3、分利用当地丰富的林地资源优势，立足高品位、高起点，为社会提供优质的绿色肉蛋产品，因此在林下养殖纯生态绿色快大黄鸡5000只。 为了扩大优质绿色快大黄鸡的养殖数量和质量，合作社采取“合作社+基地+农户”的产业链为经营模式，与当地林农合作成立养殖专业合作社，实行原材料统一购进，产品统一包装、销售。以养殖基地带动周边零散养殖户，带动基地种植业的发展，能够达到农户增收目的。 二、项目背景及必要性 1、项目建设背景 随着社会收入的增长，生活水平的提高，人们对肉蛋等动物食品的需求量逐年增加，要求也是越来越高，健康绿色是很明显的消费趋势，林下快大黄鸡散养是适应了这一趋势迅速发展起来绿色养殖。 2、项目建设的
4、必要性 目前社会上瘦肉精、健美猪、双汇肠、三聚氢氨食品安全不断亮出红灯，人们的身体健康安全威胁越来越大，因此我们更需要生产出纯天然绿色有机的肉蛋奶产品，让人们买着放心，吃着放心，为提高全民身体素质贡献我们的力量。 三、项目建设条件 1、养殖环境：地处法官镇境内，本地区属亚热带向暖温带过渡的季风性气候，年平均气温13.1，一月份平均气温0.4，七月份平均气温25.4，极端最高气温39.8，极端最低气温-14.5，日照时数2155小时，无霜期207天，年均降水量746.7毫米，多集中在7、8、9三个月，约占全年降雨量的46%。相对湿度69%，有利于各种野草、果类生长，更有利于快大黄鸡的健康成长。
5、2、合作社拥有大量核桃林地，资源丰富，林间散养快大黄鸡地理优势明显。 四、林下散养快大黄鸡的意义 1、林下散养快大黄鸡就是充分利用林果间隙地，周围用围栏的形式圈起发展快大黄养殖，既节省养鸡饲料成本，又为林地除害去杂，实现林牧共同发展，林地养鸡是利用经济林、用材林等林地实施放养与舍饲相结合的养鸡方法，它对林地实施种养业立体开发，减少林地害虫、抑制杂草丛生、培肥土壤、提高果园、林地单位面积的收入，解决农村部分剩余劳动力的就业问题，促进农民增收等方面具有积极的促进作用。林地养鸡发展前景广阔。 2、林地杂草丛生，虫、蚁等昆虫繁衍旺盛，鸡群可采食到充足的生态饲料，因此养出的鸡不仅肉质好，口味好，鸡肉中的

7、年以上为宜，要有搭建棚舍地形条件，并对园地适当轮作草本类作物，供鸡食用。 饲养员必须有一定养鸡经验，并受过专业技术培训。 2、技术要点 1）、品种选择。根据市场消费热点及合作社发展规划，选择本地快大黄鸡和珍奇观赏性好的鸡品种（乌鸡、芦花鸡等品种）。 2）、饲养管理。26日龄以前，在育雏舍饲养，参照商品蛋鸡饲养管理办法执行。 3）、林地放养。 转入林地：26日龄时，视天气情况，转入林地放养。最佳时间510月。 林地放养：林地每亩放养100只左右，每50亩左右为一单元。 六、建设规模及投资预算（养殖周期肉鸡为6个月，蛋鸡为12个月） 1、年出栏总量5000只快大黄鸡，分批次建设两个养殖单元： 本地
8、快大黄鸡5000只，符合大众消费者需求。 乌鸡、芦花鸡各1000只，两个单元。 2、基础建设：值班室1间，库房2间，育雏舍2间，简易鸡舍6间，生活用房3间： 值班室、库房 50300元=1.5万 育雏鸡舍 30300元=0.9万 鸡舍 100300元=3万 生活用房3间 60300元=1.8万元 附属设施（办公生活用品+养殖用品）1万元 基础建设共计8.2万元 3、养殖投入 养殖投入主要包括鸡苗成本、饲料成本及防疫成本： 雏鸡苗投资： 7万元 快大黄鸡（全为肉鸡） 10元/只5000只=50000元 乌鸡（全是蛋鸡） 10元/只1000只=10000元 芦花鸡（全是蛋鸡） 10元/只1000只
9、=10000元 饲料和防疫投资 饲料费用：32.4万元 防疫费用：1元只 7000只1元只=0.7万元 养殖投入合计：40.1万元 如果采用户外放养，鸡群初夏秋三季以在田野、山林中觅食昆虫、草籽为主，饲养户只需在晚上饲喂少量精料，又可节约2/3以上的饲料，大大降低了饲养成本。 4、工人工资：工人2名，工资1200元月，养殖1个周期（母鸡12个月，肉鸡6个月）。工资合计：21200元12月=2.88万元；5、7000只鸡总投入：8.2万元+40.1万元+2.88万元=51.18万元 七利润分析 1、每只母鸡产蛋200枚，20枚1公斤，每公斤16元（最低），1只鸡收入2002016元=160元，那
