29、p mission to promote leapfrog development.青莱高速公路马莱段大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层施工作业指导书大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层（LSPM）是位于下面层和水泥稳定碎石基层中间的重要的结构层。根据在山东省的建设实践经验，该柔性基层具有较好的抗车辙性能，同时兼有排水及抵抗反射裂缝的功能。因此LSPM应具有平整、密实、耐久及抗车辙、高排水性等多方面的综合性能。青莱高速公路马莱段15cm柔性基层采用LSPM30型大粒径透水性沥青碎石（使用MAC改性沥青）。根据部颁标准JTG F402004公路沥青路面施工技术规范和青莱高速公路马莱段路面工程施工招标文件以

32、-2的技术要求。（3）供应商在提供改性沥青全套质量检验报告的同时，还应提供基质沥青全套质量检验报告及沥青样品。（4）产品到达现场都应进行抽检，试验频率为施工单位按每100T安排自检、监理驻地办按每500T安排抽检。（5）各施工单位和驻地监理组工地实验室对针入度、延度、软化点、离析等指标进行检验，现场有条件时，还应检验老化后的质量损失、针入度比，并留样备检。MAC-70改性沥青技术要求 表1-2试验项目单 位技术要求试验方法针入度（25,100g,5s） 0.1mm3560T0604针入度（4,60s ,200g）0.1mm1235T0604软化点（环球法） 不小于70T060660动力粘度 不

37、谢伦堡析漏损失%0.2肯塔堡飞散损失%20动稳定度次/mm2800渗透系数cm/s实测四、混合料组成设计1 目标配合比设计阶段（1）确定各矿料的组成比例。分别用各施工段实际使用的矿料进行筛分，用计算机或图解计算各矿料的用量比例，使合成的矿料级配符合表3-1的范围。该项计算应反复进行几次，使合成矿料级配曲线基本上与要求级配范围中值线相重合，直至满意为止。（2）确定沥青的最佳油石比。首先根据以上计算确定的矿料组成， 以估计的最佳油石比为中值按0.30.5间隔变化，取34个不同的油石比，用实验室的小型拌和机将沥青与矿质混合料拌和，采用旋转压实仪旋转压实成型试件，检测体积指标，按照规范规定的方法进行飞
38、散试验。同时按照规范的方法进行不同油石比的析漏试验。旋转压实的设计压实次数为100次，成型温度取160。将成型试件按部标准公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程（JTJ0522000）及公路沥青路面施工技术规范JTG F402004规定的方法，用实测法和计算法测定试件密度并计算空隙率进行体积组成分析。实测法为二次封蜡法，首先采用橡皮泥将试件表面大空隙填平，然后称重，将橡皮泥填充的体积作为试件的体积，然后进行封蜡测定水中重，通过计算就可以测定试件的密度；计算法为直接采用游标卡尺测量试件的直径和高度计算试件的体积，然后根据试件的重量可以直接计算试件的密度。计算法简单直接，主要适用于尺寸规则的试件，例如旋
39、转压实成型的试件；实测法操作比较复杂，适用于测量尺寸不规则的试件，例如路面上取得的钻芯的试样。计算沥青混合料最大理论相对密度时，按照公路沥青路面施工技术规范JTG F402004附录B中的有关规定（采用矿料的有效密度）。同时用经验公式估算不同油石比时沥青膜厚度：SA0.41+0.0041P4.75+0.0082P2.36+0.0164P1.18+0.0287P0.6+0.0614P0.3+0.1229P0.15+0.3277P0.075h=10 Pb/ SA式中：Pi分别为I级筛孔的通过率（）；Pb为沥青用量；h为沥青膜厚度。以油石比为横座标，以测定的密度、空隙率、飞散损失、析漏损失、沥青膜厚度各项指标为纵座标，分别将试验结果点入图
