2、不养护. .8八、环保安全措施：.8九、成品保护.9一、工程概况二灰碎石基层位于快车道路面及辅道路面结构层10%石灰土层上，均按照两次进行摊铺铺筑，机动车道二灰石厚度为40cm厚，非机动车道为30cm厚，二灰石配比重量比均为（8：17：75）。本工程石灰粉煤灰采用集中厂拌法拌合，由自卸车将配好的混合料运至铺筑，摊铺机摊铺、整平，采用振动压路机、光轮压路机及胶轮压路机进行碾压。1、主要工程量：机动车道二灰碎石：69527.27m2；非机动车道二灰碎石：18377.59m2。 二、施工工艺流程石灰粉煤灰碎石施工工艺流程：施工准备（配合比确定、材料采购）混合料拌合自卸车运输混合料摊铺整形碾压检验下道
3、工序。三、施工方案1、施工准备：1.1、下承层准备：对下承层进行检查，其宽度、平整度、压实度满足要求，路床范围内无松散土和各种杂物，道路横坡、纵坡满足设计要求。1.2、测量放线：采用GPS进行定位放线，每隔20m打出中心桩和边桩，撒布灰线并打钢筋桩，利用水准仪测定高程。1.3、材料准备： 石灰采用熟石灰粉，钙镁含量符合要求。粉煤灰的粒径应在0.0012mm之间，为便于压实，小于0.075mm的颗粒含量应大于70%，粉煤灰烧失量应小于20%。SiO2、Al2O3和Fe2O3的总含量应大于70%。 碎石指标应符合级配碎石指标的要求。施工用水采用饮用水。2、混合料拌合：混合料拌合采用拌和站集中拌合，
4、拌合站每小时的产量可达300t，拌合施工过程中，应注意以下事项：不同粒径的石料应分开堆放，石灰、粉煤灰应有覆盖，防止雨淋过湿；配料应准确，拌合要均匀，混合骨料的含水量应略大于最佳含水量；拌合混合料的堆放时间不宜超过24h，宜在当天将拌成的混合料运送至铺筑现场。 3、运输和摊铺： 由于南环路东段等道路有中央分隔带，石灰粉煤灰碎石基层在施工时需分两半幅进行施工，石灰粉煤灰碎石最大厚度为40cm，分两次铺筑，在施工时为避免纵向冷缝出现，路基每自然段均采用一次性铺设，拌合料由自卸汽车从拌合站运至施工路段进行摊铺。摊铺前在路床上洒少量水使表面湿润。两层均采用摊铺机摊铺，人工修整，并设专人消除粗细集料离析
5、现象，第二层摊铺时运输车辆严禁在已成型的二灰碎石面上调头，应在驶上第一层二灰碎石面之前调整好车辆方向然后倒车至摊铺机卸料口。摊铺时掌握好松铺厚度和路拱，每铺完一层养护七天，养护期间严禁任何车辆通行。4、碾压：二灰石混合料摊铺成型后及时碾压。先用振动压路机静压1遍（往返一来回为一遍），使混合料基本稳定无明显位移为止，然后用振动压路机分别碾压23遍，使混合料基本得到压实。最后用三轮压路机（或胶轮压路机）进行静压1遍封面，碾压时自较低的一侧碾向较高的一侧，即由两侧路肩向路中心线碾压，路面两侧加强碾压23遍，使混合料进一步得到压实并消除轮迹。使用振动压路机时，每次应重叠1/3轮宽；使用三轮压路机时，每
6、次重叠后轮的1/2。碾压速度：三轮压路机为3040m/min，振动压路机为60100m/min。 初压时应设专人跟随摊铺机，检查基层有无高低不平处，高处铲平，低处填平，填补处应翻松洒水再摊铺混合料压实。在碾压中出现弹簧现象时，应停止碾压，将混合料翻松晒干或加集料或加石灰，重新翻拌均匀，再行压实；碾压时若出现松散、混合料堆移现象，应适量洒水，再翻拌、整平、碾压。在有检查井、缘石等设施的大型机具碾压不到位处，应设小型夯机夯实。压路机或运输车辆不得在正在进行碾压或刚压实的基层上转弯、调头或急刹车。5、接缝处理：接缝是指工作段间横向接缝（即分段施工时已摊铺完段和准备摊铺段接缝）。处理方法是人工将末端混
7、和料修整整齐，紧靠混和料放两根方木（方木的高度与混和料的压实厚度相同），整平方木边的混和料，方木的另一侧用砂回填约3m长，其高度高出方木23cm，将混和料碾压密实，在重新开始摊铺混和料前，将砂及方木除去，并将下承层扫净，摊铺机返回到已压实末端，重新开始摊铺。施工中尽量减少纵向冷缝出现，若有，继续摊铺时将上次摊铺时边部松散粒料进行清除，下次摊铺时交叉不少于20cm，并碾压成型。二灰碎石施工应避免纵向接缝。若分幅施工，纵缝应垂直相接， 不得斜接。 6、养生及交通管制：养生在碾压成型后开始洒水养生，养生期为7d，且至上层结构层施工前。养生期内不得开放交通。养生期完毕后，按要求对本施工层进行检测验收，
8、合格后进行下道工序。7、试验与检验：石灰粉煤灰碎石7d无侧限抗压强度为0.8Mpa，压实度98%，石灰粉煤灰碎石按设计、规范和监理要求取样试验。四、施工进度计划 根据南环路等道道路的片区划分，各段工程进度计划如下：1、南环路东段：第一层二灰碎石摊铺：2013.11.152013.11.23 第二层二灰碎石摊铺：2013.11.232013.11.302、新城中大道西段：第一层二灰碎石摊铺：2013.12.202013.12.25第二层二灰碎石摊铺：2013.12.262013.12.313、新城六路：第一层二灰碎石摊铺：2014.1.102014.1.15第二层二灰碎石摊铺：2014.1.16
9、2014.1.24 六、材料要求： （1）碎石级配要求如下：筛孔尺寸 （mm）31.526.519 9.54.75 2.36 1.18 0.60.075 通过质量百分率（%）10095-10048-6824-3411-21 6-16 2-12 0-6 0-3 （2）石灰必须进行充分消解，不得含有有杂质，满足级(含级)以上标准。 （3）合料和养生。本区域内地下水均符合要求可直接利用。（4）粉煤灰粒径应在0.0012mm之间，为便于压实，小于0.075mm的颗粒含量应大于70%，粉煤灰烧失量应小于20%。SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3总含量大于70%。七、质量通病与防护1、二灰摊铺时粗细料分离
10、1.1、现象：摊铺时粗细料离析，混合料拌合不均匀或者摊铺过程中导致混合料不均匀，粗骨料或细集料集中。1.2、治理方法： （1）如果在装卸运输过程中出现离析现象，应在摊铺前进行重新搅拌，使粗细料混合均匀后摊铺。 （2）如果在碾压过程中看出粗细料集中现象，也要将其挖出分别掺入粗、细料搅拌均匀，再摊铺碾压。2、二灰干碾压或过湿碾压2.1现象：混合料失水过多已经干燥，不经补水既行碾压。或洒水过多，碾压时出现“弹软”现象。2.2、治理方法： （1）混合料出场时的含水量应控制在最佳含水量-1%和+1.5%之间。 （2）碾压前需检验混合料的含水量，在整个压实期间，含水量必须保持在接近最佳状态，即在-1%和+
11、1.5%之间。如含水量低需要补洒水，含水量过高需在路槽内晾晒，待接近最佳含水量状态时再行碾压。3、二灰成型后不养护 3.1、现象：混合料压实成型后，任其在阳光下曝晒和风干，不保持在潮湿状态下养生。 3.2、治理方法： （1）加强技术教育，提高管理人员和操作人员对混合料养生重要性的认识 （2）严肃技术纪律，严格管理，必须执行混合料压实成型后在潮湿状态下养生的规定。 （3）养生时间一般不少于7天，直至铺筑上层面层时为止。有条件的也可采用毡布、草毡等覆盖养生。八、环保安全措施： (1)建立、健全各级安全责任制，施工前落实安全技术措施和安全操作规程，向职工进行安全交底，使责任落实到人。(2)进入施工现
12、场的人员，必须按规定穿戴好防护用品和必要的安全防护用具，严禁穿高跟鞋、拖鞋工作。 (3)特种作业人员必须经培训考试合格后持证上岗。(4)施工通道及场所安全。 施工通道保持畅通，施工地段设立标志，施工人员注意过往车辆。夜间施工要有足够的照明。施工现场要建立、健全巡视值班制度，发现隐患立即改正、清除。 (5)、现场电源线一律按规定架空，装臵固定的配电盘。所有设备配臵触电保护器，加工机械配制必要的保护装臵。 (6)、加强用电管理和雷击防护，供用电装臵要有安全可靠的接地装臵，防止或减少触电、雷击事故发生。供电线路设臵符合安全规定，专职电工负责操作运转。各种电气设备、开关箱等均应有瞬间保护装置。非电工人
