36、er in tiles is completed, after inspection, water test, confirm no leakage under the condition of non people on the roof with long handled brush evenly colored roofs with protective coating; according to the design requirements do bulk rigid protective layer.4.1 ensure the project:4.1.1 synthetic po
37、lymer coil and cement materials varieties, grades and mix must comply with the design requirements and related technical specifications, standards.The deformation of 4.1.2 waterproof layer and seam, cornice, flashing, water mouth, etc. the details of embedded parts, must comply with the design requi
38、rements and technical specifications of roofing engineering.4.1.3 roofing waterproof layer is strictly prohibited leakage phenomenon.4.2 basic items:4.2.1 paving waterproof layer of the base should be consistent with the requirements of drainage, smooth and clean, no sand, hollowing and loosening th

45、uction, caulking should make clear, clean the joint surface sticky, in order to ensure construction quality, seriously do water test.6.3 water: roof and gutters do not shun flashing slope, the slope is not enough, the roof smoothness. The construction of grassroots flashing slope leveling layer shou
46、ld meet the requirements.This process standard shall have the following quality records:7.1 synthetic polymer coil and cementing material should have product qualification certificate, and retest before use.7.2 proportioning data and bonding test of cement material.7.3 hidden inspection data and quality inspection and assessment data.
