4、墩墩身在27.32m62.707m由于墩身较高，拟采用翻模对称施工（施工示意图附后），垂直运输机械采用塔吊（其中双墩位每墩设一台塔吊，9号墩设一台塔吊，16号墩设一台塔吊）；主墩处各设一部电梯以供运送人员。 二、质量保证体系三、测量放样及施工测量数据控制：首先由测量班计算出薄壁墩中心及四角定位坐标及高程，在薄壁墩预埋筋施工前测量班按照偏角法进行准确放样，误差控制在5mm以内，在薄壁墩预埋筋完成后，测量人员进行四角偏位复核，误差控制在10mm以内，在模板安装前，测量班复核其四角定位情况，误差控制在5mm以内，模板安装固定时，采用1kg重铅锤进行模板校正，校正后测量班进行四角坐标复核，合格后进行第
5、一层第一级砼浇筑。在砼龄期在2天时，测量班进行四角检测，合格后，进行第一层第二三级模板安装校正方法同第一层第一级模板。在距墩身底部1米高度位置，每面设一个标高控制点；同时为了有效的控制墩身上部偏位，在模板上设置中心控制线，在墩底纵桥向方向每侧放置一台红外线定位仪，每层施工完毕后应及时进行测量复核。以上各层测量控制同上。四、钢筋工程1、钢筋进场时按照自检频率进行钢筋冷拉、冷弯及焊接头检测检验合格后，报请监理进行按照频率抽检，抽检合格后方能进行使用。2、本工程墩身钢筋直径以32mm钢筋为主，连接方式采用套筒连接，其余以焊接的方式进行，横向搭接采用绑扎，便于现场质量控制。3、采用机械连接时应注意：露
6、丝数为2P，连接处距弯起点距离为10d，且必须扭接牢固，其扭力符合规范要求。 为了便于钢筋固定，在主墩施工时均采用固定架首先将钢筋固定后在进行连接。（详见下图）四、模板工程薄壁墩模板采用定型大面钢模，模板每层高度为7.5m，分3节，每节2.5米，每层放置工作平台（详见下图）全桥共设钢模板18套，满足工期要求 。五、模板检查模板支立完成后，检查对穿拉杆是否上紧，相邻模板连接是否牢固及是否有封闭不严部位，用铅垂仪对模板上下口进行测量检查，确保墩身模板偏位小于1，垂直度满足要求。六、混凝土工程：1、薄壁墩砼标号C40，采用泵送， 其理论配比如下：水泥：采用琉璃河P.O42.5水泥；中砂：采用旺隆沙场
7、河沙；碎石：采用杨家坪碎石场；外加剂：山西黄腾UNF-3A缓凝高效减水剂；设计配合比为：水泥：砂：碎石：水：外加剂=442：773：160（0.5-1碎石）：534（1-2碎石）：373（1-3碎石）：168：3.094设计水灰比W/C=0.38、砂率s=42%、外加剂h=0.7%、设计坍落度：160-180mm施工前先对支架、模板、钢筋和预埋件进行检查，把模板内的杂物、积水清理干净。模板缝隙填塞严密。并把原混凝土表面松散的部分凿除，用水冲洗干净，并将水吸干。混凝土采取集中拌和，罐车运输。30米以下用吊车或塔吊，30米以上采用地泵，地泵泵管固定在塔吊塔身上。浇筑混凝土前将模板内的杂物清除干净，
8、混凝土结合面用水润湿。混凝土浇筑从低处开始逐层扩展升高，水平分层，分层厚度为30左右。振捣时使用插入式振动器，振动器插入的距离以直线行列插捣时，不超过作用半径1.75倍，振动器应尽量避免碰撞钢筋，更不得放在钢筋上。振动器开动后再插入混凝土内，振完后应徐徐提出，不得过快或停转后再拔出机头，以免留下孔洞。振动器靠近模板时，机头与模板应保持一定距离，一般为10左右。在振捣上层混凝土时，振动器机头应插入一定深度内，使两层结合成一体。振捣过程以混凝土顶面无显著气泡上升，表面平坦一致，呈现薄层水泥浆时为止。混凝土的浇筑连续进行，如因故间歇时间不应超过混凝土初凝时间，否则按施工缝处理。七、薄壁空心墩第二至最
9、后一级的施工1、第一级混凝土（高度为7.5米）浇筑完成，强度达到2.5MPa后进行凿毛处理，并绑扎第二级墩身钢筋。2、将第一级模板作为支撑，支立第二级的两节模板，然后同67步，完成第二级施工。3、当第二级混凝土强度达到2.5MPa后，进行凿毛处理，并绑扎第三级墩身钢筋。4、待第一级砼达到拆模强度后，将第一级模板拆除，应注意总结拆模时对应于相应温度的砼龄期。以第二级模板位支撑，将第一级模板翻到第二级模板上，支立第三级模板进行第三级混凝土施工，如此循环，完成全部墩身施工。5、施工注意事项1）为了加强钢筋的刚度而增加的劲性骨架进行严格安装，要求位置准确、垂直、焊接牢固。2）采用了翻模施工墩身，模板在
10、周转使用过程中要经常检查，及时修整，以确保表面平整度及外形尺寸满足设计及规范要求。由于模板是分块生产，高度上有较小的加工误差，当墩身很高时，误差的积累就会出现质量问题，因此在每浇筑二、三级后就要对模板进行调整，以消除由于模板生产加工所带来的误差。3）在塔身布管很关键。在使用过程中要注意将泵管经常转一个位置或移到垂直部分使用，在泵的出口处加设管道固定设施，减小来自泵源的振动。在泵送时如果停泵时间过长，重新泵送时，先反泵几次，然后正泵，以免裙阀里的混凝土砂浆会被反压到料斗里，使裙阀里砂浆含量过低，导致堵管现象。4）针对地形及结构的不同，合理的布置塔吊的平面位置。5）在高墩身施工中，要选择级配良好的
11、粗集料，通过调整砂的含量来控制混凝土的和易性。6）、在墩顶设置避雷针，以防雷击。翻模施工示意图八、混凝土浇注1、混凝土采用强制式拌和机集中拌和，采用混凝土罐车运输、地泵输送。2、各种材料必须经过试验各项指标均合格方可使用，采用批复后的配合比并根据砂石料的含水量对配合比进行校正。各种材料均需计量准确，严格按照施工配合比进行施工。3、混凝土采用帆布串筒入模方法。为保证混凝土的均匀性及避免由高处下落灰浆溅到模板上，帆布串筒距混凝土面在1m以下。如有灰浆溅到模板上，应及时清除以保证混凝土的外观质量。4、每层混凝土浇注厚度为30cm。5、采用插入式振捣器振捣。振捣器垂直地插入混凝土内，并要插入下一层混凝
12、土内5-10cm左右。振捣需掌握好振捣时间和振捣间距，既能彻底捣实混凝土又不使混凝土离析和漏振。6、为防止在混凝土浇注过程中模板发生位移，在模板外侧吊垂线至地面固定点进行监控。如有风力干扰无法监控时，则用全站仪进行监控。7、 对于在两墩中间设有横系梁的墩柱，第一次浇筑半幅两根至第一道横梁底，第二次浇筑横梁，第三次浇筑横梁以上墩柱，以此类推直至墩顶。有一道横梁的圆柱模板分三节，第一节为圆柱模板；第二节为横梁与该位置处圆柱模板，该节模板高度为横梁高度加1米，（上、下各50cm）。第三节为圆柱模板。浇筑第一节横梁时，利用横梁圆形部分下部50cm模板将已浇筑墩箍紧做为根部，然后浇筑横梁及横梁以上50c
13、m圆柱处。最上一节圆柱模板以已浇筑的50cm圆柱混凝土为根部，以此类推。8、边墩盖梁施工支撑预留孔的设置：在墩柱顺桥向预留孔作为盖梁施工的全部支撑，预留孔为预埋110mm钢护筒，预埋的钢护桶下设钢筋网片，四周设螺旋加强钢筋（具体布置见下图）：施工时在钢护筒内插入1根100mm钢销棒，设置预留孔时注意适当避开墩柱钢筋。10、墩顶面浇筑浮浆的处理鉴于墩身较高，混凝土浇筑到顶面易产生浮浆，混凝土浇注到墩顶时根据浮浆情况适当多浇56cm，在凿毛时一并将浮浆凿除，从而保证混凝土浇注质量。混凝土浇筑时严禁机械设备碰撞墩柱模板，避免模板位移、变形。11、混凝土外观质量要求杜绝蜂窝、麻面，并避免因过振产生的砂
14、线，气泡不超过5。12、拆模养生在混凝土浇筑完成后，对混凝土表面及时进行修整、抹平。根据气候条件尽快进行养生。在常温条件下12小时内用薄膜覆盖并浇水养护，浇水次数以保持混凝土湿润为宜，为了能够保持砼表面经常保持湿润，在每个墩的上方挂数个塑料管，将水管打数个直径为3mm的孔，将孔口对准墩身，养护时用水泵将塑料管加水即可养护，养护时间不小于7昼夜。13、墩身伸入盖梁（台帽）钢筋的保护墩身施工后，外露及伸入盖梁（台帽）的钢筋用水泥浆涂刷以防止锈蚀。14、成品保护1）浇筑完毕拆模时，先人工拧松模板螺丝，待模板松动后，再用塔吊吊走，要注意不能产生水平推力。2）混凝土的养生用水必须符合要求，避免造成外观颜
