2、那5A办公楼，空调新风在给我们带来舒适的同时，正将空调管道内肉眼所看不见的污物与不洁空气包围我们；下班你和你的同事在健身房中随着优美的音乐做着瑜伽或器械操时，殊不知空调新风口喷出的气流中却包含着大量的细菌、微生物、螨虫乘着你大口吸气和扩张的毛孔，侵入你的肌体。在人们认为最舒适的空调新风环境中正时时受到灰尘、细菌、微生物、孢子、病毒、石棉、油烟、霉菌、螨虫、毛发、皮屑等的侵蚀，室内空气受到的污染，日积月累，使我们犹如生活在垃圾场旁，使我们的身体变得越来越差。这可不是危言耸听，世界上大多数的人群有60到90的时间是在室内环境中度过的。不洁的室内空调通风管道向室内每一个角落输送和交换着不洁的空气，人
3、们在享受冬暖夏凉的同时，同样享受着空气污染及各种病菌。2004年24月期间，卫生部曾经组织开展全国公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况监督检查，抽样结果令人吃惊：全国共抽检了30个省、自治区、直辖市共60多个城市具备集中空调设施的937家公共场所，包括宾馆饭店、大型商场、超市，检测样品5600件，其中属于严重污染的集中空调通风系统有441家，占抽检总数的47.1，中等污染的438家，占抽检总数的46.7，合格的58家，占抽检总数的6.2。北京市2004年的一项抽查结果表明，公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况90属于严重污染。今天，室内空气质量（IAQ）已被世界卫生组织（WHO）列为最值得重视的环境问
4、题之一。根据世界卫生组织的统计数据估计，世界上超过30%的建筑都遭受室内空气污染的危害；室内空气质量（IAQ）、办公楼综合症（SBS）和与建筑相关的疾病（BRI）都已经成为全世界严重的健康环境问题；美国环境保护协会研究结果表明，室内空气的污染可能达到室外空气污染的70倍。没有或不当的清洗、维护的通风系统将会导致微生物的生存和繁殖，从而引起许多严重的疾病，包括：哮喘、过敏、皮疹、疲劳、肺结核和军团病等。据美国环保机构统计，美国每年用于治疗大楼疾病的医药费以及员工缺勤、产量降低、利润减少等造成的损失超过1000亿美元，有些物业管理部门还遭到投诉和要求赔偿。到目前为止，瑞典、德国、美国、加拿大、日本
5、等国家对中央空调清洁已经立法，不光对公共建筑、办公大楼、医院、商场等人群集中的地方必须强制执行外，而且对家用空调的清洗也已付诸实施。我国在2003年SARS爆发后，卫生部先后颁布并实施了室内空气质量标准、空调通风系统清洗规范。 2006年2月10日卫生部再次颁布了公共场所集中通风系统卫生管理办法及与其配套的三个规范。表明我国对室内空气质量与人们的健康生活环境已相当重视。2006年6月卫生部疾病控制中心召开了各省市首批公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗规范和专业清洗机构技术评估培训班，浙江省卫生厅卫生监督局已对全省各市的卫生专家进行公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生监督培训，7月江苏省卫生厅也将对卫生监察大
6、队的卫生专家进行培训，各省市都在紧锣密鼓落实中央卫生部的“一法三规”。中央空调清洗包括主机，水循环系统和通风管道的清洗。在我国很多大的楼宇中，已经将主机和水循环系统的清洗纳入预算，每年进行及时清洗和消毒。但是中央空调通风管道由于遍布整座楼宇内部，且纵横交错，加之中国的风管系统是根据建筑特点非标设计，往往每座大楼的各层管道都有大量变径、分叉、斜坡、弯道、阀门、立柱等，清洗起来技术难度很大。因此，中央空调通风管道清洗是一项专业性很强的服务项目。国内目前最常用的是“机器人”清洗系统，它采用毛刷清洗设备，通常为电机传动，通过履带或车轮钻入管道，利用毛刷转动，清洗管壁。由于受管道变径、坡道、阀门、不规则
