42、工进度计划表、月度施工作业计划、月份施工统计报表，并接受业主的监督、检查。4.2.4 施工单位应对工程质量严格要求，尊重业主的监督，对重要的隐蔽工程，请业主参加认证并签字，方可进行下道工序施工，并随时向业主提供材料、设备、施工检测等报验单及隐蔽工程验收通知，工程质量事故报告等材料。4.2.5 工程施工过程中，出现承包合同约定条款以外的重大设计变更、材料代用等项施工单位应及时向业主办理手续，业主应积极配合，以此作为结算依据。4.2.6 工程全部竣工，双方应按规定办理交工验收手续，施工单位应在规定时间内提供完整的竣工资料，对验收过程中存在的问题，应采取补救措施，尽快达到设计、合同、规范要求。4.3
