2、下室结构按栋号设置后浇带，共分为七大板块。基坑已开挖成形，余土未清完整。本次开挖为基坑余土清理和基础坑、槽二次土方开挖，需挖运土方量约为18000立方。基础承台、集水坑和电梯井直立式下凹垂直接触面采用砖胎模施工，水平面采用C20砼垫层施工。工程特点1、已开挖基坑基底未硬化，基坑余土量大、二次土方开挖除留回填外，其余需分段清运。2、基坑坑底排水系统不健全，排水沟、集水井未设立。3、基坑土质松软，因降水处理不当，大面积土体受积水长时间浸泡，开挖和运输难度大。4、本工程进材料和外运土方需在夜间完成。5、工期紧、立体作业性质明显、组织难度大。6、砖胎模砌筑高度大，回填土侧压力复杂。7、地下水位高,地质
3、较复杂，施工难度大。8、桩头浮浆面高，桩头破除难度大。9、基坑西、北两边开挖不到位，操作空间窄，基础土方开挖时应由原基坑施工单位出专项加固方案进行施工。二、施工步骤根据工程：“尽量减短工作时间、程序清晰利于施工、合理节约、安全可靠”的基本原则，经反复比较决定采用以下施工步骤及措施：临时排水沟、集水井降水余土挖运电梯井基坑土方挖运桩头破除垫层浇筑电梯井基坑砖胎模承台基坑土方挖运桩头破除垫层浇筑砖胎模砖胎模抹灰二次开挖基坑回填土余土转运底板垫层防水层及保护层施工。三、施工准备（一）劳动力准备劳动力主要供未完临时设施和土方施工中人工平土、临时排水沟、抽降水、和砌筑砖胎模施工之用，拟安排瓦工150人，
4、普工180人，其他工种150人。（二）主要施工机械准备塔吊四台，吊土斗8只，吊砖篮筐8只，砂浆吊斗4只，1.5m3挖土机4台， 18m3自卸汽车15辆，砂浆机6台。水泵15台，泥浆泵15台，碘灯50套，大灯6套，全站仪2台，水平仪4台，手推车50辆。四、土方开挖由于本工程地下室基坑现已成形，但基坑余土较多，因此此次土方开挖分二次开挖。首次开挖为基坑余土清理和底板土方挖运，二次开挖为电梯井坑及承台下凹部分土方。按地下室结构形式分为两大作业区、七大流水段进行施工。详地下室以下施工平面布置图。（一）土方开挖的方法根据本工程的具体情况，土方开挖时拟采用以下方法进行：1、本工程土方开挖包括以下内容：现有
5、基坑底余留土和基坑底标高、地下室底板垫层底高度的土方、梁槽、承台集水坑的土方。2、土方开挖以机械开挖为主，人工负责清理配合，挖土过程中派测量员实时监控，保留200mm厚土层用人工清理，以防挖土机扰动基层土。基坑内的土方倒运至临时堆放点，并用挖掘机装载入自卸车运出施工现场。3、挖土过程中应密切注意天气变化，合理组织明排水，如遇雨天，应对已挖至基层标高的土满铺塑料薄膜予以保护，并停止对最后一层土的清理，未施工垫层前应对基层土予以保护。4、基坑挖至设计标高后，应通知监理、设计、质监站等部门及时组织检槽，并做好验槽记录，存档。验槽合格后，方可进行砖模和混凝土垫层施工。（二）土方开挖施工顺序1、土方开挖
6、时，按地下室分区：第一作业区1栋8栋7栋；第二作业区2栋3栋6栋5栋逐段开挖。2、坑底开挖时基坑底部边线与基础外边线的距离留出1000mm，开挖边坡的承台时必须分段开挖，开挖线不得超过5米。局部较深坑槽，开挖前必须由原基坑施工单位加固处理后，确保基坑安全的情况下才能进行下步作业。（三）土方施工安排1、在土方开挖过程中，每班安排4名技术员，两台水准仪，配合土方开挖控制测量标高。2、每台挖机配备普工10名，在挖机开挖过后，对遗留的松散土方进行清理及修理边坡。3、在场地出入处，每班安排4名工人进行车辆出入指挥及清洗进出场车辆轮胎。4、本工程基坑施工期间为了防止雨水浸泡土体，土方应逐片开挖，逐片验收，
7、验收完后立即浇筑砼垫层进行封闭。土方开挖必须根据施工部署和施工工期的要求进行。5、土方开挖时还要注意以下环节：a、测量控制：进行土方工程的测量放线，放出基坑上、下边坡挖土白灰线和水准标志，作为挖土的控制依据。b、沟槽开挖：应有水平标准严格控制基底的标高，以防沟槽超挖。在机械开挖及人工清土的过程中，技术人员必须采用水准仪跟踪抄平，控制标高。c、基础承台、梁槽开挖过程中，挖掘机不得任意碰撞桩体，桩体间距过密时采用小斗，机械不能开挖的桩间土采用人工开挖。d、土方开挖时要有专职测量人员对基坑进行变形监测，发现边坡有变形迹象，立刻通知现场主管人员，组织安全疏散及防护，并上报监理和业主单位。e、在土方开挖
8、过程中，按照深圳市有关规定做好现场文明施工及防治土方外运过程中污染道路。车辆出场时安排专人清洗轮胎，保证车辆轮胎无泥上路，在运土过程中按要求对土方进行覆盖，以防泥巴洒落。五、桩头处理1、本工程桩头采用人工凿除的办法，凿桩头前应先由放线人员将桩顶线用油漆标在桩头上，质检人员严格按此标高进行控制。2、凿除桩关时，如桩头浮浆起过1.5米，应为两次以上进行凿除。3、如桩头未及时凿除，而坑槽提前封底的，凿除桩头时应在完成的垫层上采用木枋、夹板等进行保护。六、砖胎模施工1、砖胎模施工工序：土方开挖成型桩头处理垫层施工放线砌筑砖胎模砖胎模内侧抹面找平砖胎模加固防水层施工防水保护层施工2、因承台砖胎模砌筑高度
9、高，砖胎模必须具有足够的刚度和稳定性。现采用Mu7.5标准砖，M5水泥砂浆砌筑，外抹厚1:2水泥砂浆，所有阴阳角均做R15mm钝角。为保证及时回填土，砖胎模抹灰后防水层施工前内部采用钢管木枋作临时支撑，确保承台尺寸准确，土方回填后如没有变形现象即可拆除。3、为便于砖胎模施工，基坑土方开挖时每个基坑四周都要加宽，如370墙预留600mm、240墙预留450mm作为砖胎模基础、临时排水沟和工作面，待砖胎模砌筑完后对工作面余留的空间采用好土或石硝碴回填。4、挖土深度H1000时，砌120厚砖胎膜；挖土深度1000H1500时，砌240厚砖胎膜；挖土深度1500H2500时，砌370厚砖胎膜。操作工艺
10、承台、地梁砼垫层测量放线砌砖胎膜原浆勾缝底板砼垫层质量标准：a、砖和砂浆的强度等级必须符合设计要求。b、砌体砂浆必须饱满密实，水平灰缝的砂浆饱满度不小于80%。c、每25m3砌体留置一组砂浆试块。5、混凝土垫层施工材料：承台、地梁、底板垫层均为100厚C20混凝土，均采用商品混凝土，塌落度控制在110左右。七、土方回填土方回填包括以下两个阶段。1、承台、底板、基础梁砖模完成后外侧的回填土。该工序要注意：（1）在砖模砌筑一天后具有一定的强度后进行；（2）回填土分层夯实时要做好砖膜的加固措施，防止砖膜破坏；2、地下室外墙外侧防水施工后的土方回填。本次土方回填是在地下室外墙防水、防水保护层完成后进行
11、的一项工作，回填土的质量要根据设计要求选用材料，根据规范及设计要求进行分层夯实，及时检验其密实度及其符合设计要求。3、施工工艺：1施工准备（1）、材料回填土：宜优先利用沟槽中挖出的优质土，如场内土质达不到设计要求应从场外运进优质素土或采用中砂（石硝）回填。回填土内不得含有有机杂质，粒径不应大于50mm，含水量应符合压实要求。（2）、作业条件填土基底已按设计要求完成或处理好，并办理验槽签证。基础、地下构筑物及地下防水层、保护层等已进行检查和办好隐蔽验收手续，且结构已达到规定强度。土方回填前应根据工程特点、填料种类、设计压实系数，施工条件和压实工艺等合理确定填料含水量、每层填土厚度和压实工艺等合理
12、确定填料含水量、每层填土厚度和压实遍数等施工参数。填土前，应做好水平高程的测设。 2操作工艺 （1）、填筑粘性土，应在填土前检验填料的含水率。含水量偏高时，可采用翻松晾晒，均匀掺入干土等措施；含水量偏低，可预先晒水湿润，增加压实遍数或使用大功率压实机械等措施。（2）、回填上应水平分层找平夯实，分层厚度和压实遍数应根据土质、压实系数和机具的性能选定。（3）、对有压实要求的填方,在需要夯或辗压时,如出现弹性变形的土俗称橡皮土，应将该部分土方挖除，另用砂土或含砂石较大的土回填。（4）、采用机械压实的填土，在角落用人工加以夯实。人工填土，每层填土厚度为150mm，夯重就为30-40kg，每层厚度为20
13、0mm， 夯重应为60-70kg。打夯要领为“夯高过膝，一夯夺压半夯，夯排三次”。 夯实基坑（槽）、地坪，行夯路线由四边开始，夯向中间。 （5）、土方回填时要对砖胎模进行加固，预防因回填夯土导致砖胎模损坏。如下图：5、技术细节地下室底板外围，底板高低差处均采用MU7.5灰砂砖，M5砂浆砌筑成型。砖模按下图所示施工：底板高低差处砖模按下图施工：为了抵抗砼浇筑时的侧压力，底板外围砖模需进行加固，加固方式如下图：砖胎膜找平层施工时，在砖膜与砖模、垫层与砖模相交的阴角处做小圆角以利于防水层施工，满足防水施工效果。八、工期安排详附表九、施工平面布置图117（英文版 ） easily blame, to
