40、、地质资料；项目部现有的管理水平、资源配置、技术能力，以及从事类似工程所积累的施工经验等。第二章 工程概况一、工程简介本线路起于S204线马桑垭K66+700处，止于S204线应庆沟K114+067处，总长47.367公里。现有路面主要为水泥混凝土路面，仅有丛石岩（K77+208）S103线接线处（K77+673）为沥青混凝土路面，其中（K77+673K78+528，长855米）与S103重合段为二级公路路面状况良好，故不在本次设计之中。沿线有桥梁8座，共长200米，桥梁的整治不在本次设计之中。有138处涵洞及50处挡墙，涵洞均未破损，挡土墙有36处破损。沿线无隧洞。该路段里程长，公路等级为四
41、级，路基宽度变化较多。S204线马桑垭至应庆沟段沿线拥有众多乡镇，其中石和、新妙、三合、增幅均是涪陵区重要的乡镇。因此S204线马桑垭至应庆沟段成为是居民出行、沿线生活和生产物资运输的主要道路。近几年来随着社会经济的发展及茶涪路建成通车大大地方便了S204线长习路片区的交通。由于建成年代久远，交通量急剧增加，同时高速公路、铁路的建设，大量工程车尤其是超载车、重载车的影响，致使公路破坏严重，公路状况、行车舒适度差，目前已出现路基沉陷和路面断板、裂缝、角隅断裂、凹陷等病害，路面使用性能降低，行车舒适性差等原因，严重影响居民出行。该路线原有交通工程及沿线设施相对匮乏，部分设施已经破损，不能充分发挥其
