36、.6 石灰、粉煤灰如存放时间较长,应采取覆盖封存措施,妥善保管。隔绝空气和雨水,防止活性物质损失。1.2配比准备1.2.1 根据设计推荐配合比,委托有资质的试验室,确定最佳配合比,满足设计和使用要求。1.2.2确定混合料的最佳含水量和最大干密度,试件应在规定温度下制作和养护,进行无侧限抗压强度试验,符合现行标准城镇道路工程施工与质量验收规范CJJ1-2008 的要求。1.2.3 各成分的配合比偏差在下列范围之内:集料:2%;粉煤灰:1.5% ;石灰:1.0%;水:2.0%。 1.2.4 实际采用的石灰剂量应比室内试验确定的剂量增加0.5-1.0%,采用集中厂拌时可增加0.5%。1.3 下承层准

37、备1.3.1 新建道路砂砾垫层质量应符合现行行业标准城镇道路工程施工与质量验收规范(CJJ1-2008)的有关规定。1.3.2二灰碎石施工前,应对砂砾垫层进行严格验收,验收内容包括压实度、弯沉、宽度、标高、横坡度、平整度等。1.3.3二灰碎石的下承层表面应平整、坚实,具有规定的路拱,下承层的平整度和压实度应符合规范规定。没有松散和软弱点,边沿顺直,路肩平整、整齐。1.3.4 用12-15t压路机进行3-4遍碾压检验。在碾压过程中,如发现垫层过干、表层松散,应适当洒水;如土过湿,发生“弹簧”现象,应采用挖开晾晒、换土、掺石灰或水泥等措施进行处理。1.3.5 应将表面的浮土松散层及其它杂物清理干净

38、开铺前,下承层表面应适当洒水润湿,以增强上下层的结合2测量放样2.1 控制测量2.1.1 测量桩点交接办理手续,进行现场踏勘、复核、保护,测量控制网应做好与相邻道路、桥梁控制网的联系。2.1.2 根据现场指认的导线点、水准点进行复核,复核无误后对沿线导线点、水准点进行加密,同时进行保护工作。2.1.3施工布桩、测量放线测量前建立平面、高程控制网,测桩埋设牢固、同视良好。平面控制网的布设,应确保精度,满足施工实际需要,应用方便。2.1.4 施工测量应做好起点、终点、转折点、道路相交点及其重要设施位置、方向的控制及校核。2.2 基层测量2.21 恢复线路中线,对底基层进行质量检查,清除表面浮土及其

39、它杂物,放出路中线、路边线和施工标高控制桩。2.2.2道路中心桩间距宜为10-20m。平曲线和数曲线桩应在道路中线桩、边桩的测设中完成,并标出设计高程。当曲线长度小于等于40m时,桩间距宜小于等于5m;当曲线长度大于40m时,桩间距宜小于等于10m。2.2.3 按设计宽度加余宽15cm测放边线点桩,用白灰沿边线撒形成两条白色的边线,根据边线将两侧土路户培好,路肩高度与二灰碎石顶面高度一致,以便于碾压。2.2.4 用水准仪测量下承层高程和桩顶高程,计算松铺厚度和控制桩高程。用抬线测量方法进行纵向挂线2.2.5 测量人员在开始摊铺前,应按设计标高钉好钢钎,有中央分隔带的道路在中央分隔带和边部绿化带

40、上钉钢钎,无中央分隔带的道路只在两侧绿化带上钉钢钎。并挂好基准线,用以控制摊铺高度。2.2.6 交叉路口路面高程作业测量应按设计规定的高程方格网测定高程。2.3 测量仪器、设备、工具等使用前必须进行检查,未经计量检定、校准及超有效期或检定不合格的仪器设备工具。3 混合料拌和3.1 配料3.1.1 根据试验配比采用质量比法配料,计算拌和总量的各种材料的干质量,考虑原材料含水量算出各种原材料湿质量,然后按各湿料质量称料掺配比混合料。3.1.2 厂拌施工时通常根据混合料质量比、各种原材料湿松密度和含水量,换算为体积比,按比例量取各种原材料掺配成混合料。3.2 含水量要求3.2.1混合料的加(或减)水

41、量应根据混合料湿重、实际含水量和最佳含水量等数据计算。3.2.2 根据原材料含水量变化,应随时计算调整各种材料用量。3.2.3 混合料中水分过多时应晾晒风干,使含水量接近最佳含水量。当混合料含水量小于最佳含水量时,应适量加水。3.2.4 加水量和加水次数应根据当时气候条件和原材料含水量而定,并使加水后混合料含水量略高于最佳含水量。3.2.5遇干热天气,由于混合料在储存、运输和摊铺时蒸发失水,拌和含水量应高于最佳含水量的1%-2%。3.3 拌和3.3.1 搅拌时宜先将石灰、粉煤灰搅拌均匀,再加入砂砾(碎石)和水搅拌均匀。3.3.2。拌和时,拌和的时间和用料计量应准确,加水应准确,应视运输的远近和

42、天气情况,适当调整加水量,混合料含水量宜略大于最佳含水量,以保证混合料在压实前达到最佳含水量。3.3.3每天上下午各测一次原材料的含水量,调整原材料的进料数量,使混合料中含水量略大于最佳含水量2%3.3.4经常目测二灰碎石混合料拌和均匀性,使混合料色泽均匀,无离析成团块现象试验人员应重点进行二灰碎石混合料的级配组成灰剂量及含水量的检测3.3.5 拌和完成的标志是:混合料色泽一致,混合均匀,无夹心、集料无离析现象,且水分合适和均匀。3.3.7 混合料存放时间尽量不超过24h,即当天拌合当天摊铺并压实,否则其强度将会受到明显影响。4 铺筑试验段4.1 正式进入摊铺机摊铺二灰碎石施工前,选择了100

43、-200米做试验段。 检验工程的材料、配合比、拌合机械、摊铺机械、压路机械和施工工艺;另一方面是确定现场摊铺时虚铺厚度,确定松铺系数,保证压实厚度和密实度,同时总结出最佳碾压程序。4.2 试验路段的二灰碎石混合料,采用总量控制的方法,先计算试验路段需用二灰碎石混合料总重量,根据现场测得的实际含水量,折算成最佳含水量状态下的混合料重量,按照98%的压实度及铺筑厚度,确定每车混合料应铺筑的长度,直至运够重量为止。4.3 采用流水作业法,使各工序紧密衔接,尽量缩短从拌和到完成碾压之间的延迟时间。做延迟时间,对其强度影响的试验,以确定合适的延迟时间。4.4 确定施工每一作业段的合理长度时,考虑延迟时间

44、影响、施工机械和运输车辆的效率和数量、尽量减少接缝、施工季节和气候条件等。4.5 在铺筑试验路段的基础上,补充、完善二灰碎石施工方案、施工工艺流程。5 运输5.1根据试验段确定的单位面积的湿重计算施工路段总需量。5.2应尽快将拌成的混合料运送到铺筑现场,经过拌和的二灰碎石混合料,在贮料场闷料24 h后,由装载机装车装料时应视混合料情况重新翻拌2-3次后再装车,防止产生离析5.3运输车在接料时,应向矩形车厢的前方和后方两处堆装,迫使大粒径骨料在车厢中部落下,这样在卸料时能够再次混合,避免单一向车厢中央装料,造成大粒径骨料落在四周产生离析。5.4运料宜由15 t以上的自卸车运输,并根据运距配备足够

45、的车辆,当距离较长或天气炎热时,应加盖蓬布,防止水分散失过快5.5 材料在下承层上的堆置时间不应过长,当天运输的混合料当天使用。6 摊铺整形6.1 运料前,对混合料实际含水量、拌合均匀度等做检测,控制含水量在最佳含水量1-2%之间,如有粗细颗粒分离现象摊铺前应予补拌,使其均匀。6.2 按试验段确定的压实系数确定摊铺厚度,采用机械摊铺,每次摊铺长度宜为一个碾压段。混合料煤层最大压实厚度应为20cm,且不宜小于10cm。当无试验数据时,亦可采用表中数值选择压实系数。 人工拌和人工摊铺机械拌和机械摊铺不含集料含集料不含集料含集料1.6-1.91.4-1.61.3-1.51.2-1.46.3 混合料摊

46、铺前应做分段按量上料,并须考虑路面两侧加宽15cm,避免场内重复运输,将拌和均匀、含水量符合要求的混合料按设计断面和松铺厚度均匀摊铺于路床内。6.4 二灰碎石混合料宜用大型自卸车运料,使布料均匀,应尽量做到一个作业段内连续铺筑。6.5 人工配合机械摊铺6.5.1 根据铺筑层的厚度和要求达到的压实干密度,计算每车混合料的摊铺面积,将混合料均匀地卸在路幅中央,路幅宽时,也可将混合料卸成两行。6.6.2 汽车直接卸至路槽里摊铺时,应对汽车碾压部分刨松混合料以使压实系数同一掌握。6.5.3混合料按松铺厚度摊铺完毕后,立即用机械和人工按照设计坡度、跨拱进行平整,先用平地机/推土机/挖掘机初步整平和整形,

47、初步整形后,检查混合料的松铺厚度,必要时应进行补料或减料。6.5.4 在直线段及不设超高的平曲线段,由两侧向路中心进行整平;在设超高的平曲线段,由内侧向外侧进行整平。6.5.5 用轮胎压路机快速碾压1-2遍,以暴露潜在的不平整。再进行整形,并再碾压一遍。整形过程中,应及时消除粗细集料离析现象。6.5.6每次整形都要按照规定的坡度和路拱进行,并应特别注意接缝顺适平整。对于局部低洼处,应用齿耙将其表层5cm以上耙松,并用新拌的二灰级配集料找补平整,严禁用贴薄层方法整平修补表面。6.5.7 设一个3-5人的小组,携带一辆装有新拌混合料的小车,及时铲除粗集料“窝”和粗集料“带”,补以新拌的均匀混合料,或补撒拌均匀的细混合料,并与粗集料拌和均匀。6.5.8 混合料在摊铺、整型、到碾压前,要完全中
