2、神铁路集团公司2014年大中修施工计划包神大中修201417号。三、编制依据1、施工现场调查资料和施工经验；2、国家及行业规范和标准；3、经包神铁路集团公司工程技术部审批的设计方案。四、实施、影响范围1、实施范围：大树湾1道33#铁-44#铁、3道右侧3#铁-44#铁。2、影响范围：不影响既有线行车。五、实施方案大树湾1、3道修建混凝土路肩墙施工流程：拆除网围栏测量放样基槽开挖模板支撑浇筑混凝土养护墙背回填安装网围栏。1）拆除既有网围栏：网围栏拆除以后，浸塑网片由人工搬运至指定地点整齐码放，工程公司将回收利用，拆除的既有网围栏立柱及混凝土基础一率按建筑垃圾进行妥善掩埋，严禁丢弃在路基边坡或堆放
3、在施工现场。2）测量放样：严格按照设计要求（挡墙外边沿距1道中心距离不小于4.2米）打桩标记每段挡墙的位置以及高程，基槽的开挖线根据实际土质进行放坡。3）基槽开挖：基槽采用人工开挖，施工过程中作业人员随时注意边坡稳定性，如有坍塌，应立即停止施工，并进行局部加固。4）模板支撑：模板拼装前首先进行清理、打磨、校正和图刷脱模剂作业，然后再按路肩墙设计的几何尺寸（60cm120cm）进行拼装。网围栏基础（60cm60cm120cm）要与路肩墙一次浇筑，间隔150cm一个，并预留网围栏立柱孔（15cm15cm80cm）。模板使用8钢筋对拉加固，防止跑模爆模。4）浇筑混凝土：混凝土分段浇筑，10米留一道伸
4、缩缝，严格按预先测好的高程控制砼顶面，防止浇筑的路肩墙顶面高于控制标高位置，浇筑完成后墙体顶面进行压光抹面处理。5）养护：混凝土浇筑完成以后，顶面覆盖薄膜，模板拆除后继续洒水养护，保证养护期不少于5天。6）墙背回填：混凝土强度达到70%以后进行墙背回填，回填采用透水性较好的砂砾石，墙里侧采用人工配合小型机械打夯，墙外侧开挖台阶分层回填压实。7）网围栏施工：网围栏基础使用C25混凝土浇筑（60cm60cm80cm），施工前先将基础与路肩墙连接处凿毛，植入连接筋然然后支模浇筑，网围栏下底边距离基础顶面10cm，每500米设网栏门一处，具体位置由工程公司联系工务段确定，每200米或在门口设“禁止入内
5、”的警示牌一块。六、施工组织1、工期计划：2014年5月1日开工 2014年7月1日竣工2、人员、材料、机械组织1）、人员组织组织一个20人的施工队伍，其中模板工4人，混凝土工振捣工2人、木工1人，杂工12人，就近租赁房屋5间，解决作业人员的食宿问题。杂工主要负责开挖基槽、搬运物料、拆除和安装网围栏等工作。2）、材料组织路肩墙以及网围栏基础使的C25混凝土全部由商砼站提供，浸塑网围栏、立柱以及连接件全部由工程公司指定厂家提供。路肩墙模板使用（100cm120cm）的组合钢模板，以租凭为主。网围栏基础便用木模由木工加工制做。留置沉降缝所需的泡沫板、填塞沉降缝所需的沥青麻筋、模板拉筋、穿管、连结筋
6、全部自购。3）、机械组织本工程配备卷扬机两台主要用于物料提升爬坡运输，自卸车一辆运输拆除后的网围栏以及处理建筑垃圾，蛙式打夯机一台配合人工进行墙背回填，小型挖掘机一辆主要负责坡面填土夯实。4）、材料二次倒运受施工条件的影响，本工程存在部分物料二次倒运，回填土方购置拉运12km共960方，人工倒运土方960方450m，人工倒运路肩墙混凝土1728方450m，拆除后的网围栏90片人工倒运450 m，外运弃渣139方人工倒运450m，网围栏基础混凝土139方人工倒运450 m，新安装网围栏108片以及立柱人工倒运450m。3、准备阶段1）成立施工管理机构工程公司技术室主任为项目负责人，配备专职安全员

8、验批验收，收集过程管理资料；2）坚持各工序技术交底及过程三检制度，即自检、互检和交接检。七、安全文明施工由于该工程属临近既有线施工，作业人员的不安全行为，材料设备跨股道运输以及地下光电缆可能因施工被破坏是工程安全卡控的重点。开工前工程公司将编制施工组织设计报请神华包神铁路集团公司工程技术部审批，并与有关设备管理部门签定安全协议，工程公司安质部将组织所有作业人员进行既有线施工和电器化铁路作业人身安全教育，并联系设备管理单位做好既有设备的交底工程。施工过程中，做好防护，每个作业点设一名专职安全管理人员。材料需要跨股道运输时，现场负责人将提前通知车站，并到场指挥，防护人员作好防护确保施工安全和行车安
9、全。严格执行工程公司安全文明施工管理办法的有关要求创建安全文明工地。1、材料按名称、品种、规格、数量等进行分类堆放。2、对堆放位置进行统一规划，堆放要整齐。3、每个工作日要做到工完料尽场地清。4、施工垃圾堆放在指定场所并及时清运，妥善处理。5、各类模板应当按规格分类堆放整齐，地面应平整坚实，叠放高度一般不超过1.6米。6、食堂单独设置，远离厕所、垃圾坑、有毒有害场所等污染源的地方。7、饮用水应符合国家饮用水标准、热水应统一供应，生活垃圾应有专人管理，及时清理清运，严禁与建筑垃圾混放8、土方、渣土和施工垃圾运输应采用密闭式运输车辆和覆盖措施。9、做好施工用电、防火防盗以及治安综合治理的有关工作工
