35、使用。、工程中使用的导地线、金具等物资必须有合格证。物资到货后应对其进行外观检查。、绝缘子在运抵塔位前进行下列检查工作:()绝缘子铁帽及其他金属附件应符合相应标准的规定,推拉弹簧销应和绝缘子成套供应。()绝缘子铁帽、瓷件、钢脚三者应在同一轴线上,不应有明显的歪斜,相应位移不应超过2mm。(3)各型绝缘子是否有瓷件破损、球头松动,钢帽损坏者。(4)绝缘子是否有裂纹。以上检验不合格者,严禁使用。、绝缘子按以上五项进行外观检查合格后,每批绝缘子抽出一定数量绝缘子,将其表面擦洗干净逐个用5000V兆欧表进行绝缘检查,认真填写检查记录,其绝缘电阻不得小于500M,合格后即可组装上塔。、金具材料组装前进行

45、、进导线;张牵设备进场;挂滑车;搭跨越架;放导引绳;牵引线展放;导线展放;拆除跨越架和放线机械转场;放线作业和紧线作业紧密关联,只有形成流水化才能提高架线速度。(1)放线场地的选择正常情况,放线区段按4km进行选择,放线区段内的滑车不超过20个,由于地形、运输、停电等因素影响,造成放线区段大于4km,并且放线区段内的滑车不超过20个时,必须采取措施保证导线不受损伤,并验算张力、牵引力不超过现有设备的额定出力。保护导线的措施有:I、选择摩擦系数小的滑车做为放线滑车;II、过滑车的直线压接管装保护钢甲;III、在保证对跨越物高度的情况下,尽可能减小放线张力。张牵场选择在交通运输方便、视线开阔、锚线容易、直线升空方便的地方,张牵机对邻塔的出线夹角小于15度,不能满足要求时在塔身上挂放线滑车出线,导线放通后将导线移到安装位置。张牵场选定后,计算出正牵情况下的放线张力、牵引力,比较张力机、牵引机的出力后选择牵引方式。牵引方式有三种:正牵、倒牵、转向牵引。张、牵场地还应满足以下要求:I、场地
