1、级配砂砾路面底基层施工方案一、工程概况本工程为平顺县红色旅游公路（县城-西沟-消军岭)，施工工程为第三标段，起点位于龙镇（k17+000），终点过消军岭止于县界（K21+688）。是在原路基础上进行升级改造。全线二级公路标准，设计时速40KM/h,其中龙镇村过村段（k17+440k18+080）路基宽度14m、（ k18+080K18+500）段路基宽12m, 其余路段路基宽均为8.5m。路面结构为沥青砼，路基路面排水形式为浆砌片石边沟、急流槽。路基防护主要为挡土墙和护面墙。路面底基层为砂砾石垫层，下基层为5%水泥稳定碎石20cm厚，上基层为5.5%水泥稳定碎石18cm厚；沥青砼面层不属于本标
2、段。二、施工进度计划计划2014年9月1日开工，2014年9月6日完工。三、人员机械配置1、人员组织：技术负责人1人、技术员3人，试验2人，质检旁站1人，施工人15人，以满足该工程施工需要。2、技术准备：我部组织所有工程技术人员认真学习了有关技术规范、施工图纸，并由项目总工程师向所有将参与试验段的技术人员作了砂砾底基层施工技术交底会，确定了施工方案。3、机械配备：装载机4台，振动压路机1台，轮式单轮振动压路机1台，自卸汽车4辆、洒水车1台、平地机、刮平面1台等。 四、施工准备1、土方路基验收:已形成路基的压实度、平整度、纵断高程、宽度、厚度、横坡、弯沉等技术指标经自检合格后报监理工程师抽查,经
3、抽检各项指标符合规范要求。2、级配砂砾底面基层各项试验按照试验规程已完成，附试验资料。3、施工放样：在达到标准的路基上恢复中线，直线段每25m设一桩，曲线段每20m设一桩，并在两侧边缘外设指示桩。在两侧指示桩上用明显标记标出级配砂砾底基层的设计标高。五、级配砂砾底面层施工工序 1施工工艺路槽验收准备集料摊铺整平洒水碾压质量检查洒水养生。2施工方案 通过自卸汽车运输,机械摊铺，2个施工作业队交替配合装载机粗平、平地机精平、机械压实。碾压成型的底基层采用自喷式洒水车洒水养生的方案。3施工方法：1）路槽准备在铺筑天然砂砾垫层之前，应从填筑好的路床上将所有浮土、杂物清除干净，并严格整形和压实，使其达到
4、设计所规定的要求。路槽上的车辙、松软部分和压实不足的地方，以及任何不符合规定要求的表面都应翻松、清除或掺添同类材料，重新进行整修，使其达到规范要求。2）集料准备天然砂砾面层所用砂砾在调查试验并进行试配和标准击实的基础上，确认合格后方可进料。各种材料均按指定料场用汽车运输到工地。材料设专人管理、专人验收，严把质量关。3）摊铺、整平摊铺时的砂砾料含水量略高于压实时的最佳含水量,以弥补施工过程中的水分损失。装载机将运至现场的砂砾料推平,用平地机粗平,人工根据设计高程和摊铺系数挂左、中、右三条线（弯道加宽超高部分挂“米”字线）进行精平,以确保表面平整，厚度均匀， 横坡标准。摊铺系数经试验后，在1.25
5、1.30之间，具体数值我们在施工过程中根据实际测试后确定。整形过程为：平地机粗平人工挂线精平振动压路机稳压人工配合平地机修整缺陷处检查平整度、厚度及横坡和路拱进入碾压工序。4）压实摊铺整形完成后，如级配砂砾含水量较小，可进行补充洒水，使其达到最佳含水量。发现集料离析时，要及时进行处理，对过细或过粗材料，应掺入适用的材料或挖除重新填筑。压实采用先振动后静压，碾压方向均应与中线平行，直线段由边到中，由慢到快，超高段由内向外依次进行碾压。碾压时后轮重迭1/3轮宽，且必须超过两接缝处，直至压实度不小于96%。成型后的垫层应表面平整，无明显轮迹，具有标准的横坡和路拱。5）质量检查对砂砾面层压实度、平整度
6、、高程、厚度、横坡、宽度进行自检，并提交监理工程师抽检审查批准后，方可进行下道工序施工。6）养生养生时控制洒水量，使砂砾面层表面保持湿润，不得有积水现象。碾压结束后经自检合格报请监理工程师检查验收，验收合格，及时进行养生。三、级配砂砾底面层施工注意事项（1）检查密实度 密实度96%。采用灌砂法检查，每车道每200m检查个点。 （2）依据铺筑路段确定的松铺系数，计算出控制摊铺标高数据，在各桩测出后挂线、摊铺、整平、碾压。（3）摊铺级配砂砾面基层施工采用全幅摊铺，装载机摊铺后，人工配合平地机整平。安排专人负责摊铺厚度、平整度、横坡等指标的控制，发现问题及时反映，以免影响砂砾面层的摊铺质量。摊铺时应

9、格控制标高、宽度和平整度。施工路段要架设水准仪随时检测、调整。整平后，在最佳含水量进行碾压，机械组合和碾压遍数必须按规定进行。压实度达到设计要求后前移工作面。（2）技术措施：在路面砂砾面层施工前，试验人员到所有业主指定的料场取样，按照设计文件的要求对砂砾料的各项指标进行试验。在填筑时，利用装载机配合平地机按照设计的路拱横坡进行整平。填筑达到设计标高时，先用振动压路机稳压两遍后用平地机刮平，再用水准仪及三米直尺对路线高程、路拱及平整度等指标不符合要求之处进行全面修整，然后进行碾压工作。碾压成型后再进行复测、修整。（三）工期保证措施1、调遣精兵强将，强化施工管理。2、科学组织、精心施工，加强施工计
10、划的科学性，运用统筹法、网络技术、系统工程等新技术编制切实可行的实施性施工组织设计，选择最优施工方案。3、应用高效先进的生产设备及采用先进合理的施工工艺。4、采取有力措施搞好夏季与雨季施工5、搞好环境保障，减少施工干扰6、抓住时机，掀起施工高潮7、保证工期的主要施工组织技术措施（1）强化指挥机构（2）投入精锐力量（3）抓紧施工准备。（4）施工组织不断优化，搞好调整，优化施工组织方案，使之更趋完善、合理。（5）施工调度做到高效运转（6）协调好季节施工。（7）加强设备管理和调配。（8）保障材料供应对所需材料做到有组织、有计划地进行采购与供应、储备，保证施工用料。（四）安全保证体系安全保证体系项目经
