3、框架结构。本工程位于成都市华阳镇骑龙村。地势开阔，交通方便，但由于施工图纸未能配套齐备给施工带来许多不便，因此我项目施工前采取预前控制，及时与建设单位、设计单位沟通协调，本工程地下室外侧防水施工完毕后采用120mm厚MU10页岩标砖，M10水泥砂浆砌筑砖护墙，由于地下室外侧砖护墙砌筑高度已达到4.4m，为保证砖护墙砌筑稳定性，不大于4m设240mm370mm砖柱。三、工程质量保证措施1、项目组织机构图：项目经理项目执行经理项目技术负责RE工程部技术部质检安全保卫材料机械试验财务劳资经营各专业施工班组2、按照“目标责任，严格奖惩”的要求，推动ISO9002：2000质量体系在本工程施工中的运行，
4、确保达到“用户满意工程”。本工程建立并实施以下质量保证措施：项目经理与企业总部签订“工程质量目标责任状”：分项工程合格率100%，分部工程一次性验收合格率100%。执行各级质量责任制，项目经理部各管理人员承担相应的责任，该责任最终落实到人头。执行“质量决定权”制度，即行使质量否决权、质量控制权、停工权、返工权、奖惩权。严格技术交底制度，以分项工程为对象，制定高于国家标准的内控工艺质量标准，分级进行全面技术交底，切实做到：施工按规范，操作按规程，验收按标准。加强技术复核制度，严把施工质量关，确保轴线位移、垂直偏差、标高误差，预留洞口等几何尺寸始终控制在允许偏差内。认真执行隐蔽验收制度，以“保证项
5、目”为重点，以图纸及其它有效设计文件为依据，以规范为标准，监理参加，严格手续，确保结构质量。严格质量检查与评定制度，认真贯彻过程控制的“三检”制，即自检、互检、交接检制度，严格内控制质量标准，挤水份、上等级、达标准。四、施工准备作好施工前各项准备工作，解决好生产、生活、场容等问题，创造有利的开工条件，确保地下室砖胎模工程施工顺利进行。1、材料准备砖：本基础筏板周边砖胎模采用MU10页岩标砖规格为24011553，砖进场时材料员应检查MU10页岩标砖是否具有出厂合格证是否足够的强度，几何偏差是否满足现行规范要求。由于施工季节为夏季施工，页岩标砖必须在砌筑前一天浇水湿润，一般以水浸入砖四边1.5c
6、m为宜。水泥:本工程所用水泥32.5R普通硅酸盐水泥。砂：采用河砂，要求含泥量不得超过5%，使用前过5mm孔径筛。2、认真组织施工队伍，建立由项目经理、责任工长、现场技术员、材料员等组成的现场管理机构，各部门之间做好协调配合工作，明确责任，优质高效地完成施工任务。3、做好操作班组技术交底、安全交底及三级教育，组织班组认真领会设计意图，技术探讨，保证施工过程中技术保证。4、做好地下室外侧条基位置水平标高控制，如高差不符合模数时，应采用C20细石砼找平。五、工期本工程地下室外侧剪力墙防水砖护模计划一周内施工完毕。六、砂浆的拌制1、 砌筑砂浆及抹面砂浆应严格按照现行施工规范施工，并可参照相关具有资质
7、实验室出具的配合比报告施工，但已有的配合比必须与实际试用的原材料相同，且同一配合比的使用时间不得大于半年。2、 砂浆的现场搅拌采用1台JZ350型自落式自动加水砼搅拌机。3、 砂浆搅拌的装料顺序：先倒砂子，再装水泥，最后加水。4、 砂浆组成材料的配合比按重量比计算，现场挂牌控制，砂浆的各种材料原则上要求每车过磅，不得用换算体积比，计量误差应控制在允许范围内：水泥2%，砂3%，水2%。搅拌前，应根据砂子的含水率将实验室配比换算成施工配比，砂子含水率的测定频度应为每台班不少于一次。计量器具必须定期检定，每台班开始工作前进行校准。5、 砂浆搅拌时不少于1.5min，砌筑砂浆应随拌随用，常温下，水泥砂
