2、示形式如下：某工程K2+100K23+100，共计21km，在K12+660处有座5跨20米的桥梁，管涵4座（采用先填后挖的方法），土方数量挖方为_128_万方，填方为_128_万方。计划开工日期为2012年9月1日开工。现计划分为2个路基土方队，每个队分为2个工作面，每个队每个工作面的情况：第一队第一工作面（以下简称为面K2+100K8+100）土方挖方_37_万方，填方_37_万方（挖填平衡）；正常施工效率挖方为1000方/天，填方为_1000_方/天。在一队二面的管涵施工_80 天中，由于来自一队二面的资源对一队一面的支援，使一队一面的效率提高了25%；过了这_80_天后，被调离一队二面
3、的资源回到自己的工作面，一队一面的土方施工又恢复到正常施工效率。第一队第二面（K8+100K12+600）土方挖方_22_万方，填方_22_万方，弃方_0_万方（挖填平衡）；正常施工效率挖方为800方/天，填方为_800方/天。当土方数量完成40%，进行2座管涵的_顺序_施工，每座涵洞为40天，在修建涵洞的这_80_天内，该工作面的资源被调离一部分，使得该工作面土方施工效率降低为，挖方为_150_方/天，填方为_150_方/天；过了这_80_天以后一队二面的土方施工又恢复到正常施工效率。第二队第一面（K12+720K16+720）土方挖方_29_万方，填方_29_万方（挖填平衡）；正常施工效率
4、挖方为1200方/天，填方为_1200_方/天。当土方数量完成50%，进行2座管涵的_平行_施工，每座涵洞为45天，在修建涵洞的这_45_天内，该工作面的资源被调离一部分，使得该工作面土方施工效率降低为，挖方为_200_方/天，填方为_200_方/天；过了这_45_天以后二队一面的土方施工又恢复到正常施工效率。第二队第二面（K16+720K23+100）土方挖方_40_万方，填方_40_万方（挖填平衡）；正常施工效率挖方为1300方/天，填方为_1300_方/天。由于来自二队一面的资源对二队二面的支援，使二队二面的效率提高了_20%_；过了这_45_天以后二队二面的土方施工又恢复到正常施工效率
5、。K12+660处有座5跨20米桥梁，下部采用流水施工。1#和2#墩基础围堰各15天，墩基础20天台基础25天，墩身30天台身34天，盖梁18天台帽16天，预制准备35天，梁预制共120天，安装空心梁22天，桥面铺装20天，护栏15天，调治构造物60天。由桥梁施工队负责施工。该大桥施工准备20天。该大桥作为子工程在总体进度横道图中只占1行。第一队路面施工进度，底基层50米/天、基层100米/天，面层80米/天。第二队路面施工为底基层60米/天、基层50米/天，面层100米/天。基层与面层至少保养7天，基层的工作面最小长度为600米，面层的工作面最小长度为800米。三、实验要求：1、工程量的计算

7、队二面填方数量= 二队二面挖方数量根据预算定额列出Excel表格并计算各工作资源需要数量。资源分配时要求每人在主工程如表6-1的22道工作中少分配一个工序，这个不分配资源工作的序号=（每人的序号+班级-2）mod 22+1，即超过22时循环。路面工程和涵洞工程资源分配可以不受限量约束，桥梁子工程可以不分配资源。路基工程原计划要求有一个最严重的资源过渡分配约超过限量1倍左右，即是限量的2倍左右；然后优化调整进度计划。书写实验上机过程的文字报告和图表，组成Word文档打印提交。2、实验报告的内容（1）将实际工程，如何转化为软件可以表示表格的形式输出；（2）打印指定时间段_13_年_5_月的进度计划
8、横道图表，按天输出统计；（3）筛选指定时间段_12_年_11_月至_12_年_12_月之间在施工的工作内容；（4）显示Excel表格计算各工作资源需要数量。（5）显示工程原计划土方主导资源最高强度超限量1倍左右的进度与资源分布组合图。（6）显示工程原计划软件自动优化后满足资源限量要求的进度计划与资源分布组合图。（8）显示工程中使用指定资源的内容（有哪些工序），按月统计的横道图组合。指定挖掘机 指定振动压路机（9）显示总体计划表、斜率图、工程管理曲线三张图表（10）以工程开始后第一个月末为检查日，显示工程进度带前锋线的横道图和时标网络图。（11）实验过程和感想这次实验花了我很多时间，过程也很曲折
9、，但是时间和精力都是值得的。我从最开始的茫然，到慢慢的了解和熟悉实验的目的和内容。在实验的过程中，开始的几个实验内容还比较简单，到后面的资源分配就开始难了，但是也很重要，所以通过自己看书问老师同学，最后还是做出来了。尽管如此，我还是知道这次实验只做了一部分内容，还有很多知识没有掌握，需要自己课后进行补充。通过这次实验，我知道了怎样利用同望软件来进行施工组织设计，以及进行网络计划的进度和资源优化。在这个练习的过程中，我也对施工组织设计的相关知识有了更深的了解，同时也对这门课有了一个更高层次的认识，让我意识到了这门课程的重要性。另一方面，还让我意识到自己的不足和欠缺。所以在以后的学习中，还有很多问
