13、述本工程共计铺设连锁块121520.42 m2。其中坞墙沉箱顶铺设连锁块7071.3m2，南坞墙外至老码头间铺设连锁块5638.50 m2，H-L轴地坪连锁块6538.02m2，南码头廊道面层连锁块1165.10 m2，南码头沉箱后地坪面层2161.00 m2，31-34轴间老码头后方至F轴间地坪连锁块12470.00 m2，东码头新建段廊道面层1764.20 m2，北码头接长段廊道面层610.70 m2，南驳岸胸墙面层连锁块595.80 m2，北驳岸胸墙面层1158.40 m2，北驳岸沉箱地坪面层（R轴以南，泵房以东）2021.60 m2，场地地坪（R轴以北）80325.80m2。面层包括二
14、片石垫层、中粗砂垫层、碎石垫层、连锁块。当下层山皮土填筑完成后，首先二片石垫层施工，铺设厚度为200mm；经碾压合格后进行碎石垫层，厚度100mm；碾压合格后才能进行中粗砂垫层施工，厚度为50mm，最后进行面层外露面C50连锁块的铺砌施工。20.6.2连锁块安装工艺流程 连锁块安装工艺流程见图20-6-1施工前准备基底整平碾压二片石垫层铺设及碾压级配碎石层铺设及碾压中粗砂垫层铺设连锁块铺砌碾压及细砂填缝连锁块制作 图20-6-1连锁块安装工艺流程20.6.3 施工工艺 20.6.3 施工工艺1）连锁块制作为了满足工程中的外露面连锁块铺砌的需要，结合本工程连锁块铺砌的面积较大，使用数量较多，工期
15、比较紧张的特点，我单位准备自行预制混凝土砌块，再施工现场设立预制场地，确保砌块的供应。混凝土连锁块的预制采用连锁块成型机压制而成，每台机器每天生产能力为6000块左右，其混凝土原料的搅拌采用混凝土搅拌机进行搅拌。连锁块制作工艺流程见图20-6-2施工前准备工作使用原料的筛选及质量检测计量配比搅拌砌块压制塑料膜养护堆场养护质量抽检养护期满出厂使用不合格废弃 配合比实验合格 不合格 图20-6-2连锁块制作工艺流程 施工方法备料：预制连锁块所用的配料使用前厂家必须提供相应的出厂合格证，经实验室试验合格才可以投入使用。计量配比：经试验得到混凝土砌块配合比，按配合比进行配料，并将实验资料上报监理。配料
16、搅拌：搅拌采用混凝土搅拌机进行搅拌，面料要经过筛选。砌块成型机操作流程：接通电源起动油泵电动机，操作换向手柄完成一个工作循环。塑料膜养护：连锁块压制成型后，需要加盖塑料膜养护24小时，以保证制品中的水泥充分水化，水化过程中产生的热量可以提高制品的早期强度。砌块洒水养护：经过一昼夜的塑料膜养护，将砌块转移到养护的堆放场地进行洒水，养护期为28天。成品质量抽样检验：砌块经过养护期的养护后，按批次进行产品质量抽检，检测砌块的尺寸和强度，经检验合格后方可使用，并将检验报告上报监理。 施工中的具体要求：施工前首先要对所用配料的出厂质量进行检查，检验配料比通知单和配料单，按照配料比下料配料确保生产出的产品
17、的质量。加工过程中机器操作人员必须指定专门的人员，其他人员不得操作，工作时要精神集中，动作迅速，确保连锁块坯的压制时间。配料工人应及时配料拌料，保证配料的搅拌均匀，确保拌料的质量，及时的供应给加工人员。上料工人应及时地填加拌料，保证加料箱存料适量，料的高度以下不超过刷子为准，随时清理料中夹杂的大块及杂物，面料的加料量的适当，以保证成品连锁块面的平整，随时清理机器上的废料残渣。托板工上托板要迅速，并及时调整以免废品的生成，操作中要注意安装防止挤手砸脚，出托板时要用力均匀严禁向压头与模具之间伸手，以防止发生事故及模具要清理时必须填入20厘米方木作为保护支撑，以防止压头自然下降造成事故。拉连锁块工负
18、责将成型的连锁块坯运送到临时堆放场地，在连锁块坯运送的工程中注意连锁块车的平稳，以免造成连锁块坯的颠裂，对出现的废品应及时送回加工场地回炉。连锁块成型后要及时运送到临时场地堆放，然后用塑料膜封盖，对方时码坯工要注意对连锁块的检查，发现有裂痕的或是有缺损的废品应及时送回回炉，以免造成浪费，堆放时要每6块堆放一垛，层与层之间加细砂。待连锁块经过24小时盖塑料膜养护后，便可以转移到堆放场地洒水养护了，养护工每天要及时洒水养护，养护标准与混凝土养护相同，待到养护期满便可以出场了。2）基底平整的施工当陆域夯实碾压完成后，按照设计标高采用推土机、平地机进行场地的整平施工，平整度控制在5cm。然后采用振动压
19、路机进行压实，碾压次数8遍，开始碾压时采用慢速静压12遍，然后进行振动碾压，碾压达到无明显轮痕。碾压完成后进行现场检测压实度和回弹模量，使之达到设计要求及规范规定，其中基底顶面回弹模量60Mpa。基底的验收除必须达到以上技术指标外，基底的表面标高采用水准仪按10m的方格网检查（每100m2一处）。3）二片石垫层铺设基底整平碾压验收合格后，即可进行200mm厚二片石垫层铺设施工。二片石规格选用饱和抗压强度50Mpa，未风化、不成片状、无明显裂缝，软化系数0.85的块石。人工整平，碾压密实。4）级配碎石层俄施工：二片石垫层铺设结束后，铺设100cm厚的级配碎石垫层。用15t的自卸汽车将级配碎石倾倒
20、到施工场地后，采用人工找平。然后用20t振动碾压机碾压8遍，振动碾压达到无明显轮迹。保证级配碎石层的平整度、厚度和标高在规范允许范围之内。5）中粗砂垫层砂垫层应均匀地松铺在碎石垫层顶面，铺设厚度应预留出松铺厚度，预留的厚度在施工时经试验确定，确保六角块结束后，面层经碾压的垫层厚度与设计值相符。砂垫层铺设期间其上不得行车和站人，铺设中用2米刮杠进行找平，注意场地坡度的变化，按坡度整平后方可进行铺砌连锁块。6）连锁块铺砌为加快面层铺砌采用分段施工，拉线控制，拉线长度不得超过5米，人字形铺砌，并用视线法进行控制。施工时码砌砌块后用橡胶锤敲实，砌块底部粗砂必须实稳，施工中要随时将砌块底部摊平，临近各类
