5、. 很, 相当（=rather) 以下是表示程度 的副词, 程度有无到重以此为 not-fairly-quite-rather/pretty-very-too 除“rather too,”和“rather+比较级”之外，其 他词两个不能连用，也不能与比较级连用。 quite 和rather 可用来直接修饰动词和名词 (放在冠词的前面),Twenty-five is pretty old to take up ballet dancing.
