16、支架，由江苏省送变电安装公司进行穿电缆工序，而根据现场工程量及传统经验，如果采用传统电缆支架安装方法，难以完成此项任务。一、问题的提出传统电缆沟支架安装存在问题：1.支架为现场焊接，对焊工要求高。不仅要求焊接工艺好，而且对焊缝周边处理必须细致到位，方可满足创优要求。2.投入人力多；本工程至少需要投入30个焊工。3.工序繁琐,安装周期长。需要处理后续的焊渣，焊缝周边还需要彻底处理干净后涂两遍环氧富硒锌漆、一遍银粉漆进行防腐处理。根据现场施工量及传统经验，安装周期需要30天才能完成。4.外观不美观，由于对支架焊缝进行了防腐处理，支架焊缝周边与其它区域产生色差。成本大。需投入较多多人力、物力。5.成
