16、使用。6.施工前，准备好各种检测仪器，全站仪1台，水平仪1台，50m钢尺2盘，盒尺5把，所用检测用仪器必须经计量部门检测合格，有合格证并在有效期内方能使用。7.施工机械、机具进行检测，保证运转良好。易损易坏备件齐全，保证正常使用。8.施工临时电源、临时水源引入现场。9.施工人员到位，并进行安全技术交底。10.所有施工人员必须经过三级安全教育，经过考试合格后并体检合格方可上岗。四.施工方法及工艺流程主要施工方法：（一）、土壤固化剂施工前期的准备工作：（1）固化土构造层完成施工日最低气温应在3。c以上，宜阅历半个月左右暖和热的气候养生为最佳。多雨地域，应防止在雨季固化土构造层的施工。（2）雨季施工
17、固化土构造层时，应采取必要的防雨水措施，防护石灰（或水泥）免遭雨淋。（3）固化土构造层施工时，应按下列操作：a、细粒土应尽可能粉碎，土块最大尺寸不应大于15mm。b、配料应精确，依据不同层次，采用0.012%-0.018%的比例稀释。c、施工时，水泥或石灰应摊铺平均。d、固化剂剂量应精确，运用前摇匀，合沉淀充沛溶解。e、喷洒固化剂稀释液及拌和应平均。f、应严厉控制基层的厚度和高程，其路拱横坡应与面层分歧。g、混合料处于最佳含水量或略小于最佳含水量（1%-2%）时停止碾压。h、固化土构造层构造层应用18压路机碾压，最好采用重型压路机，以到达最佳的压实效果。每层的压实厚度能够依据实验适量增加。压实
18、厚渡过大时，应分层铺筑，每层的最小压实厚度为12cm，下层宜稍厚。关于固化土构造层，应采用先轻型、后重型压路机碾压。j、用于固化层的素土摊铺为压实厚度的1.5倍左右k、施工时，必需紧密组织，采用流水作业法施工，宜边拌和边运至现场摊铺，避免混合料积存和堆底不净现象。尽可能缩短从加固化剂稀释液拌到碾压终了的延迟时间，此时间不应超越3-4h，并应短于水泥的终凝时间。（二）、施工准备： 1.技术准备 ：原材料试验。在土壤固化剂基层施工前，应取所定料场中有代表性的土样进行以下试验：颗粒分析、液限和塑性指数、击实试验、。此外，还需检验水泥的标号。初终凝时间及其安定性。按照土壤种类及其特质确定与土壤固化剂的
19、配合比和土壤的最佳含水量、最大干密度；施工前进行100m的样路施工，确定机械组合效果、施工方法， 确定验收的各项指标达到国家标准。2.混合料的配置（1） 固化土混合料可按下列比例进行配制做路面基层用：a水泥类固化土：水泥剂量为6-8%，固化剂用量为0.012-0.018%；b石灰类固化土：石灰剂量为4%， 固化剂用量为0.012-0.015%做路面底基层用：a水泥类固化土：水泥剂量为4-6%，固化剂用量为0.012-0.018%；b石灰类固化土：石灰剂量为4%， 固化剂用量为0.012-0.015%.机具准备 ：主要机械：搅拌机、振动压路机、轮胎压路机、洒水车、路拌机、旋耕机、多铧犁等。 （三
20、）、施工方法：1基层施工：1.1.将施工段内的表层腐殖土清除干净。1.2.复合固结土层若是20公分厚，则向下翻松土26-28公分，并把它推到一边进行晾晒。1.3.处理地基。按照施工图纸的要求对地基进行压实处理。注意控制标高、压实度和平整度。必须用三轮压路机或振动压路机进行3-4遍碾压。在碾压过程中，如发现土过干、表层松散、应适当洒水；如土过湿，发生“弹簧”现象，应采取挖开晾晒、换土、掺少量石灰等措施进行处理。2.测量放线：用全站仪按坐标法测量恢复中线，每10米设一排桩，并根据路基设计宽度，放出路基边线，为保证路（料场）基土有效压实度和边坡的稳定，在放基土边线时应使两侧边线各宽出20 cm-40
21、 cm力宜。然后测量技术员精确放出水准测量线，确定纵横断面的标高，并按设计高程在侧钎上作好标记，在进行水准高程控制时应考虑到松铺系数。3.铺土：将晾晒后土壤回填，把准备好的土壤均匀摊铺于作业面上，摊铺的素土应为要求压实厚度的1.5倍左右。4.铺水泥：将土排压平整，根据复合固结土的厚度和预定的干密度及水泥剂量，计算每一平方米复合固结土需要的水泥剂量，并确定水泥摆放的纵横间距，用人工按照单位长度或单位面积，将水泥用量折成袋数，均匀的摊铺在土层表面。5. 稳定土拌合与固化剂稀释液配制：用稳定土拌合机拌合，确保均匀、颜色一致。同时进行的是稀释固化剂，将洒水汽车装入施工段计算所需的用水量，然后将计算好的
22、固化剂用量倒入水中，用木杆搅拌均匀使固化剂溶于水中。稀释浓度一般在1：1001：200之间，应根据混合料的天然含水率和设计的固化剂用量来确定。当混合料的天然含水率较低时，固化剂稀释液的浓度应小些，相反，当混合料的天然含水率较大时，固化剂稀释液的浓度应高些。6.喷洒固化剂稀释液、再拌和：首先用履带式推土机为洒水汽车排压车道，喷洒第一遍50%的固化剂稀释液，用压力式水车或自流式洒水汽车在排压平整后的混合料上往复均匀喷洒，洒水车掉头时应及时关闭洒水阀门，以防止浪费与不均匀喷洒。然后用稳定土路拌机拌和一遍，排压车道喷洒第二遍50%的固化剂稀释液，再拌合直到均匀为止。7.整形：混合料拌和均匀后，应立即用
23、履带式推土机进行排压，然后用平地机初步整形。用压路机立即在初平的路段上快速碾压一遍，以暴露潜在的不平整。再用平地机进行整形，对局部低洼处，应用齿耙将其表面耙松5cm-8cm，并用新拌的复合固结土混合料进行填补找平。最后用平地机精细整形一次，应将高处料直接刮出路外，不应形成薄层贴补现象。8.碾压：根据路宽、压路机的轮宽和轮距的不同，制定碾压方案，应使各部分碾压到的次数尽量相同，路面的两侧应多压2-3遍。压路机应先轻后重、先快后慢，先两边后中间进行碾压；曲线设有超高时，应由内侧向外侧进行碾压。三轮压路机后轮应重叠1/2轮宽，后轮必须超过两段的接缝处，直到使每层整个厚度完全均匀的达到规定的压实度为止
24、。严禁压路机在已完成的或正在碾压的路段上调头或急刹车，应保证复合固结土表面不受人为破坏。碾压过程中，复合固结土表面应始终保持湿润，如水分蒸发过快，应及时补洒少量低浓度（1：200）的固化剂稀释液。碾压过程中，如出现“弹簧”、松散、起皮等现象，应及时翻开重新拌和（加适量的水泥）或用其他方法处理，使其达到质量要求。9.养生：养生期：7天，且洒水养生不能间断，未达到强度要求之前，禁止各类车辆通行。养生方式：洒水并覆盖养生：洒水要求：在复合固结土碾压完成后7天内，应保证每天洒水一到二次，以利于表层的水稳定性和强度的形成。覆盖方法有以下几种，可根据实际情况进行选择：在碾压完成以后，在复合固结土表面撒一层
25、秸秆，可有效防止太阳暴晒而引起的开裂现象。在碾压工序完成之际，铺撒一层粉煤灰，再用压路机静压一到两遍。粉煤灰厚度控制在1厘米。撒一层粉煤灰也可以防止太阳暴晒而引起的开裂现象。可以采用塑料薄膜进行覆盖养生（免洒水）。10.注意事项： (1) 用洒水车实地喷洒不够均匀且有较严重泄漏时，如全部使用园盘犁(或旋耕犁)拌料不易大面积拌合均匀，施工中易发生软浆，干燥后有表面固化不均匀现象.所以需使用刮平机进行大面积拌合。 (2)由于土的天然含水量是经常变化的，拌合中以略高于最佳含水量23个百分点的用水量进行控制，方可保证料土中含水量不会过高。 (3)为保证固化剂均匀加入混合料中，施工中应先将固化剂按比例加
26、入水中并搅拌均匀，然后将固化剂稀释液均匀喷洒在混合料中，用装载机来回翻拌几遍，直至均匀为止，为保证固化剂稀释液能够均匀加入混合料，应一边拌和，一边加固化剂稀释液，不能以开始就将稀释液一次喷洒完。 (4)下雨天不能进行拌合，以免固化剂稀释液随雨水流失。工艺流程：五.质量控制要求：质量目标：基层固化土合格率为100%，力争达到优良。对于拌和完成的基土由专人严格按照标准进行检测，主要包括如下几个方面：1原材料质量检查：包括固化剂、白灰、水、素土。2混合料质量检查：灰剂量、混合料拌和深度、混合料拌和均匀性。3固化土基土质量检查：厚度、平整度、宽度、高程、横坡度、压实度、偏位摊铺均匀性。4施工完的固化土
27、基土及时报验。5不符合标准的部位需修补，无法修补需及时返工处理。六.职业安全健康与环境保证措施及文明施工要求1所有施工人员必须认真遵守电力建设安全工作规程和电力建设安全施工管理规定，杜绝“三违”现象发生，认真做到“三不伤害”。2操作人员进入施工现场必须正确佩带全安帽。3铺灰时，作业人员佩带口罩，手套，要穿长衣长裤，避免白灰对人体皮肤和呼吸道的伤害。4对固化剂运输使用需严格执行国家规定。5用彩条布对上铺土方进行覆盖，对施工场地及运输道路洒水防护，使用袋装白灰以减少扬尘。6施工设备优先选用噪声小，排烟少，性能优良机械。7夜间施工照明充足，照明采用投光灯，工作面不少于4盏。8认真做好施工区域的安全文
