42、凝土结构体开裂、麻面、孔眼、蜂窝等渗漏为主。 这种病害一定程度上影响了地铁的运行，故须及时给予整治，为彻底解决这一渗漏隐患，我公司根据现场情况结合多年专业施工实践经验，决定采用堵抗法来处理渗漏水这一有效措施彻底解决这一难题，现特备以下方案供初选，谨请贵单位领导及专家审定。1、现场情况：变形缝渗漏，混凝土结构本体开裂缝，局部施工经缝、蜂窝麻面等多种渗漏水形式。2、治理的基本原则： 渗漏治理的主要原则为：经过堵漏防水措施治理后的渗漏水部位，防水效果要达到零缺陷，接近或达到原结构防水使用年限，修复材料具有一定的强度和补强效果；其二，修复的结构变形缝在今后的使用中能够承受一定的变形；其三，渗漏治理所采

44、，满足甲方总体施工要求，保证不影响甲方计划。 第三章 渗漏治理的主要技术措施及工艺 一、变形缝渗漏治理的主要技术措施 1、渗漏治理的原则：要点：堵漏、防水、恢复使用功能。 经过治理的变形缝要达到一级防水要求，即结构不允许渗水、结构表面无湿渍。渗漏治理至少应采取三道以上的堵漏防水措施。修复后的结构变形缝在今后的使用中能够承受一定的变形，水平方向和竖直方向可适应8mm 的变形。防水效果要达到零缺陷，接近或达到原结构防水的使用年限。 2、措施及要求： 首先要进行清理、剔槽、勘察，将缝中木模板、泡沫板等填充物剔凿、掏净、清理至止水带，严禁破坏止水带；如果变形缝宽度小于15mm，要通过扩槽，扩槽后的缝宽
45、要50mm。通过图纸及咨询相关的技术人员或钻孔探测以确认止水带的类型和宽度，确认后从结构表面向垂直于止水带的方向钻孔至止水带；交错布孔、灌浆，将止水带与混凝土结构之间形成的施工缝（即渗水通道）填塞、堵住至止水。要求注浆之前要先注水：a、是确认渗漏状况，b、是清理缝隙，提高界面清洁度，c、提高浆液渗透、膨胀、推水、填塞、止水效果。 3、浆液的选择：a、斥水型、弹性并配有现场温度调节反应速度的催化剂Gelacry1 superflex 丙稀酸盐灌浆液，固结体为微闭孔结构。 b、无溶剂，固含量达 99% MDI 环保型。 c、产品本体寿命达20年以上。 d、催化剂添加量以浆液露出结构表面发泡状即可，
46、严禁使用露出结构表面未反应，之后慢慢反应的灌浆液。当上述工序完成后，就可以安装主防水材料SM 遇水膨胀止水胶和低模量单组份聚氨酯密封胶，之后用 A3 水乳型环氧砂浆填充缝内并将纸板插入，形成约5mm的用于今后适应变形的缝隙。侧墙和顶板要用 A3 水乳型环氧乳液和金固堵漏灵拌合料填充封堵，最后用低模量单组份聚氨酯密封胶封平。 要求：SM遇水膨胀止水胶固含量 98%以上，无溶剂、无味、环保、遇水膨胀率达 200%以上，潮湿粘结强度达 0.3Mpa 以上，产品本体寿命可达 20 年以上。 3、材料的性能指标 a、Ha Flex LV 技术性能指标未固化前项目数据标准固含量100ASTMD-100粘度
