26、司设计的南京医科大学康达学院工程施工图。2)、建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范JGJ130-2011,行业标准。3)、建筑施工手册之扣件式钢管脚手架工程技术、安全管理和设计计算。4)、依据建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59-2011)。二、工程概况2.1、建设工程概况本工程位于花果山大道西侧,春晖路北侧,由江苏润科投资建设。是图书馆与人文楼一体的五层框架建筑,建筑高度25m。2.2、卸料平台搭设概况本工程卸料平台采用工具式卸料平台,每层设置2个卸料平台,按楼层错开布置。卸料平台根据各楼栋主体及外架施工进度要求同步进行安装,平台一般设置于各楼栋阳台、大凸窗等便于搬运材料的位置。三、脚手架材料及

27、要求3.1、钢管1、钢管使用部位包括立管、大横杆、小横杆、剪刀撑、附墙杆等。2、钢管采用外径为48mm,壁厚3.5mm,其材质应采用国家现行标准的要求。3、弯曲变形,锈蚀钢管不得使用。脚手架钢管每根最大质量不应大于25kg(6m长)。4、钢管上严禁打孔。5、外立杆、水平护杆、栏杆均刷红白相间油漆(每段长度为400mm)。3.2、扣件1、扣件包括十字扣件、旋转扣件、对接扣件及其附件、T型螺栓、螺母、垫圈等。2、扣件与钢管的贴合面必须严格整形,保证钢管扣紧时接触良好,扣件活动部位应能灵活转动,旋转扣件的旋转面间隙小于1mm,扣件表面应进行防锈处理。3、脚手架采用的扣件,在螺栓拧紧扭力矩达65Nm时

28、,不得发生破坏。当扣件夹紧钢管时,开口处的最小距离应不小于5mm。3.3、吊环用圆钢及花篮螺杆1)现场用于固定悬挑工字钢的锚环及上部斜拉钢丝绳吊环必须采用直径20的1级圆钢。2)圆钢必须有出厂合格证及检测报告,并按要求取样送检合格后方允许使用。3)预埋工字钢锚环由专业钢筋工下料加工,不允许热弯及冷拉钢筋,防止脆裂,吊环埋入砼内钢筋长度不小于30d并与结构主筋连接。4)花篮螺杆采用M22,花篮螺杆外观不得有开裂、丝扣不全、滑丝现象严禁使用。5)所有花篮螺杆必须有出厂合格证及检测报告,并按要求取样送检合格后方允许使用。3.4、钢丝绳钢丝绳选用61917.5光面钢丝绳,断股、起毛、锈蚀严重的钢丝绳不

29、得使用,钢丝绳扣紧绳卡不少于三个,长度不小于500mm。3.5、模板、木方模板用18mm厚胶合板,底方采用4595X2000木方,使用前须过刨,有弯曲、节笆集中、有腐朽、断裂现象的不得使用。卸料平台操作层脚手板采用在钢管三级次梁钢管上按照300间距绑木枋,再钉18mm厚木胶合板,周圈除进出口外均采用木板全部满铺封严。3.6、安全警示、限载牌卸料平台挡脚板、水平防护栏杆、立杆均刷红白油漆间距40cm安全警线,卸料平台两侧均悬挂限载标识牌。3.7、工字钢工具式卸料平台采用16#国标工字钢,其质量应符合现行国家标准碳素钢结构(GB/T700)和低合金高强度结构钢GB/T1591的规定。不得采用焊接接

30、长,加工制作过程中不得在悬挑主梁上打孔,焊接时避免烧伤主梁截面。四、卸料平台的搭设要求4.1、工具式卸料平台搭设要求1、二层及以上搭设悬挑式卸料平台,卸料平台与外架脱离,每层混凝土施工时提前预埋悬挑工字钢固定套环。2、卸料平台尺寸为2.53.0m,主梁采用16号工字钢,平台水平钢梁(主梁)的悬挑长度约4.50m(含阳台宽),固定端长度为1.5m,悬挑水平钢梁间距(平台宽度)2.5m。二次梁采用16号工字钢,次梁间距1.5m。3、容许承载力均布荷载2.0kN/m2,最大堆放材料荷载10.0kN。为了保证安全限荷标示牌:限荷800kg,严格按照规范要求用钢丝绳斜拉,卸料平台底部采用铺木枋钉模板封闭

31、。4.2、工具式卸料平台搭设措施如下1)、本工程的转料平台采用悬挂式的卸料平台,平台尺寸宽长为2.53m,用16号工字钢、483.5钢管、17.5钢丝绳组成受力体系,与外架完全脱离;2)、先在楼面砼浇注时预埋20钢筋作拉环,卸料平台挑出长度为4.5m,宽度为3m,具体做法如附图所示;3)、卸料平台周围用钢管作1.5m高的防护栏杆,密目安全网封闭;4)、卸料平台搭设时工人应系好安全带,由专业安装工人进行安装,安装采用塔吊进行配合转运吊装。5)、安装完成后必须经过专项验收合格后方允许使用,使用过程要有专人监督,吊运材料时应轻放,堆码材料限载标识要求醒目,不得超过800kg;如下图示6)、现场安全文

32、明施工按项目部相关办法执行; 4.3、工具式卸料平台安装方法1)卸料平台加工制作完毕经过验收合格后方可吊装。2)吊装时,先挂好四角的吊钩,传发初次信号,但只能稍稍提升平台,放松斜拉钢丝绳,方可正式吊装,吊钩的四条引绳应等长,保证平台在起吊过程中的平稳。3)现场需安装工具式卸料平台部位外架水平杆如对安装有影响时,提前按照工具式卸料平台安装位置要求由专业架子工进行修改,并于安装部位以下附加水平杆进行补强。4)吊装至预定位置后,先将平台工字钢与预埋锚环固定后,再将钢丝绳固定,紧固螺母及钢丝绳卡子,完毕后方可松塔吊吊钩,卸料平台安装完毕后经验收合格后方可使用。要求提升一次验收一次。5)具体构造要求如下

33、:(1)悬挑式卸料平台应按现行的相应规范进行设计,其结构构造应能防止左右晃动。(2)悬挑式卸料平台的搁支点与上部拉结点,必须位于建筑物上,不得设置在脚手架等施工设备上。(3)于工具式卸料平台两边,各设置2个直径20的1级圆钢吊环与卸料平台主梁焊接,焊缝双面焊长度5D,吊运平台时使用卡环,不得使吊钩直接钩挂吊环。(4)悬挑式卸料平台安装时,钢丝绳应采用选用61917.5光面钢丝绳的挂钩挂牢,采取其他方式时卡头的卡于不得少于三个,建筑物锐角利口围系钢丝绳处应加衬软垫物,悬挑式卸料平台外口应略高于内口。(5)悬挑式卸料平台左右两侧必须装固定的防护栏杆。(6)悬挑式卸料平台吊装,需待横梁支撑点电焊固定

34、,接好钢丝绳,调整完毕,经过检查验收,方可松卸起重吊钩,上下操作。(7)悬挑式卸料平台使用时,应有专人进行检查,发现钢丝绳有锈蚀损坏应及时调换,焊缝脱焊应及时修复。(8)卸料平台上应显著地标明容许荷载值。操作平台上人员和物料的总重量严禁超过设计的容许荷载,应配备专人加以监督。五、 职业健康安全要求1.卸料平台的上部位结点,必须位于建筑物结构上,不得设置在脚手架等施工设备上;2. 斜拉杆或钢丝绳,构造上宜两边各设前后两道,两道中的靠近建筑一侧的一道为安全储备,另外一道应作受力计算。3.卸料平台安装时,钢丝绳应采用专用的挂钩挂牢,建筑物锐角口围系钢丝绳处应加补软垫物,平台外口应略高于内口;4.卸料

35、平台四周必须装置固定的防护栏;5.卸料平台吊装,需要横梁支撑点电焊固定,接好钢丝绳,经过检验才能松卸起重吊钩;6.钢丝绳与水平钢梁的夹角控制在4560度;7.卸料平台使用时,应有专人负责检查,发现钢丝绳有锈蚀损坏应及时调换,焊缝脱焊应及时修复;8.操作平台上应显著标明容许荷载,人员和物料总重量严禁超过设计容许荷载,并配专人监督。六、 卸料平台计算书 计算依据建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59-99)和钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)。 悬挂式卸料平台的计算参照连续梁的计算进行。 由于卸料平台的悬挑长度和所受荷载都很大,因此必须严格地进行设计和验算。 平台水平钢梁(主梁)的悬挑长度4.5

36、0m,悬挑水平钢梁间距(平台宽度)2.50m。 次梁采用16号工字钢,主梁采用16号工字钢,次梁间距1.50m。 容许承载力均布荷载2.00kN/m2,最大堆放材料荷载10.00kN。 6.1、次梁的计算 次梁选择16号工字钢槽钢,间距1.50m,其截面特性为 面积A=26.10cm2,惯性距Ix=1130.00cm4,转动惯量Wx=141.00cm3,回转半径ix=6.58cm 截面尺寸 b=88.0mm,h=160.0mm,t=9.9mm 1).荷载计算 (1)面板自重标准值:标准值为0.30kN/m2; Q1 = 0.301.50=0.45kN/m (2)最大容许均布荷载为2.00kN/

37、m2; Q2 = 2.001.50=3.00kN/m (3)槽钢自重荷载 Q3=0.20kN/m 经计算得到,静荷载计算值 q = 1.2(Q1+Q2+Q3) = 1.2(0.45+3.00+0.20) = 4.38kN/m 经计算得到,活荷载计算值 P = 1.410.00=14.00kN 2).内力计算 内力按照集中荷载P与均布荷载q作用下的简支梁计算,计算简图如下 最大弯矩M的计算公式为 经计算得到,最大弯矩计算值 M = 4.382.502/8+14.002.50/4=12.17kN.m 3).抗弯强度计算 其中 x 截面塑性发展系数,取1.05; f 钢材抗压强度设计值,f = 20

38、5.00N/mm2; 经过计算得到强度 =12.17106/(1.05141000.00)=82.22N/mm2; 次梁槽钢的抗弯强度计算 f,满足要求! 4).整体稳定性计算主次梁焊接成整体此部分可以不计算 其中 b 均匀弯曲的受弯构件整体稳定系数,查表钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)附录B得到: b=1.65 由于b大于0.6,按照钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)附录B其值用b查表得到其值为0.884 经过计算得到强度 =12.17106/(0.884141000.00)=97.62N/mm2; 次梁槽钢的稳定性计算 f,满足要求! 6.2、主梁的计算 卸料平台的内钢绳

39、按照建筑施工安全检查标准作为安全储备不参与内力的计算。 主梁选择16号工字钢槽钢,其截面特性为 面积A=26.10cm2,惯性距Ix=1130.00cm4,转动惯量Wx=141.00cm3,回转半径ix=6.58cm 截面尺寸 b=88.0mm,h=160.0mm,t=9.9mm 1).荷载计算 (1)栏杆自重标准值:标准值为0.30kN/m Q1 = 0.30kN/m (2)槽钢自重荷载 Q2=0.20kN/m 经计算得到,静荷载计算值 q = 1.2(Q1+Q2) = 1.2(0.30+0.20) = 0.60kN/m 经计算得到,各次梁集中荷载取次梁支座力,分别为 P1=(1.2(0.3

42、定系数,查表钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)附录B得到: b=0.90 由于b大于0.6,按照钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)附录B其值用b查表得到其值为0.742 经过计算得到强度 =14.80106/(0.742141000.00)=141.51N/mm2; 主梁槽钢的稳定性计算 f,满足要求! 6.3、钢丝拉绳的内力计算 水平钢梁的轴力RAH和拉钢绳的轴力RUi按照下面计算 其中RUicosi为钢绳的拉力对水平杆产生的轴压力。 各支点的支撑力 RCi=RUisini 按照以上公式计算得到由左至右各钢绳拉力分别为 RU1=22.399kN 6.4、钢丝拉绳的强度计算 钢

43、丝拉绳(斜拉杆)的轴力RU我们均取最大值进行计算,为 RU=22.399kN 如果上面采用钢丝绳,钢丝绳的容许拉力按照下式计算: 其中Fg 钢丝绳的容许拉力(kN); Fg 钢丝绳的钢丝破断拉力总和(kN); 计算中可以近似计算Fg=0.5d2,d为钢丝绳直径(mm); 钢丝绳之间的荷载不均匀系数,对619、637、661钢丝绳分别取0.85、0.82和0.8; K 钢丝绳使用安全系数,取8.0。 选择拉钢丝绳的破断拉力要大于8.00022.399/0.850=210.811kN。 选择619+1钢丝绳,钢丝绳公称抗拉强度2000MPa,直径17.0mm。 6.5、钢丝拉绳吊环的强度计算 钢丝拉绳(斜拉杆)的轴力RU我们均取最大值进行计算作为吊环的拉力N,为 N=RU=22.399kN 钢板处吊环强度计算公式为 其中 f 为拉环钢筋抗拉强度,按照混凝土结构设计规范10.9.8f = 50N/mm2; 所需要的吊环最小直径 D=223994/(3.1416502)1/2=17mm,本工程预埋吊环为20,满足计算要求!经过计算,悬挑式卸料平台满足施工要求! 七、附图:卸料平台大样南通建工集团股份有限公司
