28、和安全交底。3.2机具准备3.2.1锚喷设备：混凝土喷射机。3.2.2拌和设备：强制式搅拌机。3.2.3运输设备：自卸汽车。3.2.4安全设备：安全帽、口罩、安全带、风机、粉尘采样仪、低压、防破电线、防水照明灯、压风呼吸器等。3.3材料准备3.3.1原材料备制水泥、石子、砂等执证材料员和试验员按规定进行检验，确保掺有速凝剂的混凝土拌和料通过混凝土喷射机高速喷射到开挖成型的隧道岩面上迅速凝固而起到支护作用。3.4作业条件3.4.1上一道工序检查符合要求，监理工程师已验收。3.4.2 操作人员接受严格培训，熟练掌握喷射混凝土的技术工艺。3.4.2喷湿混凝土配合比已获批准，并经试喷达到设计要求。4
29、操作工艺4.1工艺流程喷砼采用湿喷工艺，以减少回弹及粉尘，创造良好隧道作业环境。喷射用砼采用现场拌制，由竖井串筒下料入运料车运至喷射工作面。喷射砼配合比由现场试验室根据试验选择，并经过试验验证。喷射砼施工工艺见下图。粗骨料细骨料水 泥水外加剂混凝土拌合站混凝土输送车 湿喷机高 压 风喷 嘴速 凝 剂受喷面 湿喷砼施工工艺流程图4.2操作步骤及方法4.2.1喷射混凝土材料选用和拌制（1）水泥：根据设计图纸要求选用水泥型号，应优先采用高标号硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水尼。在软弱围岩中宜选用早强水泥。水泥强度不得低于42.5。（2）粗细集料：粗集料应采用坚硬耐久的碎石和卵石。喷射混凝土的石子料径不宜大于
30、16mm，集料级配宜采用连续级配。细集料应采用坚硬耐久的中砂和粗砂，细度模数宜大于2.5。（3）外加剂：应对混凝土的强度及与围岩的黏结力基本无影响；对混凝土和钢材无腐蚀作用；对混凝土的凝结时间影响不大，吸湿性差，易于保存；不污染环境和对人体有害。（4）速凝剂：在隧道的施工中，通常规定混凝土的初凝时间为5min，终凝时间为10min，8h后抗压强度不小于5MPa。应根据水泥的品种、水灰比等，通过不同掺量的混凝土试验选择速凝剂最佳掺量，使用前应做速凝效果试验。（5）水：水质应符合工程用水的有关标准，水中不应含有影响水泥正常凝结与硬化的有害杂质。（6）喷射混凝土的配合比应通过实验确定，满足混凝土强度
31、和喷射工艺要求。混喷混凝土配合比设计时，水的含量能常根据坍落度均大于50mm，如果坍落度大于150mm，混合物的附着力将失效，粗集料将分离出来，拌和料水灰比控制在0.350.37为最佳。4.2.2喷射前工作要点（1） 喷射混凝土应在开挖后及时进行。（2）检查开挖断面净尺寸，清除松动岩块和拱墙脚处的岩屑等杂物。（3）用高压水冲洗受喷面，当受喷岩面遇水容易潮解、泥化时，采用高压风吹净岩面。（4）检查机具设备和风、水、电等管线路，并试运转，保证作业区内具备良好通风和照明条件。（5）当受喷面有滴水、漏水、集中出水等时，应进行处理。4.2.3喷射作业（1） 喷射混凝土拌制喷射混凝土由拌和站集中拌制，运输
32、车运入洞内，然后喂料于喷射机。（2）清理工作面喷射混凝土前，应认真检查开挖断面尺寸，欠挖处应予以凿除，修整断面，清理浮石及拱脚的虚渣等。（3）喷射混凝土作业1)喷射距离和喷射角度影响喷射最佳距离的因素包括拌和料的集料粒径、颗粒级配、气压和输送料的速度、喷射面的处理和喷射面的性质、使用的施工机械和操作方法。喷射距离通常应当控制在0.61.8m，这样可以达到最佳工作效果，使得喷射混凝土的回弹量最低，密实度最好。一般来说，喷射方向应与喷射面垂直，这样喷射时回弹量最小。在施工中要始终保持与喷射面垂直喷射确实难以实现，但决不允许与受喷面夹角小于45。2）喷射顺序喷射作业时一般要求喷嘴采用螺旋式运动、自下
33、而上的喷射顺序，保证喷射面上的混凝土覆盖均匀，减少由于喷射作业时粉尘覆盖在喷射面上造成的混凝土回弹量增加。3）分层喷射厚度影响分层喷射厚度的因素较多，比如速凝的效果、拌和物的质量、受喷面的性质、操作人员的水平等。但在现场施工时，喷射人员的以验是不可忽略的，操作人员应当根据喷射面上混凝土的自稳情况采用合理的喷射厚度，使一次喷射混凝土的厚度达到最大而又不至于掉落。一般情况下，一次喷射厚度不应小于集料粒径的两倍，通常喷墙510cm，喷拱顶46cm。4）分层喷射间隔时间间隔时间视水泥品种、施工时的温度和速凝剂的掺量等因素而定。常温（1520）下使用掺有速凝剂的普通硅酸盐水泥时，多层喷射混凝土的间隔时间
34、为1530min；不加速凝剂时应间隔24h左右。温度较低或采用凝结慢的水泥时，间歇时间还应适当延长。5）喷射作区段的划分喷射作业应分区分段进行，每一小段作业宽度以1.52.0为宜，其喷射顺序为：先墙后拱，自上而下；边墙应自墙基开始，拱部应自拱基线开始。在岩石松散或处理冒顶时，喷射作业应紧跟工作面。初喷时，应先拱后墙，复喷时应先墙后拱。在施喷的区段内，若同时有松软不稳定岩层和较稳定岩层时，应先施工喷不稳定岩层的区段。6）压力喷射机的工作压应控制在0.100.15MPa（表4.2.3）。根据经难，当输料管长在30m以内时，工作气压不得小于175kpa；输料管每增加15m或喷射高度每增加8m，工作气
35、压需要增加35kpa。水压应比风压大0.05.10MPa左右。表4.2.3湿喷混凝土的喷身参数输送距离(m)工作压力（Mpa)助风压力（Mpa)泵压（Mpa)200.100.150.150.200.200.25300.150.250.200.250.250.30400.250.350.300.400.350.45500.350.450.400.500.450.557）有钢筋网时，可在岩面喷射一层混凝土后再进行钢筋网的铺设，并在锚杆安设后进行。喷射时宜使喷嘴靠近钢筋，喷射距离可小于0.6m，喷射角度也可适当偏一些，喷射混凝土应覆盖钢筋网2cm以上；钢筋网应与锚杆或其他固定装置连接牢固，在喷射混凝
36、土时不得晃动。有钢架时，钢架与围岩间隙必须以喷射混凝土充填密实，喷射混凝土应将钢架覆盖，间隙过大时，可用钢楔或混凝土楔块顶紧，其点数单侧不得少于8个。喷射混凝土应由两侧拱脚向上对称喷射，并将钢架覆盖。8）喷射混凝土的养护喷射混凝土终凝2h后，应每隔48h喷水养护一次，养护时间不少于7d。如果相对温度大于85，可采用自然养护。9）冬季施工冬季施工应注意：作业区的气温不应低于5；料进入喷射机的温度不应低于5；喷射混凝土强度在下列数值时，不得受冻：普通硅酸盐水泥的喷射混凝低于设计强度等级的30时，矿渣水泥配制的混凝土低于设计强度等级40时。（4）需要注意的问题1）喷射机的合理使用启动喷射机时，应先送
37、风再开机，并应在机械运转正常后送料，供料均匀连续。作业结束时，先停止送料，待罐内余料喷完，再停机，然后关风。停止喷射作业后，喷射机和输料管内的积料应及时清除干净，以避免混合料结块堵管。2）输料管堵塞问题堵管的一般原因有以下几种： 混合料中混入规定粒径的石子、水泥硬块或其他杂物。 操作程序有误，如先开马达后送风，或砂子含水率过高，操作阀错开，致使高压风大量泄出，使工作室内风压急剧下降，也会引起输料管堵塞。 如遇堵管，应立妈关闭马达，随后关闭风源，并交软管拉直，然后以手锤敲击找到堵塞位置，可将风压开到0.30.4MPa，同时继续敲击堵塞部位，使其排除堵塞物而畅通。排除堵管现象时，应注意喷嘴前方严禁
38、站人，以免发生伤人事故。3)粉尘问题 控制砂石料含水率。当含水率控制在57时，作业时的粉尘浓度可控制在15mg/m3。 加强通风。 加长拢料管。即在喷嘴水环到出口之间接一段0.51m长的管子，使干料与水混合后有一个充分湿润和混合的过程，这对降尘和提高混凝土质量都较为有利。严格控制工作风压。风压过高，进料速度过快，在喷头处加水不容易均匀，风压过高不公增加回弹量，而且也会提高粉尘浓度。5质量标准及技术要求5.1混凝土抗压强度混凝土抗压强度必须合格，不合格时，应停工查明原因，对已喷部位应制定补强方案报监理、业主、设计通过后，采取补强措施。5.2喷层与岩层黏结喷层与岩层黏结情况，用锤敲击，如有空响应凿

40、面，每个断面3m检查1点6 成品保护6.1施工过程中妥善保护洞内外轴线桩、水准点。6.2喷射混凝土的厚度标志醒目，可随时通过尺量检查厚度。6.3应加强喷射工作完成后的养生工作，保证混凝土强度增长。6.4为避免下次爆破影响喷射混凝土的质量，间隔时间不应小于4h。低温条件下应注意测定终凝的实际时间，确保初喷不受爆破振动，发保证喷射质量。7质量记录7.1 喷射混凝土支护施工记录。7.2 混凝土配合比报告，混凝土施工及养生记录。7.3 锚杆拉拔试验报告。7.4 喷射混凝土强度报告。8安全与环保措施8.1 喷射混凝土安全措施8.1.1 喷射前要检查作业地段的围岩，并进行清理浮石、危石等必要的排险作业。8.1.2 喷射机要安放在围岩稳定或已衬砌地段内，同时喷射作业地段应加强照明和通风。8.1.3喷射时严格掌握好风、水压，加强综合防尘措施。8.1.4风嘴不准对人，以免射伤人。喷射混凝土施工人员必须佩戴防尘口罩安全帽、安全带等，操作喷头和注浆管的工人应佩戴防护眼罩、夹胶工作服、长筒乳胶手套等。8.2环境保护措施8.2.1 施工现场和施工便道时进行洒水，不出现明显的扬尘。8.2.2 设置水幕，实行净化通风。8.2.3尽量选用密闭的、性能优良的混凝土喷射机，进行湿喷或潮湿或潮湿消除出尘点。8.2.4在喷射或混凝土搅拌处，设置集尘器或除尘器降、除尘。8.2.5加强通风，冲淡粉尘浓度。11
