42、因素的识别与评价2.1.1危险有害因素识别的方法1）三种状态：正常、异常、紧急状态；2）危险源应考虑“三种时态”（过去、现在、将来）。3）从风险因素类型进行辨识。考虑由于机械能、电能、热能、化学能、放射能、生物因素及人机工程因素等可能对人造成的伤害。4）所有进入施工场所的人员活动。5）所有施工现场的设施、设备。6）工作场所与生产区域交叉，工作与生活需借助或使用外部的设施时的危险源。2.1.2、危险源的评价及危害识别1）猫道架设评价采用作业条件危险性评价法（即LEC评价法）；2）作业条件危险评价（LEC 法）：用评分来评价作业单元的危险、危害性，用下式表示：D = LEC式中：.
