3、料筛分试验记录表）3、人员全部到位，召开施工动员及分工会议。4、设备全部到位，工程计划及材料组织安排妥当。三、施工方案（一）施工工艺及流程混合碎石垫层施工工艺流程准备下承层施工放样混合碎石在料场湿拌推土机配合人工整平初压撒布石屑振动压实二次撒布石屑振动压实局部补撒石屑及扫匀振动压实填满孔隙洒水湿润终压（二）总体施工方案1、准备下承层：对已检查验收合格的路基表面进行清理，并洒水后用YZ18路机碾压1遍，确保下承层表面清洁、平整、密实。2、施工放样： 、恢复中线：每隔10米设一中桩和一边桩(按半幅）。在摊铺前放出松铺控制线；在整平过程中挂线（横、斜）控制；在碾压过程跟踪检测。 、用水准仪在桩上测出
4、松铺高程，并用红笔明显标记在桩上。松铺系数采用1.2。3、未筛分碎石湿拌及含水量控制：为防止混合料在装卸、运输、过程中产生离析，在料场或现场提前洒水加湿进行拌和闷料，使混合料使用前的含水量控制在大于最佳含水量的1%。4、混合料运输及堆放：采用25T自卸车运输，装车时控制每车料的数量基本相等由远向近卸置集料。根据路段垫层的宽度、厚度及规定的压实干密度及运料车辆的车厢体积，计算出每车料的堆放距离。卸料时按照计算距离严格控制，避免料多或或不够（混合料堆放量应相对大于理论计算量、料堆每隔30-50m距离留一缺口。5、混合料摊铺：摊铺按测量松铺高程挂线，用推土机将混合料均匀地摊铺在预定的宽度上，标高比松
5、铺高程稍高，边部用YZ14压路机静压一遍，再用平地机配合人工按规定的路拱整平，整平过程中，测量员应跟踪控制标高， 局部不平整再次用平地机配合人工精平并消除离析。未筛分碎石摊铺平整后， 对表面局部离析的部位，用人工补撒石屑并扫平。6、碾压方法：压路机碾压应遵循慢起歩缓刹车，先停振后停车的原则。根据检测结果和现场碾压情况表明，三种碾压方法压实度均满足规范要求。因此我们在今后施工中，正常情况宜采用方案一进行碾压。如施工段较短时可采用方案二或者方案三进行碾压。方案一；用YZ14压路机静压1遍，碾压速度为1.5-1.7 Km/h，接着用YZ18压路机振动碾压1遍，再用YZ18压路机振动碾压1遍。最后在碾
6、压前，先在表面洒水润湿，用18T压路机静碾压1遍。碾压方法：直线段由路肩逐渐错轮向路中心进行；曲线段由内侧逐渐错轮向外侧路肩进行；错轮宽度每次重叠1/3轮宽；碾压方案一：YZ14静压一遍YZ18振压一遍YZ18振压一遍 检验压实度 YZ18静压一遍方案二；用YZ14压路机静压1遍，碾压速度为1.8-2.2 Km/h，再用YZ14压路机振动碾压4遍；最后在碾压前，先在表面洒水润湿，再用14T压路机静碾压1遍。碾压方法：直线段由路肩逐渐错轮向路中心进行；曲线段由内侧逐渐错轮向外侧路肩进行；错轮宽度每次重叠1/3 轮宽；碾压方案二：YZ14静压一遍YZ14振压四遍检测压实度YZ14静压一遍方案三；用
