行，但补方厚度不应超过一层填筑厚度。7)、质量检测：主要包括填料、填筑层厚度，路基填筑断面尺寸，填筑层在纵向和横向的均匀度及平整度、压实度。自检合格
11、并报监理工程师验收后方可填筑下一层。为了保证高填路基的填筑质量及边坡稳定，须优先安排高填路堤的施工，以便留有一定时间的沉降期。根据设计横断面及规范要求的超填宽度，精确放出路堤坡脚。清除表土后按设计及规范要求对基底进行压实及加固处理，确保基底达到规定的压实度。严格控制填料质量，定期对填筑材料进行各项技术指标检测。若填料来源不同，其性质相差较大时，应分层填筑；高填方路堤受水浸淹部分，应采用水稳性高及渗水性好的填料，其边坡比不宜小于1：1.75；半填半挖的一侧高填方基底为斜坡时，应按规定挖好横向台阶。每填筑好一级后，及时修坡防护，以防雨水冲刷。在雨季施工时，注意排水。在填挖交界处，施作一些临时排水沟
12、，避免雨水对整个边坡的冲刷。高填路堤应合理埋设沉降观测点，并按规定进行沉降观测，监测路堤稳定性。高路堤填筑施工工艺见附件五、质量保证体系1）实行施工人员定员定岗制，发现质量问题及时处理。2）关键工序及隐蔽工程实行专业技术人员全过程旁站或施工的技术交底。3）试验室实行专人负责路基土工试验，并派专人经常深入工地检查落实及取样试验。5）测量组专人负责放样复测及资料整理，直到核对无误为止。6）工程技术部实行质检定员制，每日巡查抽检工地质量情况。自检合格后监理检测验收。 六、安全保证措施 本项目经理部已成立安全领导小组，成员如下：组 长：卢化臣副组长：张永胜、王长明小组人员：石建华 王 宜 聂茂勇 刘占
13、伟 姜可泉 史东亮 李 凯 吕俊龙 于 磊 质检安全部对本工程实行专人负责安全巡查制，工地施工技术员实行安全监督制。在施工场地设立警示标志牌，对安全用电进行重点安全防范。各施工工人必须戴安全帽，同时要经常对工地人员进行安全教育。七、环境保护及文明施工措施1）施工前做好截水，排水工作，保持良好的排水状态，防止废水、废机油、废柴油等排进草场、林地，更不得引起淤积和冲刷。2）路基开挖弃方必须在指定弃土场堆放，并进行整平压实，不得随意堆放。3）在气候干燥季节，对临时道路采用洒水等有效措施，防止灰尘污染周围环境，雨季保持临时道路畅通。4）对机械设备和工艺操作产生的噪音采取消声等有效措施，尽量避免晚间施工
