1、粉尘防爆安全警示标志管理制度一、总则1、为了规范粉尘作业场所粉尘爆炸危险的告知和安全警示工作，规范安全警示标志的设置，确保生产过程中的安全，维护生产员工和公司生命财产安全，根据安全生产法及公司安全管理制度，特制定本制度。2、本制度所称的粉尘爆炸危险告知和安全防护措施如实告诉公司员工，告知的形式包括公告栏和培训。3、粉尘防爆安全警示是在粉尘作业场所设置可以使员工产生警觉并采取相应安全防护措施的图形、线条、相关文字、信号、报警装置及通讯报警装置等。其中图形、线条和相关文字统称为警示标志。4、依据粉尘爆炸危险因素的特性，选用并设置相应的安全警示标志。5、在作业场所的所有公司员工应严格按照危险告知和警
2、示提示进行防护。6、安全生产委员会和生产部的管理人员有权对本制度的执行情况进行监督检查，发现问题有权提出处理意见。二、安全警示标志的设置要求1、存在粉尘作业的场所必须设置相应的警示标志、警示线、警示信号、自动报警和通讯报警装置。2、安全警示标志包括安全色和安全标志。（1）安全色。是指传递安全信息含义的颜色，包括红色、蓝色、黄色和绿色。红色表示禁止、停止、危险的意思。蓝色表示指令，要求人们必须遵守的规定。黄色表示提醒、注意，凡是警告人们注意的器件、设备及环境应以黄色表示。绿色表示允许、安全的意思。（2）安全标志的分类 禁止标志：禁止不安全行为的图形文字符号。警告标志：提醒对周围环境需要注意，以避
3、免可能发生危险的图形文字符号。指令标志：强制做出某种动作或采用防护措施的图形文字符号。提示标志：提供某种信息（如标明安全设施或场所等）的图形文字符号。（3）安全标志的基本形式禁止标志的基本形式是红色圆环加斜杠。警告标志的基本形式是黄色等边三角形。指令标志的基本形式是蓝色圆形。提示标志的基本形式绿色正方形和长方形。三、安全警示标志的设置规则1、安全警示标志要符合国家标准GB2849-1996安全标志使用导则、GB2893-2001安全色的要求。2、安全警示标志应设在与安全有关的醒目地方，并使人们看见后，有足够的时间来注意它所表示的内容。粉尘爆炸危险区、当心爆炸等环境信息标志应设在有关场所的入口处
