22、况2.2.1本工程地上部分由四栋分别为57层、52层、47层、44层的超高层住宅塔楼及与之相连的七层裙楼组成，地下部分为四层停车库及设备机房。总建筑面积约为28.2万，地上建筑面积约为21.65万，地下建筑面积约65572，其中塔楼建筑总高度分别为224.8米、193.6米、195.1米超高层主体，裙房建筑高度为38.2米，地下室深度为19.2米，结构类型为框架-核心筒结构，结构抗震等级：六度设防。本工程为按原设计腰梁与外墙间距为1.45米，后经设计变更腰梁与外墙间距变为0.65米，由于间距过小，无法按规范正常施工，对于此处位置，做特殊方案处理。其出现问题的范围为坡子街路段以及 小型泵站东侧位
23、置；其布料市场以及政协楼处若是在以后的测量中出现此问题，按同样方法处理。三、 地下室主要结构参数地下室外墙各层层高不等，其中坡子街一侧各层层高为：-4层板顶标高为-14.250，-3层板顶标高为-10.650，-2层板顶标高为-6.8，-层板顶标高为-0.9、-0.4。墙体厚度为600mm、1000mm。下图为坡子街处腰梁高度高度示意图：四、 材料准备18mm厚九层板、50100的木方、483.5mm钢管、14普通螺杆、14止水螺杆以及8#槽钢等组成、水泥基渗透结晶五、 施工要点序号工程部位模板支撑及加固体系1外墙18mm厚九层板由50100的木方、483.5mm钢管、14普通螺杆、14止水螺
24、杆以及8#槽钢等组成。2框架柱18mm厚九层板由50100的木方、8#槽钢、14普通螺杆以及蝶型螺帽卡具等组成。1、地下室侧墙外架模板地下室外墙及筒体剪力墙有直型、异型。地下室层高为4.55米、3.6米、3.8米、5.9米，浇注砼的自由高度较大。其采用双排脚手架搭设，步距与立杆间距均为1.5米。具体参数参见外脚手架专项施工方案。地下室外墙砼的自防水要求也高，模板面积大，为保证地下室外墙砼自身防水效果及增加模板施工工作效率，采用散拼模板，模板加固采用木枋、8#槽钢及14防水型穿墙螺杆。为了保证工人安全操作，在每道腰梁下侧搭设双层大眼网，保证工人施工操作安全。地下室墙体最下面8道螺杆采用双螺帽拧紧
25、。塑料垫块绑在钢筋交叉点上，距墙转角处部大于100mm，其它部位钢筋按800mm间距设置。地下室墙体模板背枋和围檩间距设计如下：背楞竖向用50100木枋，间距为250,背楞横向采用483.5mm钢管， 螺杆间距水平方向480，竖直方向480。在此狭小的空间施工外脚手架，注意工人施工安全。其具体模板价体搭设体系详见下图2、混凝土浇筑因为此处操作空间极小，导致施工降效，前期搭设外架以及支设模板耗时较长，为了保证工程施工进度，外墙混凝浇筑时内参早强剂，已保证工程的施工进度。3、外墙拆模当外墙混凝土强度满足要求拆模要求时进行拆模。由于外墙与腰梁间距仅为550mm-600mm，去除支设模板与木枋尺寸，空
26、间间距仅剩250mm-300mm，工人无法正常进行行走施工，使模板无法就地解体，需塔吊吊出；此种情况下会破坏模板，为保证外墙施工质量，必须对被破坏的模板进行更换。在此狭小的空间中施工难度极大，且存在极大的安全隐患。在此情况下，安排身材瘦小的劳务工人施工，在施工之前，临边防护必须到位，保证下部空气流通，且工人施工前做相近的安全交底，并有专人在现场关注工人劳动作业情况，避免出现安全事故，考虑工程难度加大，工人施工降效的问题。4、外墙防水施工待图纸下发外墙防水做法后，由于空间间距问题，按照现场实际情况，若下发外墙防水做法适合狭小的空间范围施工，则按图施工；如下发的图纸无考虑现场实际问题，可与业主方、
27、监理方、责任方进行讨论，按照实际情况确定最终防水做法。 5、外墙回填 肥槽按图纸说明为级配砂石回填。 鉴于外墙全部施工完成后再进行回填，容易破坏防水，故本工程需在每层结构施工完成后插入回填，回填到一定高度后继续进行上层的结构施工。以此类推，待0结构施工完成后，再补填剩余肥槽。 由于基坑深度接近20米，其机械回填时需采用溜槽，且需在每层回填时设置钢挡板，避免因重力过大将外墙防水破坏，影响外墙防水质量。且每层回填时需将此层架管拆除，待回填完毕后，将上层的架管搭设在下层的回填料之上。A、将基槽、管够底的垃圾、杂物等清理干净；基槽回填，必须清理到基础标高，将回落的松散土、砂浆、石子等清理干净；B、严格
28、控制配合比，必须计量准确。C、采用机械回填，人工夯实的方法实施。D、根据现场情况，回填时从低到高处逐层回填，回填时应按规定分层铺滩和夯实，压实系数需0.97，每层虚铺厚度300mm，每层土铺滩后，随之耙平、夯实；E、回填时每层至少用电夯夯振三遍，夯振时应一夯压半夯，夯夯连接，从横交错。F、基坑回填时应在墙体两侧或者四周同时进行。基础墙两侧标高不可相差太多，以免将墙体挤歪。G、回填料每层夯实后，应按规范规定进行压实度试验（灌水法）及轻型击实试验，实测回填料的最大干密度和最优含水率。回填全部完成后，应进行表面拉线找平，凡高出允许偏差的地方，应及时依线铲平；凡低于规定高层的地方应补料夯实。H、回填时
29、，时刻掌握天气变化情况，在降雨前应及时压实作业面表层松散回填料，并将作业面做成拱面或者坡面以利于排水，必要时采取花皮布覆盖措施。六、 安全文明施工1、进入施工现场的施工作业人员以及其他进入现场的相关人员必须佩戴安全帽。2、施工前，应逐级进行安全技术交底和教育，落实所有安全技术措施的人身防护用品。攀登和悬空高处作业人员以及搭设高处人员以及搭设高处作业安全设施的人员，必须经过专业技术培训及专业考试合格，持证上岗，必须定期进行体格检查。3、支设模板时，严禁在楼层周边的一米范围内摆放模板材料。高处作业中所有物料，均应堆放平稳，不防碍通行和装卸。工具应随手放入工具袋。各班组每天应做到工完场清，所有剩余和
