1、广元至南充高速公路GN20合同段多扶隧道洞身钢支撑施工方案广元至南充高速公路GN20合同段项目经理部多扶隧道洞身钢支撑施工方案一、工程概况多扶隧道位于广南高速GN20标段YK184+096（ZK184+095）YK184+519(ZK184+503)段，左线408米、右线423米，隧道布置采用小净距方式。隧址区属中亚热带湿润气候区，具有四川盆地底部的气候特征。勘察区位于四川盆地西北的丘陵地区。根据地表工程地质测绘及初勘钻探成果表明：隧道围岩及山体地层主要是侏罗系上统蓬莱镇组下段（J3P1）的砂岩河泥岩不等厚互层。第四系残坡积土零星覆盖在斜坡地带，厚度0.m。隧址区地质构造上位于南充背斜北冀，岩
2、层倾角3440600，经地表调绘及钻探揭露，隧址区岩石总体较完整。工程区新构造运动主要表现为间隙性的上升运动，形成河流阶地及剥蚀夷平面。工程区内未发现构造断裂，不具备发生中强地震地质背景，地震烈度主要受外围地震波影响，属区域构造稳定区。二、施工准备（一）、临时设施1、驻地建设隧道项目部设在多扶大桥一侧的民舍内，项目部配备电脑、打印机、复印机等办公设备，接通互联网,具备与项目经理部、业主、驻地监理单位联网办公的能力。隧道洞口右侧租用农民土地建设临时工人生活区、隧道左侧建设配电房、变压器和空压机房。生活区采用彩钢板房。满足透光、防风、防寒保温、消防、安全、便于通讯等要求，项目经理部各部室配备电脑、
3、打印机、复印机等办公设备，接通互联网,具备与业主、驻地监理单位联网办公的能力。2、搅拌站建设隧道项目计划组建一套1000型自动拌和设备，建设位置目前暂定于生活区下方。3、施工便道施工便道沿隧道右侧红线外位置和拌和场、生活区中间穿过。（二）、人员、设备、材料进场除前述我部已进场的先遣人员外，其余人员、设备、材料根据土地交付使用情况和施工进度相继组织进场。（三）、技术准备组织技术人员认真学习设计文件、技术规范、招标文件等。根据本合同段工程的特点做好施工人员的技术培训和技术交底工作。（四）、材料准备选定合格的外购、地方主材后，把各种原材料送往广南高速公路西充段中心试验室作标准试验，检验满足要求后，报
4、请监理工程师和建设单位的批准，签订供货合同，保证有计划地供给。同时作好砂、石储料场建设，以确保工程的顺利进行。（五）、污水和垃圾处理在履行合同期间，本桥将辖区内垃圾及时运走或收集处理，并符合环保的要求。 （六）、防火与消防采取有效的防火及消防措施，在现场的油库、器材库、工棚、生活区及施工车辆上配备足够数量的防火、消防设备。与当地消防部门取得联系，必要时请求援助。同时做好紧急预案工作。（七）、急救和医疗设立工地医务室，并配备必要数量的医护人员、药品、医疗器械，与当地医疗急救部门保持联系，并做好紧急预案工作。（八）、与当地的关系处理好与当地政府及群众的关系，尊重当地的民风民俗，设专人协调地方关系。

6、查组装质量及焊缝区的处理情况，如不符合要求，修整合格后才能施焊。焊接完毕后清除熔碴及金属飞溅物，按钢结构工程验收规范要求检查焊接质量，不允许出现漏焊和假焊等现象。C、钢架加工后要进行试拼，其允许误差为：沿隧道周边轮廓误差不大于3cm；钢架由拱部，边墙各单元钢构件拼装而成，用专用U型钢连接件连接，钢架平放时，平面翘曲小于2cm。（2）钢架架设工艺要求A、为保证钢架置于稳固的地基上，施工中在钢架基脚部位预留0.150.2m原地基，架立钢架时挖槽就位，并在钢架基脚处设槽钢以增加基底承载力。B、钢架平面垂直于隧道中线，其倾斜度不大于2度。钢架的任何部位偏离铅垂面不大于5cm。C、钢架按设计位置安设，在
7、安设过程中当钢架和初喷层之间有较大间隙时设塑料垫块，钢架与围岩（或垫块）接触间距不大于50cm。D、增强钢架的整体稳定性，将钢架与锚杆焊接在一起。各种钢架设纵向连接钢筋，其直径为25mm，纵向连接钢筋按环向间距1.0m设置。E、为使钢架准确定位，钢架架设前均需预先打设定位系筋。系筋一端与钢架焊接在一起，另一端锚入围岩中0.51.0m并用砂浆锚固，当钢架架设处有锚杆时尽量利用锚杆定位。F、钢架架立后尽快施作喷砼，并将钢架全部覆盖，使钢架与喷砼共同受力。喷砼分层进行，每层厚度56cm左右，先从拱脚或墙脚向上喷射以防止上部喷射料虚掩拱脚（墙脚）而不密实，强度不够，造成拱脚（墙脚）失稳。3、作业组织劳
