28、变形观测工作,为评估单位提供真实、准确的评估数据,依据铁道总公司及九景衢铁路江西公司相关规定,制定本方案。1.2.适用范围本方案适用于九景衢铁路JQJXZQ-3标段施工过程中路基的沉降变形观测及评估。1.3.技术依据(1)、高速铁路工程测量规范(TB10601-2009);(2)、客运专线铁路有碴轨道铺设条件评估技术指南(铁建设2006158号);(3)铁路工程测量规范TB10101-2009;(4)、精密工程测量规范(GB/T 15314-94);(5)、地面沉降水准测量规范(DZ/T 0154-95);(6)、地面沉降监测技术要求(DD2006-02);(7)、国家一、二等水准测量规范(G

29、B/T 12897-2006);(8)、建筑变形测量规程(JGJ/T8-99);(9)、九景衢铁路江西公司关于工程沉降变形观测及评估的相关文件。第二章 组织管理2.1.项目部工作职责、负责沉降变形监测网的建立及其保护工作。、负责各种监测设备、仪器、管线的购置与埋设,及其观测设施的保护工作。、配置专业人员,按规定观测项目和频率进行全过程监测和记录,并按规定格式和内容提交观测数据,确保其真实、可靠、及时和全面。、参与沉降变形观测及评估方案的制定工作。、参与和配合建设单位或评估单位组织的沉降变形观测评估工作。2.2.组织机构项目部下设的三个项目分部,每个分部建立以分部总工程师为技术负责人的路基沉降变

31、批准后实施。、经监理按附表1核查同意后,根据批准的路基沉降变形观测实施细则,按照设计文件要求,选派专业队伍和人员进行设备布设和观测。 、严格按路基沉降变形观测实施细则,以及有关规定进行观测和记录,确保记录数据真实、可靠,每次的观测记录必须经监理专业人员进行签认。、每个单位(单项)工程路基沉降变形观测完成后,7天内提交评估申请(附沉降变形观测报告),经监理签认后,报指挥部及设计单位,由指挥部通知评估单位进行评估。2.4.沉降变形观测仪器与人员的配备与管理、沉降观测测量仪器按照规定要求建立测量仪器台帐表和测量仪器检定计划,并根据要求定期进行自检和送检。、每个小组配置精密电子水准仪徕卡DNA03一台

32、、条码尺1对。测量仪器指定观测员使用,由项目部测量大队队长进行现场操作培训,变动操作人员时,必须先要对仪器操作员进行技能培训,合格后方可上岗操作。、各测量队的观测组长负责对精密电子水准仪使用、保养、贮存与管理。、每次观测前,对所使用的仪器和设备进行检验校正,并保留检验记录。、测量仪器的搬运与贮存,按集团公司检验检测设备搬运、防护和贮存暂行规定的有关要求办理执行。2.5.各级沉降观测负责人职责2.5.1.项目部测量大队职责(1)全面负责本项目沉降观测的实施与组织管理和培训工作。(2)负责本项目部管段内的沉降变形观测网(垂直位移网)的布置与测设及数据复核和现场观测标(点)埋设安装的指导检查。(3)

33、检查指导各观测小组的观测标(点)的埋设与安装,观测操作方法、观测频次等对管内的沉降变形观工作质量进行分析与评定。(4)负责管段内的沉降变形观测资料的汇总上报工作。(5)参加上级组织的各种沉降变形观测培训及检查。(6)负责本项目沉降变形观测测量仪器设备的保管和维护,保证仪器精度满足要求。2.5.2.路基沉降变形观测组职责(1)一个小组负责全部路基地段的沉降观测数据采集及录入工作。(2)路基支承层完工后的表层沉降观测桩点埋设及沉降观测数据采集与录入工作。(3)另一小组负责路基沉降板的监测数据采集与数据录入工作。(4)负责管段内沉降变形观测标埋设与保护工作。(5)负责管段内的所以原始数据的收集、整理

35、、附合或环线闭合差(mm)检测已测高差较差(mm)使用仪器、观测方法及要求三等1.00.30.60.8DS05或DS1型仪器,按二等水准测量的技术要求施测。(2)垂直位移监测网建网方式线下工程垂直位移监测一般按沉降变形等级三等的要求(国家二等水准测量)施测,根据沉降变形测量精度要求高的特点,以及标志的作用和要求不同,垂直位移监测网布设方法分为三级:1)基准点。要求建立在沉降变形区以外的稳定地区,同大地测量点的比较,要求具有更高的稳定性,其平面控制点一般应设有强制归心装置。基准点使用全线二等精密高程控制测量布设的基岩点、深埋水准点;2)工作点。要求这些点在观测期间稳定不变,测定沉降变形点时作为高

36、程和坐标的传递点。工作点除使用普通水准点外,按照国家二等水准测量的技术要求进一步加密水准基点或设置工作基点至满足工点垂直位移监测需要。加密后的水准基点(含工作基点)间距200m左右时,可基本保证线下工程垂直位移监测需要。3)沉降变形点。直接埋设在要测定的沉降变形体上。点位应设立在能反映沉降变形体沉降变形的特征部位,不但要求设置牢固,便于观测,还要求形式美观,结构合理,且不破坏沉降变形体的外观和使用。沉降变形点按路基、桥涵专业布点要求进行。监测网由于自然条件的变化,人为破坏等原因,不可避免的有个别点位会发生变化。为了验证监测网点的稳定性,应对其进行定期检测。本次技术方案设计垂直位移监测网的观测分

38、测量要求观测2002.51/40000按国家四等平面控制测量要求观测四等12.04002.51/40000按国家四等平面控制测量要求观测(2)水平位移监测网建网方式水平位移监测网一般按独立建网考虑,根据沉降变形测量等级及精度要求进行施测,并与施工平面控制网进行联测,引入施工测量坐标系统,实现水平位移监测网坐标与施工平面控网坐标的相互转换。3.3.沉降变形测量点的布置要求沉降变形测量点分为基准点、工作基点和沉降变形观测点。其布设按下列要求:、每个独立的监测网应设置不少于3个稳固可靠的基准点。基准点应选设在沉降变形影响范围以外便于长期保存的稳定位置。、工作基点应选在比较稳定的位置。对观测条件较好或

39、观测项目较少的项目,可不设立工作基点,在基准点上直接测量沉降变形观测点。、沉降变形观测点应设立在沉降变形体上能反映沉降变形特征的位置。(见路基观测标埋设图)3.4.沉降变形监测测量工作基本要求、水准基点使用时应作稳定性检验,并以稳定或相对稳定的点作为沉降变形的参考点,并应有一定数量稳固可靠的点以资校核。、每次观测前,对所使用的仪器和设备应进行检验校正,并保留检验记录。、每次沉降变形观测时应符合:严格按二等水准测量规范的要求施测。参与观测的人员必须经过培训才能上岗,并固定观测人员。 为了将观测中的系统误差减到最小,达到提高精度的目的,各次观测应使用同一台仪器和设备,必须按照固定的观测路线和观测方

40、法进行,观测路线必须形成附合或闭合路线,使用固定的工作基点对应沉降变形观测点进行观测。 观测时要避免阳光直射,且在基本相同的环境和观测条件下工作。 成像清晰、稳定时再读数。随时观测,随时检核计算,观测时要一次完成,中途不中断。 对工作基点的稳定性要定期检核,在雨季前后要联测,检查水准点的标高是否有变动。数据计算方法和计算用工作基点一致。沉降观测测量队队长要对各观测小组提供的观测数据,进行认真的核对、分析,对各观测小组观测结果和工作质量进行考核评定。出现异常数据时要分析原因,参与督促和指导各观测小组的观测工作。3.5.沉降变形监测观测具体要求、水准网的观测按照国家二等水准施测,采用单路线往返观测

41、。每次观测均形成闭合检验条件。水准仪使用DNA03型仪器,仪器及配套水准尺均应在有效合格检定期内。水准仪与水准尺在使用前及使用过程中,经常规检校合格,水准仪视准轴与水准管轴的夹角均不超过15。仪器各种设置正确,其中有限差要求的项目按规范要求在仪器中进行设置,并在数据采集时自动控制,不满足要求的在现场进行提示并进行重测。外业测量一条路线的往返测使用同一类型仪器和转点尺垫,沿同一路线进行。观测成果的重测和取舍按国家一、二等水准测量规范(GB/T 12897-2006)有关要求执行。观测时,视线长度50m,前后视距差1.5 m;前后视距累积差6.0 m;视线高度0.5m;测站限差:两次读数差0.4m

42、m,两次所测高差之差0.6 mm,检测间歇点高差之差1.0 mm;观测读数和记录的数字取位:数字水准仪读记至0.01mm。观测时,一般按后-前-前-后的顺序进行,对于有变换奇偶站功能的电子水准仪,按以下顺序进行:往测:奇数站为后前前后 偶数站为前后后前返测:奇数站为前后后前 偶数站为后前前后、每一测段均为偶数测站。晴天观测时给仪器打伞,避免阳光直射;扶尺时借助尺撑,使标尺上的气泡居中,标尺垂直。、观测前30min,将仪器置于露天阴影处,使仪器与外界气温趋于一致;对于数字式水准仪,进行不少于20次单次测量,达到仪器预热的目的。测量中避免望远镜直接对着太阳;避免视线被遮挡,遮挡不超过标尺在望远镜中

43、截长的20%。观测时用测伞遮蔽阳光,对于电子水准仪,施测时均装遮光罩。、自动安平水准仪必须置平。在连续各测站上安置水准仪时,使其中两脚螺旋与水准路线方向平行,第三脚螺旋轮换置于路线方向的左侧与右侧。除路线拐弯处外,每一测站上仪器与前后视标尺的三个位置,一般为接近一条直线。、观测过程中为保证水准尺的稳定性,选用2.5kg以上的尺垫,水准观测路线必须地面硬实,观测过程中,必须踩实尺垫,以避免其下沉。同时观测过程中避免仪器安置在容易震动的地方,如果临时有震动,确认震动消失后,再激发测量键。须借助尺撑扶直水准尺,确保水准尺垂直。、数据处理时,闭合差、中误差等均满足要求后进行平差计算,主水准路线要进行严

44、密平差,选用经鉴定合格的软件进行。第四章 专业要求4.1.路基沉降变形观测4.1.1.路基沉降控制标准有碴轨道地段路基可压缩性地基均进行沉降分析。按照客运专线有碴轨道铁路设计指南4.1.4条:路基在有碴轨道铺设完成后的工后沉降,应满足扣件调整和线路竖曲线圆顺的要求。工后沉降一般不应超过扣件允许的沉降调高量15mm;沉降比较均匀、长度大于20m的路基,允许的最大工后沉降量为30mm,并且调整轨面高程后的竖曲线半径应能满足下列要求:式中:轨面圆顺的竖曲线半径(m); 设计最高速度(km/h)。4.1.2.一般规定(1)观测的目的是通过沉降观测,利用沉降观测资料分析、预测工后沉降,指导进行信息化施工

45、,必要时提出加速路基沉降的措施,确定轨道的铺设时间,评估路基工后沉降控制效果,确保轨道结构的安全。(2)路基上轨道铺设前,应对路基沉降变形作系统的评估,确认路基的工后沉降和沉降变形满足有碴轨道铺设要求。(3)路基填筑完成或施加预压荷载后应有不少于6个月的观测和调整期。观测数据不足以评估或工后沉降评估不能满足设计要求时,应延长观测时间或采取必要的加速或控制沉降的措施。(4)评估时发现异常现象或对原始记录资料存在疑问,要进行必要的检查。4.1.3.路基地段沉降观测技术要求(1)沉降观测内容1)路基面的沉降变形观测2)路基基底沉降观测3)过渡段沉降观测4)路基稳定性观测(2)沉降观测断面和观测点的设

46、置沉降观测装置应埋设稳定,观测期间应对观测装置采取有效的保护措施。根据经验,埋设的观测设施的有效性以及对其保护是否得力是决定整个观测工作成败的关键。各部位观测点应设在同一横断面上,这样有利于测点看护,便于集中观测,统一观测频率,更重要的是便于各观测项目数据的综合分析。路基沉降观测桩埋设布置图路基上铺设有碴轨道前,应对路基变形作系统的评估,确认路基的工后沉降和变形符合设计要求。路基填筑完成或施加预压荷载后应不少于6个月的观测和调整期,观测数据不足以评估时,应继续观测;工后沉降评估不能满足设计要求时,应采取必要的加速完成沉降或控制沉降的措施。路基沉降观测应以路基面沉降和地基沉降观测为主,并有针对性

47、的对路桥过渡段差异进行重点观测。1)路基沉降监测剖面布置说明:路基沉降监测断面根据不同的地基条件,不同的结构部位等具体情况设置。路桥过度段距桥台5m范围设1处路基面沉降监测桩、基底中心沉降板;路堤每100m左右设1处路基面沉降监测桩、基底中心沉降板;路堑每200m左右设1处路基面沉降监测桩、基底中心沉降板;高陡路堤边坡每100m加设水平位移监测桩和边坡中部基底沉降板。2)监测元件埋设说明:沉降监测桩:桩体选择20mm不锈钢棒,顶部半圆,底部焊接弯钩,待基床表层级配碎石施工完成后,通过测量埋置在监测断面设计位置,埋置深度0.3m,桩周0.15m用C20混凝土浇筑固定,完成埋设后按二等水准标准测量桩顶标高作为初始读数。
