14、.87.652升压站配电楼框架结构1071.044.7*15.2613.75二、 施工准备及程序1基本要求1.1架子工必须持证上岗,承包商须将特种作业人员的证件上报业主备案。1.2脚手架必须由专业架子工搭、拆,上岗前必须经过培训授权,培训须保留记录。1.3特殊形式和有特殊要求的脚手架要先经设计,经技术负责人批准后方可搭设。1.4脚手架实行验收、挂牌使用制度。2 金属脚手架材料要求2.1使用符合国家标准的钢管、扣件,并提供有资格的技术监督部门出具的试验报告,承包商须提交相关资料给监理及业主验证和存档,未经检验的脚手架材料不得进入施工现场。2.2钢管材质符合Q235-A标准,扣件符合钢管脚手架扣件

15、GB15831标准。2.3新购买的脚手架钢管,应选用外径4851mm、壁厚33.5mm、长度约6m的镀锌钢管;钢管不得有严重弯曲、压扁、裂纹或严重锈蚀的现象。2.4扣件不得有裂纹、气孔,也不得有疏松、砂眼或影响使用性能的铸造缺陷;扣件有脆裂、变形或滑丝等现象时,严禁使用。2.5脚手板应该用杉木或松木制成,其材质应符合国家标准木结构设计规范(GBJ5)中级材质的规定,无节疤、无横向裂缝、厚度不得小于5cm。2.6绑扎脚手板用的铁丝,一般采用#12镀锌铁丝;已绑扎过的铁丝不能重新使用。2.7严禁使用有虫蛀腐烂的脚手板。2.8竹片脚手板的厚度不得小于5cm,螺栓孔不得大于10mm,螺栓必须拧紧。竹片

16、脚手板的长度以2.2m2.3m为宜,宽度以40cm为宜。3金属脚手架材料存放要求3.1承包商必须在施工现场设专门地点集中堆放钢管、扣件、脚手板,并做好标识。3.2脚手板做好防雨、防发霉腐烂、防白蚁措施。3.3拆除出来的废旧铁丝及时收集到现场指定堆放点。3.4报废的金属脚手架材料必须及时清理出现场,在现场临时存放时必须挂牌注明。4金属脚手架搭设要求4.1金属脚手架搭设前,必须对钢管、扣件、脚手板进行检查,钢管严重弯曲,扣件严重锈蚀、裂纹,脚手板腐烂的必须报废,不得使用。4.2承包商在搭设工作开始前,必须进行技术交底。4.3搭设区域应围栏或挂警告标志,并设专人负责监护。4.4一般用途的脚手架应满足

17、不少于270kg/m2的荷载要求,搭设荷载超过270kg/m2的脚手架或特殊形式的脚手架,必须严格按经技术负责人批准的施工方案作业。4.5脚手架外侧边、斜道边、操作平台周边必须设置不小于1.1米的防护栏杆。4.6脚手板应满铺,不应有空隙和探头板,两头必须绑扎牢固。4.7脚手板对接铺设时,脚手板探出长度不大于15cm;搭接铺设时,搭接长度不得少于20cm。4.8脚手架严禁钢木混搭。4.9严禁48mm3.5mm和51mm3mm的脚手架钢管混用。5金属脚手架使用要求5.1承包商对脚手架须的管理须建立验收挂牌制度,对合格的可以使用的脚手架进行挂合格牌。5.2 大风和暴雨后,承包商须组织对室外的脚手架进

18、行专项检查,确认安全后方可允许上架作业。5.3任何人不得随意拆除已搭设好的脚手架构件;严禁利用脚手架起吊重物。6金属脚手架拆除的一般要求6.1严格按拆除顺序施工,高处拆下的钢管、脚手板、扣件等,严禁向下抛掷,应做到钢管、脚手板上下传递,扣件装袋集中吊运,严禁从高处往下抛掷。6.2拆架区域设置围栏警示,并派专人监护。6.3拆除前先将脚手架上的杂物清理干净。6.4拆除时,严禁上下同时作业;应遵从自上而下的顺序进行逐层拆除。6.5严禁采用将整个脚手架推倒的拆架方法。6.6拆下来的材料应及时运到指定点堆放,并做好现场的清理和清扫工作。6.7夜间拆架作业时,必须有足够的照明。6.8拆除过程中,必须做好成

19、品保护工作,防止脚手架材料转递过程中刮上或损坏现场的设施设备。7施工人员组织施工总负责人:技术负责人:专职安环员:专职质检员:施 工 员:架 子 工:三、脚手架搭设施工要求1、脚手架杆距因本工程建筑物均为框架结构,脚手架高度较低,故按照规范要求和以往施工经验搭设。本工程脚手架杆距设置为:立杆纵距1.5m,横距1.3m,内立杆距外墙0.5m,步距1.8m。2、搭设要求2.1地基与垫板2.1.1 脚手架架底地基应为老土或严格夯实的填土,表面应坚实平整。2.1.2 本工程两栋主要建筑物的外墙脚手架架底浇筑10cm厚的砼垫层,作为外脚手架的基础,架体立杆直接立于砼垫层表面。砼垫层做成向外5的跑水坡度,

20、保证排水畅通。该垫层的设置将便于脚手架底杂物及垃圾清扫,有利文明施工。2.1.3综合楼与配电楼内架、消防间及值守室内外架立杆底部均设2000*200*50的松木垫板(如立杆立于室内电缆沟底板上则不必设置)。每块垫板应连接两根立杆。 2.2严格遵守搭设顺序:摆放扫地杆逐根树立立杆并与扫地杆扣紧装扫地小横杆并与立杆和扫地杆扣紧装第一步大横杆并与各立杆扣紧安第一步小横杆安第二步大横杆安第二步小横杆架设临时斜抛撑,上端与第二步大横杆扣紧(在装设连墙杆后拆除)安第三、四步大横杆和小横杆安连墙杆接立杆加设剪刀撑铺竹架板安装防护栏杆及挡脚板,并挂垂直安全网防护。2.3 纵、横向扫地杆(如图所示)2.3.1

21、脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆,纵向扫地杆采用4m和6m长度的钢管,横向扫地杆采用2m长度的钢管。2.3.2 纵向扫地杆采用直角扣件固定在距离基础上表面小于等于200m 处的立杆内侧。 2.3.3 横向扫地杆采用直角扣件固定在紧靠纵向扫地杆下方的立杆上。 2.4 立杆2.4.1 立杆采用4m和6m长度的钢管,整个架体从立杆根部引设两处防雷接地。2.4.2 立杆接长采用对接扣件接长,相邻立杆的对接扣件不得在同一高度,应相互错开(底层立杆采用长度分别为4m和6m的钢管交错布置)。2.5 纵向水平杆2.5.1 纵向水平杆采用4m和6m长度的钢管,设置在立杆内侧,其长度不得小于3跨。 2.5.2 纵向水

22、平杆用对接扣件接长。2.5.3 纵向水平杆的对接扣件应交错布置,两根相邻纵向水平杆的接头不宜设置在同步或同跨内;不同步不同跨两相邻接头在水平方向错开的距离不应小于500mm;各接头中心至最近主节点的距离不宜大于跨距的1/3(如图2所示)。2.5.4 当内侧纵向水平杆离墙壁大于250mm时,必须加纵向水平防护杆或加设竹、木脚手板防护。 2.6 横向水平杆2.6.1横向水平杆采用2m长度的钢管,主节点处必须设置一根,用直角扣件连接且严禁拆除。 2.6.2 作业层上非主节点处的横向水平杆,根据支承脚手架的需要等间距设置,最大间距不应大于纵距的 1/2。 2.6.3 脚手架横向水平杆的靠墙一端至墙装饰

23、面的距离不得大于100mm。 2.6.4 横向水平杆两端均采用直角扣件固定在纵向水平杆上。2.7 连墙件 2.7.1 连墙件按2步3跨布置,采用单杆穿墙夹固式,即单根小横杆穿过墙体,在墙体两侧用短钢管塞以垫木固定(如右图所示)。 2.7.2 连墙件在建筑物侧一般设置在梁柱或楼板等具有较好抗拉水平力作用的结构部位;在脚手架侧应靠近主节点设置,偏离主节点的距离不应大于300mm。2.8 剪刀撑 必须在脚手架外侧立面纵向的两端各设置一道由底至顶连续的剪刀撑,由于本工程脚手架高度较低,剪刀撑只需采用单根6m长的钢管即可满足要求,不需接长。每道剪刀撑应连接34根立杆,与地面的倾角宜为 4560 度之间。

24、两道剪刀撑内边之间距离应小于等于15m。 2.9 脚手板 2.9.1 第一层、顶层、作业层脚手板必须铺满、铺稳。 2.9.2脚手板应设置在四根横向水平杆上。铺设宜采用对接平铺,对接平铺时,接头处必须设两根横向水平杆,脚手板外伸长应取130150mm,两块脚手板外伸长度的和不应大于 300mm。脚手板如需搭接铺设时,接头必须支在横向水平杆上,搭接长度应大于 200mm,其伸出横向水平杆的长度不应小于100mm(如图所示)。2.9.3脚手板应采用16#镀锌铁丝固定在横向水平杆上。2.9.4 作业层端部脚手板探头长度不大于150mm,其板长两端均应与支承杆可靠地固定。2.10 人行、材料运输斜道本工

25、程因建筑物高度较低,斜道采用“一”字型布置,依附在外双排架上。斜道宽度2米,坡度1:3(高:长)。斜道两侧及平台外围增应设置栏杆及挡脚板,栏杆高度1.2m,挡脚板高0.18m;边墙件、剪刀撑的设置与外围脚手架相同,每两步加设水平斜杆,斜道脚手板横铺,在横向水平杆下设纵向支托杆,纵向支托杆不大于500mm,脚手板上每隔300mm设置一根厚20mm30mm的防滑木条。斜道两侧及平台外围栏杆高度应为1.051.2m。2.11 安全通道2.11.1 综合楼及配电楼外架考虑设安全通道。安全通道顶部挑空的一根立杆两侧应设斜杆支撑,斜杆与地面的倾角宜为4560 度之间,外墙架体部分通道内侧面宜设横向斜撑(如

26、下页图所示)。2.11.2 安全通道宽度设置为3m,进深长度宜为2m。2.11.3 安全通道顶棚平面的钢管做到设置两层(十字布设)、间距600mm,钢管上竹架板铺设,上层四周应设置900mm高围栏、竹架板围档;设有针对性的安全标志牌。2.12 临边防护2.12.1 第二步起,作业层外侧上下两根纵向水平杆之间等距离加设两根纵向水平防护栏杆。整个架体从第二步架起采用1.8*6m密目式安全立网在立杆内侧全封闭防护。2.12.2 人行、材料运输斜道两边及平台外边防护栏杆下600mm 处应增设一道防护栏杆且用密目式安全立网在立杆内侧全封闭。3、验收架子搭设和组装完毕,在投入使用前,应逐层、逐流水段,由安

27、全员、施工员、架子班班组长一起组织验收,验收合格认可后方可挂牌投入使用。四、脚手架搭设安全规定1、结构脚手架施工荷载作业层上的施工荷载不得超过2.7KN/m2;装饰脚手架施工荷载作业层上的施工荷载不得超过2KN/m2。2、当有6级及6级以上大风和雾、雨、雪天气时应应停止脚手架搭设与拆除作业。雨、雪后上架作业要有防滑措施(如铺麻袋等),并应扫除积雪。3、在脚手架上进行电、气焊作业时,必须有防火措施和专人看守。4、脚手架使用中,每30天或大雨大雪后应检查以下项目:杆件的设置和连接,连墙件、支撑、门洞桁架等构造;地基是否松动,立杆是否悬空;扣件螺栓是否松动。五、脚手架的拆除1、架子拆除时应划分作业区

28、,周围设围栏或竖立警戒标志,地面设有专人指挥,严禁非作业人员入内。2、拆除的高处作业人员,必须戴安全帽,系安全带,穿软底鞋。3、拆除顺序应遵循由上而下,先搭后拆,后搭先拆的原则。即先拆栏杆、脚手板、剪刀撑、斜撑,后拆小横杆、大横杆、立杆等,并按一步一清的原则依次进行。4、严禁上下同时进行拆除作业,所有固定件应随脚手架逐层拆除。分段拆除高差不应大于2步,如大于2步,应按开口脚手架进行加固,后拆固定件。5、拆立杆时,应先抱住立杆再拆开最后两个扣,拆除大横杆、斜撑、剪刀撑时,应先拆蹭扣,然后托住中间,再解端头扣。6、连墙点应随拆除进度逐层拆除,拆抛撑前,应设置临时支撑,然后再拆抛撑。7、拆除时要统一

29、指挥,上下呼应,动作协调,当解开与另一人有关的结扣时,应先通知对方,以防坠落六、危险源及其辨识1、职业健康安全目标l 严防高空抛物、高空坠落,不发生人身伤亡事故。l 加强用电管理,脚手架及配电箱正确接地,不发生触电事故。l 加强脚手架上用火管理,不发生火灾事故。2、环境管理目标l 扣件堆放处设置遮盖,不发生扣件油污扩散污染环境的事故。l 建筑垃圾必须堆放至垃圾堆场,不发生垃圾污染环境的事故。l 架管不得随意切断,避免造成原材料浪费。3、危险源及其辨识序号危险源/环境因素可能导致的事故采取控制措施1地基不稳固脚手架倒塌下沉过大造成安全事故搭设前先进行地基平整、夯实,确保稳固可靠2竹架板未满铺、未
